An Answer Letter to Cosa Dear Cosa,
I hope my letters don't curse you and make you get hurt. Nila, that's pretty and blue skin! I never saw blue skin before, except in the books. I bet she's adorable and fun. I would love too, I wish I had a little sister. OO, moving. I moved when my mommy left. I have a room in Caroline's house, she made it up for me. The walls are white. My favorite color is red or teal. I like colors...
Thank you! I sure love reading, maybe I could read to Nila? I've been reading the violet fairy book, it's about fairies. I got a bracelet from my mommy, she sent it in a letter...I think you would like it. I keep it in my music box you gave me. Also, I have a kitten named Page. She's silly! I'll bring her to visit too, when I go to see Nila and you.

I have found a cool show on TV. They do a quiz there and if you answer wrong something bad happens. One guy stood below a shower and then he answered wrong and he was wet. We can watch it and then laugh. It's funny. I want to see your bracelet and your kitty. I bet they are as cool as you are.

Hit 'em baby
"Wohooo !" Jacosa's tail almost swayed the cookies off the table as he was rolling on the floor laughing. He was sitting in front of the TV and watched his favourite show.
Andraste just entered the room and stared at the giggling boy. "Have fun, eh ?" Jacosa's eyes turned towards the mother, who literally was upside-down now and grinned. "Mom, mom, he was bathing in JELLY !" The laughter bursted out of him and Andraste was about to leave the room as she almost bumped into Ranjit.
The woman pointed at the otter, who was already busily occupied again. His paws were pressed against his mouth to supress his giggles. "How long are you watching TV now, Jac ?" The man asked and moved over to kneel down beside the boy. He knew quite well that Jacosa probably watched so much TV because of his siblings, but still it wasn't alright.
"Do you want to watch with me ?" The otter asked and his dark eyes were sparkling with hope. "Too much television is not good for your head and your mind AND your body." Ranjit said and turned off the show pretty quickly.
Jacosa gasped for air. "NO ! It was just getting exciting !" Huffing he wiggled towards the on button, but Ranjit didn't allow him to get back to his daily routine. "No, Jac. That's not sensible."
"Who says that I want to be sensible ? I want to see "Would you do ?" !"
Ranjit shook his head again as Andraste reappeared, Nila in her arms. "Why don't you do some sports together ?" The man rubbed his head and was just about to say that he had wanted to meet at colleague as he noticed Jacosa's expression. Begging was underestimated.
"Pleeeeaaase." He clinged to the father's leg and hugged it tightly. Oh how he wished that Ranjit would take him with him. They would have so much fun together, it would be awesome,wonderful....
The man sighed and nodded. "Alright, ok, just let go of me, Jac. What would you prefer ? Running, Swimming, Soccer, Tennis.."
"What's Tennis ?" Jacosa asked very interested and looked up to Ranjit quite proudly that he had such a knowing father.
"It's not an otter sport." Andraste snorted and caused a deep frown on Jac's forehead. Wrinkling his nose he turned back to Ranjit. "Can we go and play tennis ?"
Ranjit grinned and nodded, which caused the small one to squeal. Andraste just sighed and disappeared into the kitchen.

 Tennis and Easter
Hello.
Finally we did something interesting, so I can tell you about it. I played Tennis with Randy. It was soo cool ! But it's still a bit hard for me. I got a small tennis racket and we just played with a small net, but it was nice.
You have to hit the ball, but not too much because then it's out, and the other one has to get it and hit it as well. The ball has to stay inside the lines. I really like it, although Mommy says it's not an otter sport. I don't understand why not.
Otieno is a bit taller now and he walks, but Nila doesn't. She's still small and a baby and doesn't say anything. That's nice. Otieno bit me, that's not nice. Randy says he didn't want to do it, but I don't know.
Tomorrow is Easter. Andraste said we're going to look for eggs, which were hidden by the Easter bunny and we will get presents perhaps.
Hopefully I will be allowed to play tennis.

Easter - Part I
Andraste and Ranjit woke up as a squealing otter didn't dare to come out of his room. "EGGS !" He called out and pointed at several places, where he had spotted colourful beings.
