After she was done with the repairs in that room, Naomi stepped outside and went for the next one. In the next room, the window was not completely broken, but the glass of the window was completely shattered, on the floor there were no shards though as it was cleaned before. But the young kunoichi still had to deal with the shards that were not removed from the window. 'More shards...' she thought as she examined the window from the entrance of the room. Naomi sighed and then walked towards the window. Carefully, she removed the shards that could be removed by simply pulling them out. After she was done with them, there were only small shards that would have to be removed by diassembling some parts of the window's structure. Naomi went back to pick up the tools she borrowed and used them to diassemble part of the window, allowing her to remove the smaller glass shards that could not be removed before. "Ah!" she exclaimed as she almost let a wooden piece fall on her foot. Naomi then placed the wooden piece on a safe place and gathered all the glass shards that she removed, placing them inside a bucket with other glass shards.

Afterwards, Naomi left the room once again, to pick up a glass panel that would replace the broken one. "Eh? No more glasses?" she looked around but it seemed tha there were no more that she could use to replace the broken glass. 'What should I do?' she was worried and looked around to see if she could find some unused one. When doing it, she walked around the halls of the hospital, but fortunately the search did not last too long. One of the workers was carrying some pieces of glass, wrapped in cloth to not damage them. "Hm...Mister. Can I have one of those? I need one to replace the broken glass of a window." she politely asked him. The man had a kind smile on his face as the girl politely asked him for one of the glass panels. Without saying a word, the man simply handed her one of the objects she needed. "Thanks!" she took the glass and hurried back to the room. There, Naomi fixed the window and managed to replace the glass that was shattered. Once the window was completely repaired, Naomi walked out of that room. She checked the other rooms around and she noticed that her job there was done. Naomi was not the only one working there so it was not exactly a surprise that the task would be finished before she expected it to. 'Now...I guess I'll it a day.' she thougth. Walking towards the exit of the hospital, Naomi wondered if the others had finished their tasks. Naomi reported to the doctor that gave her the task to repair the windows and just then she left the hospital. Standing in front of the building, she noticed it was dark already and decide to go home for the time being.

Mileena Mayu
~ Genin ~ Mayu Bloodline ~ Kirigakure ~

'I have got to stop fainting. I think Nero's starting to wonder...' As if to confirm her thoughts, Mileena heard what Nero was thinking, that it was his fault, and as a sleight, her eyes opened after he had said his fill and what she saw on his face was languor. The events of the day had probably had their toll on him as well as her, and here she was being selfish, lying on a comfortable bed while he stood there half asleep, almost to the point of collapsing. In great woe of her midsection screaming protests at her, she got out of bed once more, standing on both feet and resting one small hand on Nero's shoulder for support. It was time she finally left the hospital and got them both back to their rooms. As if reading her thoughts, he began to half carry her through away as she said her goodbyes to Axel. She thanked him yet again for all the help and told that she hoped to meet him some other time. They made it outside, and as she went to the door, Mileena realized that Matsuya and Rios were just finishing work on the outside of the Hospital. Shew waved to them, not being sure of their feelings toward her even now, and as she left, her mind ran back to Kiyoko, wondering if she was alright.

Matsuya sighed as he looked up and noticed that it was getting dark outside. A small smile actually came to his face. He was a night person on most days, but today was the exception. He'd been working almost since noon. This was new for him, the working. Matsuya was a poet at heart, not a worker. "Looks like we'll have to buy that dinner some other time, Rios." Matsuya quickly checked around him to assure that most if not all of the work was done to the exterior of the hospital. "Let's go get some sleep, partner. It's getting late and the work is done." Matsuya pulled his collar up to cover his neck, tucked his hands in his pockets, and started to walk away. "See you tommorow, Rios. I'm going to go get some sleep." Matsuya's steps away from the hospital were quick compared to his normal pace. He was eager to get away from the building. The night only made his ability worse around buildings like that. He headed towards the dorms.

Oh-MY-GOD! Tsukiko shouted. She had finally finished with all the boxes, and nearly broke her ankle tripping over a box in the dark basement, her vision impaired by her bangs. One day she was going to cut it all off. All at once. Definitely.

Her back ached. She was bored of working, and didn't particularly like it. As she focused on her back, the pain of her nose came back. And then so did her feet. When did I start becoming such a complainer? This is pathetic. She paused at the foot of the stairwell. She snuck back into the basement, and rummaged around for a special box. Painkillers. She didn't really notice the dosage, but she figured one pill wouldn't kill her, and at worst she'll sleep well tonight. As she made it back to the main floor, she noticed it was clearing out for the night. Specifically avoiding the nurse, she talked to the doctor but ignored mentioning her nose. It wasn't important anyway. Tired, and slightly euphoric, she left to crash.

Rios chuckled at his fortune. Looks like he escaped from buying everyone dinner, though he would have to owe them sooner or later. He nodded at Matsuya's comment, and heaved a hmmf in approval when he wiped the sweat from his brow. Rios tossed his tools back in the stack of equipment where he found them. Once complete Rios looked around for any female who would possibly giving him a quick kick in the nuts for doing what he was a bout to do. He made sure the coast was clear before walking off in the direction of the apartments and beginning his ritual cycle of hunting for his cigarettes.

