Taran laughed softly, wrapping his arms around her shoulders. "They grow so quickly, don't they?" he looked affectionately down at his mate, and kissed the top of her head. "I love you."
Korbin Lyric stumbled after her, grinning. "Wha do ya wan ta do?" His tail flicked back and forth. He looked around at all of the plants growing and sprouting around them, everything always seeming healthy with their parents.

"Lets find something for mommy and daddy! A present!" She turned down the familiar path from their home, always slightly overgrown for privacy sake. "Something with lotsa flowers and leaves an' pretty things."
Mistaya sighed contently. "Yes, they do. Before we know it they'll be grown up." She purred happily, nuzzling against his chest. "I love you too."

Taran felt a little sad at the idea of their little children growing up, but he had to accept that they couldn't stay little babies forever. "We'll be here to protect and watch after them, even after they are grown."
Korbin Lyric nodded eagerly at his sister's description of what they were to find, being careful not to trip up. "Gotsa be somefin that's good enuff." They were their parents, and they deserved better than the best to him.

Rosa nodded confidently. "Yep. Has ta be extra special." Trotting down the path, her eyes scanned constantly for pretty things to put together.
Mistaya purred softly. "Whenever they need us, we'll be there." She patted Taran's chest, kissing his cheek. "Though, while they're off playing, this house could use some TLC."

Taran laughed softly, inspecting the damage that two children could do to one house. He groaned softly at the idea of letting go of his mate, a soft smile on his face. "Well, I guess we had better get to work so when they get back, they can do it all over again.
Korbin Lyric nodded many times, following his sister. That is.. until a bright butterfly fluttered in front of him. The kitten's dual colored eyes locked on the little bug. "Rosa! Look! It's pretty!" The little pink and purple kitten started to follow it.

Turning around, she gasped softly at the butterfly, then then frowned sadly and shook her head. "Remember what mommy said about catching butter fries? Ya can hurt butter fry wings with justa touch. We don' wanna hurt it, Korbi."
Giggling, she planted a kiss on Taran's cheek before pushing herself up. "That's the way it has to be." She said with a sigh, purring at the thought. She didn't mind cleaning up messes. These kinds of messes meant children, and children meant a mate. Cleaning up after a pair of healthy, bouncing children and a handsome mate whom she adored was well worth it.

Taran laughed softly, nuzzling into her for a moment before getting to work on his part of the cleaning. No matter what he said, he really did adore his family. He was more than willing to do anything for them. "It's not too bad, though. Just shows how much fun they're having."
Korbin Lyric frowned. He had almost forgotten what his mother had told them. "Thas rite..." he watched it flit away, wishing it wouldn't go out of eyesight. "Dey's so purty.." Back to the task at hand. He had always had a hard time focusing. "We needsa fin somefin purty like a butterflea."

Rosa nodded. "Yes we do." Looks around curiously, a finger to her lip as she walks. "Now, what's as pretty as a butter fry?" Seeing a tree with brightly colored leaves, she got an idea. "If we can't catch one, maybe we make one!" Skipping over to the tree, she reaches up to grab what leaves she can reach.
Smiling in agreement, she picked up a drawing that had been knocked off the wall earlier by a stray ball. "Sometimes I wonder if they're having too much fun." She said jokingly, running her hand along the sturdy frame of the drawing Rosa had made a few days back of a big flower.

Taran laughed softly at his mate. "We wouldn't want them growing tired of having fun, now, would we?" He was thankful he could have a warm, loving home with his mate and his children. He would protect them no matter what.
Korbin Lyric saw his sister reaching for the leaves and saw some bright flowers nearby. Carefully, he picked the flower. Immediately after picking it, another slowly began to take it's place. Not that the child noticed, though. He was too busy helping gather leaves.

Soon, her arms were overflowing with leaves she thought were pretty. She turned slowly to keep them from falling out of her grasp, giggling when she saw Korbin. "Just flowers and leaves won't be enough. What else should we put in?"
Flicking her ears, she chuckled and shook her head, mismatched eyes glancing over warmly. "Other than needing to fall asleep at night, is getting tired of fun even possible?"

Taran laughed softly, the flowers growing on him shaking a little with every movement as the pink male turned to look at his mate. "I know I've never grown tired of fun." his greem eyes held a playfulness.
Korbin Lyric stopped to think, almost dropping his load of flowers. "May bee we culd find some purty rocks?" Why was it so hard to make a butterfly? "Or some feathews. Like da birds have!"

"Feathers!" She squeaked in agreement. "Feathers are always pretty. But remember, birdies like their feathers, so we's gotta find loose ones." She frowned slightly, looking at her full arms. "We need something to put this all into."
Hearing the light tone of Taran's voice, Mistaya turned, a small grin on her lips. "Is that so? So I'm doing good keeping the fun enjoyable for you?"

Taran grinned, turning to face Mistaya. "My love, I don't know who wouldn't have fun around you." He was being completely honest, as always.
Korbin Lyric glanced around, looking for a place to hide their pretty things where their mother and father wouldn't find them. Tottering over to some low bushes, he hid his flowers under them. "Hewe?"

Flicking her ears, glancing from the bushes to her precious leaves, she finally nodded and trotted over, slidding the leaves underneath next to his flowers. "Now for feathers. Where's it easy ta find those?"
A soft purr rose immediately as Mistaya laughed. "Only those whom I don't wish to be around." She said, slinking over to wrap her arms affectionately around Taran's arm. "Luckily, I'm surrounded by those that I do want around."

Taran smiled, feeling proud to have his mate on his arm. "You know we want you around too," Carefully he rested his cheek against her head for a moment.
Korbin Lyric had a thoughtful look. "May bee theresa lots on te ground close?" He looked around, wandering a little farther down the path.
