Queen Arwen Ayamechan Hn. DC ain't all it's cracked up to be. I lived there for a year, and it got boring REAL fast. ._.; well its a school trip, its not like we're gonna stay there for a long time whee so its gotta be interesting or fun atleast sweatdrop its one of the huge trip, the best sounding school trip we ever had before. the other sucked xp *horrible memories of teh past* though the whale watch last year wasn't half bad neutral Just don't pack any nail clippers or pocket knives in your purse. Really. To get into ANY of the Smithsonians (except for the Freer and Sackler Galleries, the only two that really have something really valuable in them) you have to go through a security check. Oh, and Natural History has the best cafeteria. Remember that, or else you'll end up eating at American History (the best they have is disgusting rotissere chicken) or Air and Space (fast food).

ok, thanx, though i don't think i'll be carrying those things, i don't have nail clippers or pocket knives sweatdrop thanx anyways smile
oh are all tose cafes in one place? like, uh food court or something like that? cuz if so i think our teachers will let us choose whereever we'll eat, not unless they make us eat at one place eek xp

Queen Arwen oh are all tose cafes in one place? like, uh food court or something like that? cuz if so i think our teachers will let us choose whereever we'll eat, not unless they make us eat at one place eek xp The way the Smithsonians are set up is that there's a bigass field (The Mall) and they're all around it. The bigger and more popular museums have cafeterias (Air and Space, Natural History, American History). I THINK Natural History and American History are near each other, but I'm not sure; I never really spent a lot of time at American History. I'm pretty damn sure that Air and Space is clear across The Mall from Natural History... and that's, like, a mile long stretch. Yeah. Take very, very comfortable shoes. Anyways, that pretty much means that if your teachers say that you're eating at Air and Space, you're eating at Air and Space, but if they say you're eating at American History, you might be able to convince them to take a small group to Natural History... but given your ages, it's a longshot. They won't tell you that you're eating at Natural History. They never do.

alright thanx for teh info biggrin im definatly taking comfortble shoes, all i have is sneakers nad gonna get a smaller purse to hold just cash and camera and sick pills xd probably get sick on the plane ride,
i sure did on teh whale watch last year, though i could handle it so i didn't take the pills at home but i spent the last part of the trip barfing xp domokun disgusting, they're cancelling it this year cuz 29 people got sick xd

W00t! Winter term ends in a week and a day!
And I get to go home and be with my dogs and stuff!
And I get to visit my grandma. I love grandma and everything, but her perfume gives me massive migraines. And her house seriously frightens me. o_O;

Ayamechan Queen Arwen eek thats enough to strike fear in anyones' hearts whee lol xd my grandparents on my dads' side passed away, my moms side lives in europe sweatdrop At least that means that you get to go to Europe when you visit them. o.o;; i've been there only once a long time ago sweatdrop and it will be my last, cuz theres been a grudge/feud between my mom and her mom going on nearly decades so sweatdrop yea...so all of my mom's family (expcept one of of her younger sisters) live in the area her mom&dad lives so we're forbid from seeing my grandparents and my aunts and uncles on her side so its not that cool xp

anyways, damn i gots a soar throat gonk noo! its teh 2nd sore throat i got this winter, i've got 3-4 colds xp i've gotten sick alot this winter sad and it started snowing yesturday afternoon and it sarted snowing this morning xp
