"Well the problem is that there are strange weather patterns around that island and none of the ships that every voyaged to that island ever came back. So we don't know if there are any ruins on the island or not. Or any humanoid life for that matter. But this is a strong crew. I have faith in their ability to get us there and back safely."

Uh - Wait... I thought that island is where the book came from, and we were headed there to look for clues about the missing chapter... How could we have a book from somewhere that no one has ever returned from? Doesn't that scenereo sound a little extreme to you? "No one's ever returned" .... and they're sending a librarian and vagrant to investigate what now? ... Nothing? Who knows? It's suspicious...

"The original chapter came from ruins on the main island. And there may have been people who servived the island.. there just isn't any record of it. No one's been there in 15 years. And it was 30 years before that when someone else tried to go. But my father thinks that we will find something important on this island and I believe him."

"I'm sure you do 'bugga-boo' - but I can't help but feel a little decieved... and it is a strange set-up... I believe that your father is an intelligent and great man, but to gamble with his 'beloved' daughter's life - I have to question his judgement a little..."

"This crew will make it. I know enough about their feats in the water to know that they can make it to this island and back safely. We must do whatever we can to obtain the knowledge of this prophicy. You will be hansomely rewareded by my father when we come back with information from this island.

"Plus with the great detail in which my father has mapped out the strange weather patterns the crew will have an easier time navigating through the coral."

"Yeah ~ I know I'll be rewarded well... if we make it back - I'm not doubting the crew's ability to survive - but your little shut-in self might be a different story... What's the worst thing that's happened to you thus far? Paper cuts? Maybe an avalanche of books? 'No one's ever returned'... you seem awefully ready to disregard this fact... 'Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it'... stare "

But our situation is what it is, so we may as well do our best to survive it...

"Haha! You must have more faith in my father. He wouldn't have sent me if he thought I was going to die. And I don't think this crew would have left harbor if they thought they were going to die. You worry too much. Now if you'll excuse me I have to relay the information my father gave me about the weather patterns to the captian. I'm sure he'll find it quite useful."

The ship makes a sharp turn bearing south, no longer going southwest.

"There's your sense of adventure! I'm going to talk to the captain. You can join me if you'd like."
*Finds my way to the captian*
"Excuse me Captain Spitz. My Father Professor Zarathrustra has put together a very extensive collection of the weather patterns around the island that we are headed to you may find interesing. By the way... why are we heading off course?"

"Aye, don't bother 'bout the weather. Just because a lion is tame doesn't mean that the lion tamer can predict when the lion will turn. This situation is even more unpredictable as unlike other lions, this lion is smart. Those notes won't be helping yea if its yer lookin to dodge the weather. Tell me lady, is my name in your notes? ((it isn't)). As for the direction change, well I have a couple different ships. Mr. Worth?"
"At this time we would like our guests to confine themselves in their quarter." He smiles and in a whispery voice, "Because you can't see where we're going from here."
