Rai looks at the attack as it comes back toward him. Rai reacts with the speed that has been shown in the fight up til now. Rai looks as a wall of earth shoots up before him as he slams his hand into the ground. "Raising Earth no jutsu." Rai looks through the wall with his eyes and sees that the fire will break through in a few seconds. As he ducks the attack blasts through the wall and continues onward. Rai also makes hand seals and shoots diamond shards through the ground toward Illovae.
(sorry for the delay work and a lot of other things have been happening.)

With a quick pivoting motion,t he rogue ninja thrust her lance forwards towards Rai's chest, the tip blazing like the sun as the chakra reserves fueled the immense flame.

The spear hit the chest as the thing that looks like Rai smiles. "Thought you said you would not fall for this trick again?" Rai's voice is heard saying from beneath her as his hands reach out to try and grab her legs holding her in place. At the same time the thing that she has pierced explodes sending Lava and molten rock shards all over the immediate area.
Rai is trying to end this here as if this fails he is almost out of the running. This is the last ditched attempt from Rai.

S - Rank Missing Nin Illovae slipped forwards as her lance unexpectedly passed straight through her target, the spear of white fire incinerating many of the rock shards that flew towards her before she crashed into the ground, the lance vanishing with a brief flash of flames. Her eyes suddenly widened in surprise as hands gasped her injured legs, the sudden flash of pain alerting her to Rai's presence behind her. Illovae's gauntleted left hand moved slightly, the three remaining talons pointing behind her as she gradually slid forwards. A sudden white light enveloped the three talons and shot backwards, speeding towards Rai before Illovae collapsed onto the ground.((Right, I'm out of ideas here and just finally gathered the motivation to finish this... who wins is now up to you.))

Rai who has now risen from the ground was standing there as the three talons come rushing towards him. He tries to dodge by jumping to the right but instead just collapses as the three talons fly harmlessly over his head.
"I am out of chakra for now..." Rai says as he sees that his opponent has also fallen to the ground. "What shall we call this a draw? And if so what about our working arrangement?" Rai asks in a voice drawn tight with fatigue. Rai looks over at Illovae with black eyes. "I think that neither of us actually thought that we would end in a tie." Rai says in the same voice.

S - Rank Missing Nin A draw...? Well it was better than a loss... just. Illovae nodded slightly, "Agreed... That was unexpectedly difficult..." she panted slightly while speaking, before managing to climb back up to her feet, swaying slightly as she staggered away, "Once we have healed... then we can discuss terms..." the rogue ninja stated before walking away, aiming to recover and perhaps train a little before returning.

Rai laid there for a few minutes while he took inventory of what happened. Rai knew that he had not expected the fight to go on as long as it did or for it to be of such a high caliber. Rai went and moved a little bit and stood up as he did so a huge shadow fell over his body and a pair of huge arms grabbed his shoulders. Rai looks up into the eyes of his Black Guard member name Kibori. Rai nods as he knows what Kibori is doing and passes out into the big mans arms as the big man poofs Rai and himself out of the fight arena to rest and wait the return of Illovae at Rai's mansion.