The parents just grinned, even Andraste seemed to enjoy his happiness. Ranjt moved towards the children rooms and moved to wake up Otieno and Nila. The baby girl was already awake in her small crib and blinked at the father. "Tsk, there's not another baby around as quite as you, Nila." Ranjit mumbled as he picked her up and moved into Otieno's room.
The blue boy was still fast asleep and his tail was only twitching slightly. Ranjit touched his shoulder carefully and as always Otieno seemed pretty scared until he noticed that it was only his father, who was waking him. "NO !" He growled, but as sleepy as he was, he was much too astonished as Ranjit picked him up and dragged him into the hallway where Jacosa was already looking around happily.
"Can we go and search for them now ?" His dark eyes were sparkling as Ranjit sat Otieno down, who had to hold on the wall to be able to stand properly. The walking thing was still a bit difficult to him.
Nila yawned and nuzzled her father's shoulder. Her bright blue eyes watched the brothers though as they moved into the living room. "Alright boys, go and look for the eggs now." Andraste smiled as Jacosa dashed off and Otieno watched her for a moment before he followed.

Easter - Part II
After a while Jacosa had managed to calm down and a lot of sparkly Easter eggs had found their way into his basket. Ranjit had helped Otieno to gather a few of them as well and the boy watched the otter with jealous green eyes. Jac didn't seem to mind to share though and offered one of his prettiest eggs to Nila, who patted it with one hand and then seemed to decide that other people could carry it for her.
Andraste wasn't sure if she understood what was going on, but she seemed content and that's what counted. Otieno had settled down on the floor and tried to work through the egg's shell with his teeth. Lucklily the eggs were hard enough for his teeth. The parents had found a special shop for such cases and shared a knowing grin.
"That's cool. They are too nice to eat them though." Jacosa commented as he looked at his Mommy and smiled revealing his missing tooth.
"Are you ready for more presents now ? I guess the Easter bunny left a few more." Ranjit smiled and pointed at the kitchen that had been avoided until now. Before Jacosa could do anything Otieno slowly crawled towards said room. He knew that he wasn't as fast when he walked and tried to kick the door open with a snort. Even Andraste had to laugh as Jacosa opened the door and helped the blue boy inside, who just hissed at the older one.
Nila patted her mother's cheek and pointed at the door, which caused Andraste to follow the boys. Sometimes she wondered if her daughter just didn't want to speak.
So they entered the kitchen and Jacosa's eyes went wide as he saw a present on the table, which strangely resembled a racket. His name was sparkling on a card close to it and there was also an Easter nest filled with chocolate eggs and bunnies. Looking back at Ranjit who just nodded he moved to sit down on a chair and almost hurt his tail by hitting against the wood.
While the otter seemed occupied Andraste and Ranjit moved over to a small corner, where they had put a few pillows for the smaller ones to sit at. Of course there was a nest for Otieno as well and a very small one for Nila, but the most astonishing things were the two close to them.
Right beside Nila's small nest lay a furry something. As Nila was sat down close to it she eyed it very suspiciously before touching it with one finger. The pet moved and Nila moved away a bit as a head appeared just as hoves came out of the light pink body. The Nokke baby blinked and extended her hand again while the creature started to sniff at it. It had funny green points all over it's fur and something that appeared to be a second head on it's chest. Nila didn't seem to mind though and leaned against it quickly after feeling it's fur. The Yhapi squeaked, but didn't move.
"That's Russel." Andraste told the blue baby girl and Ranjit frowned. "You can't just name it !" The mother shrugged. "She's not able too and it needs name until then, ne ?" The man sighed and turned towards Otieno as he was almost hit by a tennis racket.
"LOOK HOW COOL IT IS !" Jacosa screamed and tried to hit imaginary balls. "Does it mean I can really play tennis now ?" He asked very excited and jumped up and down more looking like a bunny than an otter. As Andraste nodded he jumped even higher and almost hit the oven when wiggling around with the racket.
