Hanzo Komeiji Meiling the Mighty Hanzo Komeiji Meiling the Mighty Hanzo Komeiji Hmmm.....so..... Sengoku Basara Version Yukimura/Black Mage/Sima Yi Right? Maybe. I don't know anything about them, so I really can't say. Ah, let me remedy that then. SB Yukimura/Black Mage/ Sima Yi(DW6 Version)The first one, sometimes. The second one is kind of mixed in randomly with everything else, but specifically isn't part of what I was trying to describe. Basically, think of Black Mage on a rant that simultaneously tells people to do things and how to do them. Moderately fast talking is involved. That's where Sima Yi factors in.......Mostly. Well, that video at least didn't show any of what I was talking about. Oh well.

Yep, just take "Cirno(Fire)" and add the glasses.
And Voile(pun intended), Achi Cirno.
Naturally, since I'm smart, but not too able to handle certain things like highly complex math(I'm looking at you Algebra and Calculus), it'd be a no-brainer for that setup.
You might say that that comic was 19 years in the making. xD
