Yes, it is mainly Americans who say those things, but that's because it is mainly Americans who I meet online, most especially on Gaia. If you ask me, every country has its good and bad points; it's just another hunk of land with people crawling all over it, trying to give themselves an identity so as not to be mixed up with all the other people crawling on different bits of land.
By the way, I'm not much of a Beatles fan, but they have got some of the best lyrics of all time.

I'm happy to say that I have played, and beaten story mode three times, in the Beatles Rockband as the drummer biggrin
PLUS I'M CANADIAN, WOOT!!
.... Though... It may be childish, but my favorite song of theirs is a tie between Eleanor RIgby and Yellow Submarine, ahaha