Ranjit had kneeled down beside Otieno, who was clinging to a strange kind of mask and had started to poke it. A small dark blue head was slowly coming out of the mask and looked at the boy with red eyes. Otieno was startled at first, but then decided to taste the pet. Before Ranjit could do anything he had pushed his teeth into the mask. The pet luckily didn't react and so Otieno let go of it pretty quickly.
"It's a Beom. Name him quickly before your mother does." Ranjit whispered while Andraste was still busy with Jacosa. Otieno turned his gaze back to the creature, who was a bit smaller than he was when standing and then turned back to Ranjit. "Bom." The father wasn't quite sure if it was a way of saying Beom or the new name, but the second suggestion was much more of his liking.

Easter Egg Hunt I Lenachan358 Finally Andraste and Ranjit had managed to park their car quite close to the egg hunting area and were making their way towards the crowd. "Looks like quite a nice party." Ranjit mumbled and smiled at his small family consisting of their oldest son Jacosa, Otieno who was walking at his right hand and Nila, who was on her mother's arms. Jacosa's eyes were glittering of joy as he saw the other children. " HELLO" He called out and moved towards the small group. The parents followed with the smaller ones. Andraste offered Jacosa the small easter basket they had brought and the otter wondered why nobody was answering his call. But of course ! They were all busy hunting the eggs. With a grin he accepted the basket and moved towards a small bush to look for an egg. What where the others doing ? His attention wasn't able to rest on the bush for long. Andraste and Ranjit moved with Otieno and Nila towards the other parents. Nah, there didn't seem to be an egg anyway. Jacosa was distracted by a girl standing in a pond screaming for an egg. Quickly the otter moved over and wondered if there was another one inside. " Woah, you found one." Quickly he peered into the water to see if another one was there. Indeed ! There was a something that looked like a stone, but was a bit too white for just a stone. It probably was an egg. " That's a good egg place. Jacosa announced before jumping right into the small pond. His trousers became awfully wet, but he managed to grab the tiny egg. Woah, it was so pretty. " MOMMY, LOOK ! Waving with the egg the otter jumped around and splashed happily. Andraste came closer with Nila and smiled. "Awesome, Jac." The baby made grabby hands for the tiny object. Jacosa was already looking out for others again. Jacosa stomped of after giving the small egg to his mother. The woman followed with Nila on her arm. The baby was wiggling and babbling happily as they followed the big fuzzy brother. He seemed to have found a strange hole in the ground close to a tree. " I BET there's one in there !" The otter squealed and kneeled down to take a look. Jacosa pouted as he found nothing but earth and sighed. " The others are so..skilled, Mommey." Andraste patted the boy's head and smiled. "You already found one. Don't you want to open it ?" The otter blinked. He was able to open it ? He nodded excitedly and Andraste put Nila to the ground before she offered the egg the Jac. The otter opened it and squealed. There was paper inside ! "A certificate !" Andraste smiled and helped Jacosa to read it properly. Nila in between had crawled towards an area with high grass. Was there something everyone was looking for ? "It's for a pet." Andraste smiled at Jacosa and the otter squealed happily. " Cool ! Can we go and look for more eggs ? I bet there's one over there behind the stone. The otter moved up as the mother was startled. "Where's Nila ?" Nila was happily crawling through the grass and stopped in front of a small stone. What was that ? " Niiiilaaa ?" Jacosa called out and stumbled through the grass. Andraste followed and looked through the waves of green. Where had the baby gone ? "Nila !" The mother called out quite worried. Nila instead patted the small stone in front of her and started to move it aside. It was a bit heavy, but after a while she managed to push it aside. More interesting stuff awaited her in front ! "RANJIT ! THE BABY IS GONE !" Andraste called out and caused the whole family to move through the high grass to find the little blue girl, who was enjoying herself in the meantime. Lots of voices could be heard, but it seemed like a strange melody to Nila. This was a very funny holiday. The girl giggled and continued her journey through the grass. What was that red thing ? A flower ? Cerena "Pirate bunnies working with... ninja fairies, maybe?" Lethe suggested, accepting her egg and peering closely at it. Well, it matched her outfit -- at least she was lucky like that. Slipping it into her pocket, she easily fell for Keith's trick