I don't really find the organs appealing.
Though, I did catch an episode of Fear Factor where they had to eat horse a**s. That was pretty lulzy.

I only see myself eating the organs if I were in desperate need of the particular nutrients that they provided and my body started telling me that they were appealing. It happens when you're deprived of nutrients and you really don't have a choice at that point but to think it's delicious.

The one that always gets me is the pigs feet.
Not so much that it's the feet, but what the feet have been in.
All the sanitation in the world can't change the fact that those feet have been coated in crap.

I've known a lot of people that have eaten them. A lot of local markets carry them, and I live in a big city- it's not like I live in a rural area populated entirely by farmers or anything.
Or, better yet, Rocky Mountain Oysters. That one baffles me too D;

Pigs feet don't seem too terrible to me. I mean yea it stepped in s**t and what not, but so did the rest of it. I'd like to think I'd be adventurous to try testicles of any kind, but I'm not sure.
I love watching Andrew Zimmern from the Travel Channel though.

One of the local ones he did was The Dagwood xD http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kqj4Ekpwx1UThat guy scarfs it, but o___O My brother does that challenge all the time, he always finishes under the time limit.
