Biography Disaster having had a hard life became mute to protect herself from the harsh criticisms of others. She has a strong foreshadowing ability that nigh-on lets her predict natural disasters and the like. Even though she was treated so badly before, the Absol still tries to warn others of the impending doom. Not keen to stay in one place long, she constantly wonders the world. At least until given a reason to stay by falling in love. Although she still seems aloof, there is also a bit of a prankster under her quiet exterior. Overall this makes her fun-loving, caring, and calm.
Backstory As a foal Disaster realized early on that she was strange. She had strong instincts that she learned to follow. These instincts were her innate ability for foretell with some kind of disaster was coming. Not only did this ability give her a name, but it also led to her being bullied and ridiculed by others. If the event she prophesied came to be she would be deemed at fault. Thus leading to the young filly being shunned from her home. Eventually she just learned to stay quiet.
With her shunning, she would move from place to place along the shadows. Showing herself anywhere her instincts led. Thus making her become fairly synonymous with her name sake. This was how she lived as she grew into adulthood, never staying in one place for long. After some time she managed to find a friend. Someone whom would become her closest confidant. They may not have stayed together long, but they did make time to meet regularly.
The mute mare also found a soul companion. This stallion accepted her with all flaws eventually winning her heart. In all honesty she had thought it impossible to love or be loved in return. A contentment filled her following this union. Disaster followed her mate back to his herd where she settled down for the first time. She even got a job working alongside the herd’s priestess. Together the two were able to keep the herd well protected. Slowly she began to talk small words in a deep raspy voice. Something she had again thought an impossibility for her.

Biography When Erlene was a but a foal, her older brother Reynard was already the protector of their herd. This fact did not stop the young filly from attempting to push his last button. Always the prankster, she loved to make him her primary target. She especially enjoyed any reaction she would elicit from him. Although to those outside of the siblings he may seem gruff with her, there was never a doubt in her mind of his care for her. As she got bigger the ways she pushed his buttons adapted. The worst being her ever penchant need to explore as far as she could before being caught. While she would huff at being grounded to home, she also truly loved their home.
Due to her free-spirited nature, there were few in their herd who did not at least know of her. It also came as no surprise to them when she became a merchant after coming of age. Together when her wanderers heart and a high charisma it was a perfect fit. Erlene took to her job like a fish did to water. At first she merely tried to get good deals. However soon she combined her charisma and sarcastic tongue to essentially swindle others. More often than not, she would come back with close or more than double what was expected.
Backstory Erlene loves to have fun and explore. She is very much a free-spirit who does not like to stay still for long. When it came time to decide her place in the herd, it was fairly obvious the vixen would chose to be a merchant. Others laughed upon this announcement. Of course the free-spirit would want the job of exploring! It also helped that Erlene is naturally charismatic. This let her barter very well including getting more for less quite regularly. That said however, she also possesses a sarcastic side. If not careful this trait can and has spoiled a barter. Although that has been very rare. The mare is also very herd and family oriented. Every time she returns, it feels like a breath of fresh air. Also, always the first thing she does is to pull a prank on her older brother. Much to his announce she's sure.
