I once called someone on stage by their real name instead of there stage name while saying my lines durning a performance.

I couldn't think of anything to say while I was tryting out for an improv troop, needles to say I didn't make it. sad

On the second night of "Oliver Twist" I was a Workhouse Boy / Pickpocket, and I knocked over Fagin's pan of sausages, and they went all over the stage. He covered it up well, and thankfully it all looked like it was planned.
