Aeden looked like he was staring off into space, but this was a reconizable look. Inside his head, networks of information, strategies, If Ands, If Elses, basically a slot for anything that could happen, the consequences, and actions based off those consequences were filing through his head. It was once joked that this was the reason she kept him around, but it was a gift, aside from his other two (Sake Consumption and Chakra Control).
He already had money set aside in case Jade decided to break something in a drunken state. He knew better than to try to cut her off. Bad things happened when you tried to. Bad... awful things. "Does anyone else know about this?" If there was a chance another was in their group like her, as in, trying to keep an eye on them, he or she could be a useful ally. Or this person could only be there to use Jade and eventually turn on her, which would make it all the easier to dispose of her at that time.

Jade looked up at Aeden to see him thinking. In her drunk stupor, she lifted her hand and waggled a finger at him, a huge smile spreading across her face. "You got your thinky face on~" She burst out laughing, of course at nothing in particular, and then regained her composure in almost an instant. Jade tapped the bar, asking for more Sake.
"I don't really think that is the best idea little lady, I think you had enough."
Jade's body went rigid as she stopped moving, probably breathing all together. The very look of death had entered her eyes, and she metaphorically shot lasers out to Nikko. At first, he tried to ignore her, but the glaring did not cease. Nikko grew visibly sweaty as he tried to occupy himself by cleaning a glass, though he grew more nervous. Minutes ticked by, and Jade still did not move. Finally, Nikko caved, and poured her some more. The little demon that had just been exposed quickly crawled back into it's cave as a smile spread across Jade's face. The sake met her lips within moments. "Nopers." Was the answer to his question.

Aeden shook his head slightly, both snapping out of his trance and at Jade's child-like behavior, however refreshing it might have been. "You know, you're a dangerous person. If the looks or weapons don't kill, your stubbornness will."
Wait, this would be a wonderful place and time to get vengence on her again. She wasn't really in the right mindset, and was now easily gullible. But how to proceed...? Many devilish ideas came to mind, but he decided to wait until later to make his move.

--------------------------------------------------- Arriving at the restaurant, worried about her stomach only. Kiyoko walked in and took a seat. Without willing to wait too long, she quickly ordered a pork ramen and waited for it. During the time she waited, Kiyoko looked around the restaurant. 'A very nice place...' she thought while quickly glancing around the restaurant. She didn't pay much attention to the other customers though.---------------------------------------------------

Jade smirked at Aeden, not even noticing Kiyoko enter. Now things could get quite dangerous. Good thing there was no way for Kiyoko to recognize her, though Aeden was a different story. "Mmm, atleast I am well armed." She had finished her sake, and the blush under her cheeks had faded a bit. Her food was also gone, and now Jade felt that she had compensated for the amount she had missed out on.

Aeden wasn't quite finished yet. Almost though. "You mentioned others, besides the gennin? Where are they?" Regardless if Kiyoko reconized him or not, there was nothing that she could do, really. Fighting was prohibited, and he would only act in self-defense.

Jade shrugged her shoulders, not actually knowing where everyone was at the moment. "The only two non-genin in the Red Clouds is the man you met earlier, and the one you already know." Jade was of course speaking about herself, and Cody, whom Aeden saw earlier, only as the Kazekage. She leaned back on her stool, not realizing it didn't have a back. Her body lurched backward, though Jade's arms shot out, grabbing the bar and steadying herself.

Aeden's hand was pressing against her back. His body was bent backwards, somewhat inhumanly, trying to make sure she didn't fall. He had a weird look on his face, followed by a sigh. He simply sat up straight once she was steady, then clapped his hands together twice with his eyes closed. It was another habit of his. He would have asked about their leader, but now wasn't the time for that.

Jade let out her laugh, of course at her own stupidity. She was feeling a bit better, if anything only alittle tired. Her mind was on studying and observing people, something she was really good at. She was eager for the second phase of the exams to start, so that she may begin her study, and possibly learn a few things. Yes, it was odd she could still learn stuff from younger people, but she would need to copy certain jutsu to qualify for something...

--------------------------------------------------- After some time, Kiyoko's ramen was brought to her. The steam made it obvious to know the ramen was just prepared. Kiyoko's priority was to calm her stomach, but the food wouldn't run away so she calmly ate it. It was really awesome, not even comparable to ramen she had eaten before.
Ignoring the other customers, Kiyoko enjoyed every bit of her ramen. Though she wasn't in a hurry, she finished her ramen not too long after it was brought to her. 'I need to know where and when the fights will happen...' she thought while also remembering she would have to find Kaze. Kiyoko stood up and left the money to pay for the ramen over the table, she left afterwards.Exit to Hidden Caverns

Jade stirred in her seat, getting ready to leave. "Aeden-kun, I believe it is time we part, but we will meet again." She rose to her feet, and paid her bill. After fixing her mask, Jade left the restaurant, heading to see Cody, perhaps, or gather information.

Aeden nodded and let her do her thing, but not before one last quick kiss.
He sat back down, placing his hand over his face. If Serah were watching over him right now, she'd probably be dying laughing. Stone-Cold Aeden, obsessed with a woman. But was this really obsession, or an unyielding devotion? He'd prefer to think of it as the latter.

Someone who worked at the place tapped Aeden on the head. He'd fallen asleep. Had the second stage of the Exams started yet? only one way to find out. He disappeared in a flicker.

He had gone looking for a food stand, and managed to find a rather nice little place instead. best of all, they appeared to serve meat. Not that he was some freakish meat hog, but he did love the taste. It wasn't all that common you could get good meat out in the desert, thanks to shipping complications and all that. Stepping to an empty table, David let out a sigh. He would have to take the stuff off again. What a pain. Was it really worth it? No matter. A flick of his finger, and the strap holding his gourd on split, dropping it and his staff, and even his backpack to the floor with a rather loud crash. Ignoring the crash, he settled himself into the seat and leaned back to rest. As he sat, a waiter showed up with a menu, to which he quickly pointed out that he just wanted some meat, and the man ran off to take care of it. Again, David had to smile. People that didn't try to bond or fish for info, how nice. What was also nice, is that the waiter was back with his food and gone again within seconds, leaving David to his business. Of course, his mind immediately went back to the exam. He hadn't been able to do anything there, and that annoyed him. Sure, he had managed to grab the answers off of that guy thanks to his random screaming fit, which, come to think of it, should have been suspicious. Were those answers even right? Anyways, if that hadn't happened, he'd have no answers at all. That needed to be remedied. But that would come later. For now, there was food. With a deft hand, he swept up the eating utensils and began eating. The man had brought him a good sized plate with the meat they usually put in their ramen, with slightly less ramen. He didn't mind at all though, as it was in fact meat. Tasty tasty meat that he rarely got out in Suna. This was a nice restaurant. And that was a nice waiter. [Chakra Point Total: 35/35]