and held a hand against her forehead to cast shade over her eyes as she peered into the direction he indicated. "...A table?" She clarified, looking more closely for eggs -- just in case -- sideglancing towards Keith with a raised eyebrow. "You feeling alright?" She was about to say something more, but a nearby shriek saying something about a baby being gone distracted her. "...Hnn.. Maybe I can give her my babies..." But before waiting for a reply, Lethe already moved off to address the woman she assumed was the mother. "Excuse me.. madame? I heard about your baby... What does she look like? Maybe we can help?" Hey, if they were so good at finding eggs... babies should be no problem, right? Lenachan358 Nila giggled and patted the shiney egg she had found. Wasn't that something all the others enjoyed ? Ranjit moved through the grass with Otieno as the boy suddenly pointed at something. "Neela." He mumbled and the man looked right into the direction. "There she is !" Moving towards the baby he picked her up and she had almost dropped the egg. Jacosa followed quickly. " Woah ! She's SO good. She found one !" Andraste quickly moved towards them but only spotted another blue thing inside the grass. As she was addressed by a girl Andraste just smiled. "Oh hello, she's blue and small with red hair. Thanks, you're a nice girl." "Woah that went fast." Andraste smiled at the girl and waved at Ranjit and the boys who moved over to them. Nila was clinging to the egg, while Otieno was insisting on picking flowers and bugs. As he tried to eat one of them Ranjit quickly tried to pick him up. But the boy didn't want to get away from the place he was staring at. There was something ! " ECK !" Otieno demanded and pointed at something colorful on the ground. Ranjit kneeled down to look at it. Ranjit laughed. "No, that's just a bug, Oti." The boy huffed as he wanted to pick it up, but was lifted into the air by his father. Andraste grinned and shook her head as she stroked through Nila's hair. The baby girl was still smiling at the little egg she was holding. " Oti is right, he still needs one." Jacosa demanded and finally moved over to a tree to looks at it's crown. Everybody was looking at branches, perhaps there were some eggs left ?

Easter Egg Hunt II Lenachan358 The family had gathered to eat a bit after Nila had been found. Otieno was pouting because he was the only one without an egg. He didn't really understand what was so special about them, but they HAD to be good, because everyone had one. Because of that he started to chew on his shoes. Jacosa talked to Nila about his egg and the baby just watched the oval object. In between the otter looked around for other kids. He really wanted to play with somebody. "Go and join the other ones." Ranjit smiled and made Jacosa move over to Solaris, Kiana and the other kids. They stayed a bit away with the toddlers themselves, but the otter quickly ran towards the announcing lady. He was holding a little basket containing one egg only. " Hello." The boy said friendly, but not too loudly. Jacosa watched the children interact and his ears dropped a bit. Perhaps it was because he was so furry and they weren't ? Most of his friends had fur as well. He coughed a bit and moved over to Angelus and touched his shoulder briefly. " Erm...I wonder if you know good tricks for...finding eggs ?" Silent_Crying_Eyes Angelus felt a touch on his shoulder and he looked behind him. Another child! "Um... I've found all of mine in trees! And plus, I have him."
He pointed to his chocolate banthi. "He's got a pretty good nose. Would you like to join us?" he offered. "My name's Angeluls and he's Dameon." He pointed to the banthi. Kaioto_Katsuma "And I'm Kiana" adds Kiana. "And the chocolate-and-dirt-covered boy over there is Solaris." "Hey! I heard that!" he calls. Lenachan358 Jacosa had to keep himself from squealing and just nodded very exaggeratedly. " Yeah, yeah, sure. I'm Jacosa. You can call me Cosa though or Jac. You decide." His dark eyes turned towards the banthi and made him grin. Why didn't he have such a cool pet ? Well, he had one, but she only lived inside the bathtub. " I only found one yet. How many do you have ?" He revealed the egg inside his basket and looked at the three children. Kaioto_Katsuma Solaris, itching to start hunting again, nevertheless joins the group, making a note to keep an eye on the chocolate-covered banthi. "I've got three!" he says, proudly holding up his bag. "An' two have gold in 'em!" "I've got two" replies Kiana after her brother. "No gold, though. I got a bunny slipper and an angelic fish!" On the last two words, her grins grows wider on her face. She's really looking forward to seeing her new pet. Silent_Crying_Eyes Angelus smiled. "Is Jac okay?" He liked that nickname out of all of them for some reason.