Tsukiko was slightly annoyed by the time they got to the hospital. It took twice as long as it should've to wind through the misty streets because she didn't want to hurt the boy she carried on her back by bouncing him too much, or accidentally wake him from his dozing. Coma is more probable, with the lack of food he has in him. What was he doing that he was so deprived of food anyway? And how did this not occur to me earlier? One of the most basic things a medical shinobi knows is that one of the fastest ways to alleviate a problem is to first know what caused it. Many diseases share symptoms but don't all come from a common source. D***.

Once she took a moment to stare up at the multi-story building her bad mood was almost instantly alleviated. While she had no intention of spending her life in the building, and indeed upset her to a degree of anger to be around so many sick, weak people, the prospect of furthering her medical knowledge, fatal or not, was exciting. Tsukiko slowly walked inside. Once she reached the front desk she stopped, waiting for a nurse or doctor to walk by so she could ask for Doctor Dramiel.

She turned her head left and right to get out any kinks then lowered herself down until she left some of the weight dispersed, signifying the child's feet touching the ground. She gave a light shake. "Come on, young one. The sooner you're up, the sooner a doctor can fix you up for more training."

Mmmm....Tsukiko-sama you're so pretty. Here, have another strawberry. said Akira, still half asleep. Then, as he was standing, but still asleep, he began to fall back. The feeling of falling woke him and he took a step back to keep himself from falling. He didn't realize what he had just said. He wiped the slobber from his face and looked at Tsukiko's shoulder. ummmm....Tsukiko-san...I kinda slobbered on your shoulder...Thanks for the ride! So who the hell do I have to talk to to get some treatment? Akira looked around slightly confused. He hadn't been in a hospital since he was 6.

One of the secretaries looked up when the boy said Tsukiko's name, and looked back down at the list of people she was to call in for clinical medical training. Tsukiko was on the list, and with a pleased smile she paged Dr. Dramiel who arrived a few minutes later. As experienced as he is, he was immediately able to tell the boy had an issue of some sort simply from his posture and complexion. Well well well, look who just killed three birds with one stone! he said in his nasal voice as he used the diagosis technique with one hand and stroked his long black beard with the others. He was able to tell the boy was suffering from both fatigue and malutrition. We were just about to come find you for another medical training session. Let`s head on over to one of our recovery rooms. Dr. Dramiel then walked down the hall he had just come from with the two, and asked Tsukiko, Now, have you already used the Diagnosis jutsu to determine the isssu?

Akira gazed at the doctor. His nasally voice surprised him. Akira thought his beard looked silly as well. Hahaha.....he's bald too. Man....I think i can see myself, too. Akira was annoyed that more people were putting hands on him. He hated it. Akira followed Dr. Dramiel, then in reply to his question he said Yes she put her dumb fingers on me but she couldn't do crap about it. What a lam-o. So how long do I have to sit in one of these rooms? Anyone else gonna touch me? That crap you medics do is kinda annoying. If it's necessary, then fine. Just don't leave me with some untrained medic who doesn't know what the hell they're doing. Is there anything to eat in this place? Or do I have to go fishing again? I'm really hungry. And did you know there's some crazy-a** rogue ninja in the Mist? He tried to kill me when i asked him for directions. Can't see anything through the stupid mist. Akira was slightly annoyed now that he realized all that had happened today. This has been a shitty day.....

Tsukiko was overjoyed to see Doctor Dramiel again. Hopefully her medical training would finally start. Though if it's going to begin with treating this child... As Dr.Dramiel asked if she had used the Diagnosis jutsu, she couldn't help but feel slightly proud that she had taken the proper steps, despite her dislike to actually heal people, much preferring to harm them with her jutsu instead. Tsukiko sighed. It's not like I'm evil, though even to myself I sound that way. But you can not protect yourself and live safely, free from worry about evil people, by being a good support ninja. You need to be truly strong in your own right if you wish to be powerful.

The pale-haired kunoichi opened her mouth to respond when her..."patient" filled in the bald doctor for her. In the presence of a superior, however, she did not rebuke him as he so deserved, child or no. She remained all business, as it should from one medic to another. "Yes, Dr.Dramiel. My charge is malnourished close to an extreme. The only reason he has any energy at the moment is stubbornness and some raw fish he ate out of the lake. That being said, he could be slightly dehydrated as well. Definite signs of fatigue. As he so aptly pointed out, I lack the knowledge to help and was unprepared at the time and did not have any food pills to give him." She glared at the boy. "And I do hope that untrained medic comment wasn't directed at your loving caretaker who carried you over here on her back. You heard the Kage. Don't complain so much, or it will only lengthen your time spent here. And that also means you should be as cooperative as possible. Such as introducing yourself to the kind Doctor Dramiel."

