iShay-chan As I am much too lazy to send a PM, I'm simply going to quote you. As Jinchuuriki, do we start with the Bijuu already sealed in our characters? Yes. Only time you wouldn't is if a bijuu is actually attacking the village and someone happens to have a slot open for a genin RPC, so they create it without a bloodline/clan and have the kage seal it into them in the RP. At least, that's the only time I think it would work to do it in the RP.

Shay: there is always the option of knocking XD The reason why I put that is because my biggest pet peeve in roleplay (kinda like how I hate getting pms without a subject) is when people just walk into someone's house un announced. When I was kage of the Mist Village in VR I actually set a trap on my doorway that if it opened without me unlatching the trap, poison mist would explode on the sides of the doorway leaving the person who entered paralyzed within five posts. Ask Flurry or Sosay, they'll tell you how I got three genins with that