Angelus looked into his bag. "Both Dameon and I found eight all together. Two of the eggs have certificates to some fuzzy slipper shop." He needed to tell Silent so she could take him.
"What's in yours Jac?" he asked.
Dameon had a sly smile on his face as he kept an eye on Solaris. Solaris tasted like Chocolate now and that was a good thing.
Angelus looked to Kiana. "You're going to have to show me your Angelic fish when you get it!" It sounded like a really cool pet.
"We have one more hunt." He informed the child whom he traded chocolate with. Lenachan358 " Jac is alright. I had a certificate in there for some kind of pet...called...err" His paw reached into his trousers pockets and fished out a small crumbled piece of paper. " Tyuri." Listening to the conversation the otter moved his tail slightly. " I bet it has pretty wings. Just like you." Jacosa busily tried to imagine how such a fish had to look like as he smiled at Kiana. " Where shall we look at first ?" Kaioto_Katsuma "Of course I'm gonna show you!" Kiana says to Angelus. "I'm gonna show everybody!! I've never heard of an angelic fish before, so it's my job to show everyone they exist." she adds with a determined nod. Cool pets come with responsibilities, even if they're fun responsibilities. "Aaw, thank you!" Kiana then replies to Jacosa, fluttering her wings behind her. But Solaris, mostly left out of the conversation, is itching to start now. "Come oonn, guys, they're gonna start without us if we don't hurry!" Jacosa heard somebody yelling and then he saw the disaster. Andraste waved to get him towards her and a very strange looking Otieno lay on the blanket, seemingly quite pale. Lenachan358 " Can I go now please, MOM ?" Jacosa whined as he looked at all the other children. " They invited me to join them, they have fun without me." He pointed at the children, who were busily searching for eggs. Andraste sighed. Otieno had started to puke out of nothing and to avoid that it was because of the food they had eaten, she had told Jacosa to stay with her. But as he begged like this she couldn't resist but allow him to go. The otter almost stumbled across his own feet as he ran towards the trees and bushes looking around for eggs and the others. Jacosa gasped as he fell to the ground as he tripped over something. It was black and green and...an EGG ! Quickly he picked it up and tried to clean it from the dirt regardless that his clothes were quite dirty as well. As fast as possible the otter got up and dashed towards Angelus and Kiana, who were looking at trees. The otter shoved the egg into his basket, who gladly hadn't been destroyed. " Mom...wanted..stay...now...here...again.." He muttered a bit out of breath. Kaioto_Katsuma Kiana looks down from where Angelus soared to, broken out of her thoughts by someone was gasping behind her. The otter boy! Jacosa! "Hey! I was wondering where you'd gone!" Actually, she hadn't particularly noticed, but that was mean, so she ignored the thought. "Are you ok?" Silent_Crying_Eyes Not seeing anything, Angelus fluttered back down to the ground. "Hey Jac! You found one? That's great!" Kiana and him weren't having the same luck though.
Dameon nudged the fallen angel's thigh.
Angelus refused to look down. He knew who it was. "If you have another one, you'll be a furless banthi." He warned, but not being serious.
It was another egg. Taking the object from his mouth, he deposited the egg into his bag.
"I guess your nose knows, huh?" he chuckled.
Dameon barked happily. He started to sniff towards the base of the tree in which the children were looking in. Lenachan358 Jacosa smiled at Kiana and nodded. " I'm alright." His nose was feeling a little bit ticklish though. Quickly he covered it with his paws as he had to sneeze. " He's so skilled. Perhaps you could open an egg finding shop, just for Easter." Jacosa suggested and petted the Banthi's head slightly. Hopefully he was allowed to do so. As his eyes trailed across the ground he noticed something red behind the tree's bark. Silent_Crying_Eyes Dameon nuzzled the hand that petted him. Children were so nice and fun to play with. Even though he was an adult, he still acted like a kid at times.
