Skill name: Fury of the Sky
RPC Name: Dallen
Element: Lightning
Range:Long
Requirements to use: Clouds must be present.
Description: This skill allows the user to enter and partially fuse with a cloud that is already present. Once fused the user can fire lightning bolts from said cloud. The user cannot be damaged while in cloud form but can only be used for one minute per ten magic points, and once the spell is ended the user cannot use it again for another week. While in this form the user cannot use spells of physically attack. If the cloud is dispelled the skill ends and the user starts falling. Any spell that can dispel another dispels this affect. The spell can be ended at any time, and the user can come down via lightning bolt. Afterwards the user's magic stat is halved.
RP Sample: Suddenly a bolt of lightning streaked strait down hitting Dallen, and suddenly Dallen was gone. Person looked up above him, there was a deep rumbling, and suddenly stray bolts of lightning started raining down around person quickly ducked into a cave, where he would be safe. There was a blinding flash and suddenly Dallen was standing at the mouth of the cave.

Element: Lightning
Range:Long
Requirements to use: Clouds must be present.
Description: This skill allows Dallen to fuse with a cloud to travel. After that point he has full control over the cloud's movement. To cancel this effect Dallen can then travel back down to the ground via lightning bolt. This skill can only be used once per ten posts.
RP Sample: Suddenly a bolt of lightning streaked strait down hitting Dallen, and suddenly Dallen was gone. The cloud quickly began moving away from person. Then there was a blinding flash and suddenly Dallen was standing atop a small burning hill about a mile away.

@Kage. Yes you do. Without the RP sample we cannot know what exactly and how exactly this skill works and therefore cannot be accepted.

Skill name: Aqua Dance
RPC Name: Agito De Lamare
Element: Water (duh)
Range: Mid-Range
Requirements to use: Must be an Elemental, Magic +30, Element must be WATER.
Description: The user using a complex series of fluid dance steps, if not movements, the user slowly becomes one with their element and in this case it its water. The user's body slowly turns clear and watery or water itself. Physical attacks cannot harm the user unless they possibly freeze a part of the users body and breaks it. Should a body part be broken off (Leg,arm,side,etc.) the user can absorb the element that makes it up in order to regain it. This lasts for five posts. The user experiences fatigue from such at sychronity for one to two posts and cannot move. After the user uses the skill, they turn back to normal.
RP Sample: Agito dashed down the cave his persuter not far behind him, the padding of paws on hard stone. "Crap, crap, crap, crap,crap!" His feet were also loud on the limestone, the clacking of his shoes distinct. He had no choice but to fight. "Ready Magnus?" There was a slight pause then a "Of course Master." He chanted as his eyes scanned through the book and up and down the cave. At last did they come. Large wolfs, a pack, their figures becoming more clear as they came closer. If it was a couple of wolfs, Agito could have taken them on. Then there was another sound. Unlike the soft padding of the wolfs, this was much deeper and heavy. What could it be? Another shap made it's way through the pitch blackness. Fur as white as newly fallen snow, a fenris jogged behind the wolfs. "Oh.....s**t..." The thought about fighting disappeared from the fright that overwhelmed him. Even so as he ran for the exit, he kept on chanting. Water continued to form around him as he used his water dousing spell. There was light ahead of him. Yes. It engulfed him and a new type of scenery arose. Snow fell. He felt a large object slam him in the side, knocking the air out of his lungs. He flew quite a bit away. He staggered to get up. It was the fenris that had struck him. He had no time to loose if he was going to survive. He danced, even as his side and muscles sored, and doged the fenris's attacks as well as the wolfs. Slowly but surely did his skin become lucid and clear, turning a clear blue-ish green color. Two wolfs made a pounce for Agito but only found their faces doused with water. At that point he had a large amount of water at hand. With a flick of his watery wrist, he sent a wave towards the fenris and the pack of wolfs, freezing them in cases of ice.

Sorry to cut in here again but... That last skill, is part of being a water elemental. They are in fact, already made of pure water, meaning they can do all of that anyways. Without magic ability. It's just a racial trait.

You need sample, you can't use that many elements on one character, and there are SIX elements.

Requirements to use: Able to cast lightning spells
Description: User gains a +10 magic stat on all lightning spells, but -10 magic stat for all other spells.
RP Sample: Powerful Lightning arced from example girl's hands, lightning was her specialty while for some reason she was weak most other magic.

Kage: DENIED. Why would we need recolored attacks, also, YOU. NEED. A SAMPLE. This is getting really annoying.
Also, Kurotama amd Kuro Subeta are cursed soul skills, aren't they?