Tsukiko was slightly puzzled at his remark about not being able to see through the mist. Anyone who had lived here for long enough shouldn't have that much trouble with the constant mist. At that young age it was amazing to think this wasn't his home village, or somewhere close to here. "Oh! One last thing." She pulled out a small piece of paper and, finding a pen nearby in the room, she wrote down that the boy was slightly delusional from hunger and there was no real rouge ninja. "Here, Doctor." She handed him the note. Let the boy keep some dignity, at least.

Akira glanced at Tsukiko, but the glimmer from the slobber on her shoulder distracted him. He smirked. Hahaha! She still has that slobber on her! He turned away from her and the doctor and stifled a giggle. Then he turned back towards them no longer smirking. He seemed to have change moods. He was serious now. You've been quite rude today. If you want to grow up and get stronger then do it. Stop saying mean things and act proper. Just focus. You're not a child anymore. Act like an adult. Apologize and introduce yourself to both of them. They're here to help you. Take the help and get out of here. Akira nodded to himself. He stepped back and stood up straight. Then he said to both of the medics My name is Akira Saito. I'm kinda hungry and I think that's my problem. He faced Tsukiko. I apologize for being ungrateful and rude. You deserve more respect than that. I hope in the future we can work together. Oh and uhhhhh..... Akira brushed of his shoulder hoping Tsukiko would get the message. His stomach growled at him. Akira faced Doctor Dramiel. Doctor Dramiel, I'm REALLY hungry. I'm not trying to rush you but I'd really like to eat. Got anything lion around? Akira laughed at his joke. That was really lame.....

Dr. Dramiel took the kunoichi's note and analysis into account, though he knew those things already. He walked over to a box on the wall housing three wires running down to the kitchen, and tugged on the first one four times to signal for a meal to delivered. " Don't worry, there's food on the way. Just sit on that bed and we'll get back to you when she's ready. Now Tsukiko-san, there are some important things to keep in mind when treating patients. When you are dealing with any kind of patient, there are two main things you need to consider: keeping yourself from getting sick, and your patients from getting sicker by your actions.

Obviously you want to take every precaution to keep blood from getting on you, from coming in contact with germs, and from catching airborn pathogens of the patients. Aside from smart medical proceedures, one line of defence you will find most useful out on the battlefield is Teikouryoku, which temporarily increases your body's resistance to disease."

Dr. Dramiel then spent a moment to focus his chakra in his blood to boost the power of his white blood cells. "Focus on your chakra, and try to let it vent around your heart. It will be absorbed into the blood stream and improve your white blood cells' ability to attack infectious diseases. When you're saving someone's life in the heat of the moment, you probably won't have the luxury of taking your time to prevent exposure to disease, so this is your first line of defense."

[Teikouryoku (Power of Resistance): A medical nin must always be aware of becoming a victim of whatever their patient is suffering from. With this technique a medical nin temporarily increases their resistance to diseases and poisons. It has no effect on diseases or poisons already affecting the medical nin. This technique improves as the medical nin grows in power and affords greater resistance to a wider range of diseases and poisons.]

Wow. What a joke. Instead of giving the boy the usual flat stare she would give people-she wasn't known for humoring people-she tried to be light on him and simply raise her eyebrow questioningly at him. Tsukiko nodded fiercely as Dr.Dramiel explained the medical ninjutsu and its purpose. Every jutsu she learned was one step farther to becoming powerful and bringing her and her clan respect and honor. Oh joy, it seems I'll be practicing on Akira Saito. His demeanor has changed for the better, however, whatever the reason. Maybe we'll actually start to get along.

A ward against contamination? piece of cake. Focusing chakra in her blood was rather interesting idea though. Probably easier said then done, however. Tsukiko closed her silver eyes and paused for a second, feeling the chakra flow through her body. As with all medical jutsu, control had to be strong and precise or the technique would be sloppy and inefficient. A couple seconds spent in preparation was worth the increased usefulness of any technique, medical or otherwise. As soon as she truly felt her chakra, she gently but firmly-something that only those who have done it would understand-wielded her chakra and guided it, not forced it, around her heart. It was similar to healing, that way. She simply held her chakra-mentally of course, the jutsu did not require the use of her hands-over her heart and waited for it to be absorbed. She felt the chakra start to be dispersed into her blood. Knowing that the process had already started, she began to push harder to quicken the technique. Soon she could feel the defensive abilities not as a wall, but as a booster giving her addition strength.

"Thank you, Dr.Dramiel. What is the next step?"

Tsukiko really wanted to simply learn the basics of healing, and focus more on any offensive justu there were to learn, but she knew most medical ninja shunned using their gifts for violence. Thus, it was something she needed to mention after gaining his trust and waiting patiently, otherwise Tsukiko was afraid he wouldn't teach her at all.

Teikouryoku (Power of Resistance): A medical nin must always be aware of becoming a victim of whatever their patient is suffering from. With this technique a medical nin temporarily increases their resistance to diseases and poisons. It has no effect on diseases or poisons already affecting the medical nin.
