Karissa arrived at the Arena with her sword and her shield/bracelet. She waited for Mary to come while she was practicing by slashing dummies.

Mary went to her cabin then went to the arena with her two knives and her fighting clothes. Mary walked over behind karissa and pulled her knife to her neck. "Gotcha." Then she flipped back and laughed.

Karissa was slashing when she felt a knife to her neck. Her instincs took over and she turned around with her sword and was about to swing her sword her sword when she saw it was Mary. She laughed too and said, "Haha, very funny. So, wanna find someone to challenge?"