"He'd make a lot of gold with that nose." Angelus chuckled. His paper bag was starting to feel a bit weighty. "Do you have any ideas where we could find some eggs?" he asked the otter.
Dameon sniffed around Kiana's feet. He could've sworn he smelled something. Kaioto_Katsuma Kiana blinks down at the Banthi, and pats him a bit on the head. He didn't think she had eggs in her shoes, did he? XD But Jacosa's reappearance reminded her about Solaris. Where'd he get off to? Looking around, she doesn't see him. "Um... hold on a sec, guys, I should probably go see where Solaris went off to" she says. Kaioto and Therlia are here, but still, she should have an idea where he is. Besides, he might know where some eggs are... Lenachan358 Jacosa was releaved as he was obviously allowed to pet Dameon and squinted his eyes a bit to look at the red object. It was just a flower, sadly. " Oh yes, you could get your own show on TV !" His dark eyes sparkled at the thought and he had to surpress a giggle. It was too funny ! Scratching his chin Jacosa looked around. " My first egg was inside pond. Perhaps there's another one inside a water place ?" Looking around he pointed at a small puddle. Silent_Crying_Eyes Angelus nodded his head to Kiana. "Okay. If you find him, bring him back so we can all find some more eggs. Two heads are better than one." He joked.
Dameon realized that it was nothing and turned his attention to the grass near Jac's feet. Either children had smelly feet or there was an egg here. xd Silent_Crying_Eyes Dameon shook his head. Nothing! Children had the oddest smelling feet in his opinion. Turning his nose back to the ground, it led him next to a trash can in the park. Maybe someone accidentally threw one away? Lenachan358 Solaris ? Oh yeah, the other boy that looked so similar to Kiana. " I can tell you if I see him." The otter mumbled and moved towards the puddle to inspect it closer. It seemed quite muddy. Quickly he dipped his hand into the water to touch the ground. Was an egg hidden there ? Silent_Crying_Eyes He really didn't want to dive in to the trash can, but did he have a choice? No. He'd do it for the eggs. Peering over the rim, he used his muzzle to move debris out of his way. Silent_Crying_Eyes Angelus watched the otter dip his hand into a puddle of water. "Did you find one?" he asked Jac.
As he walked over to him, Angelus nearly fell over due to a hard object. Lenachan358 The muddy hand was pulled out again and the otter's eyes were focused on an object in his palm. It indeed looked like an egg. " Woo, yeah. Cool !" He showed the brown one to Angelus and smiled. " That's a good egg hiding place. Perhaps there's another one inside ?" It almost seemed like he waited for Angelus to dip into the puddle himself. Silent_Crying_Eyes Angelus grumbled. "Stupid rocks." He complained. His eyes looked to the egg. "Good job! Maybe." He dipped his hand into the puddle of water. Thank goodness he didn't fall in. Lenachan358 " Where did your dog go ?" Jacosa inquired as he watched Angelus' hand dip into the muddy water. Somehow the animal seemed to have vanished and just when they needed his egg instincts. The otters tail wiggled a bit as he looked under a nearby stone. Perhaps they had dig a hole below it and just covered it with the stone ? " Is there another one ?" Silent_Crying_Eyes "I'm not sure. But he'll only come back when he finds an egg." Angelus laughed. He shook his hand to take some water off. "Nothing." he responded.
"You're finding them. Not me. Maybe there is one there." he said, looking towards the direction of the stone.
Dameon was not going to give up! He continued to dig deeper. Lenachan358 Of course, he trusted the dog. Jacosa smiled slightly and turned his eyes back to the stone. " I think you found more than me, I was just lucky with the water stuff. Perhaps because I'm an otter." Dark eyes were staring at the place where he just had suspected the egg. Sadly they had to leave soon and Jacosa didn't have any time to find more eggs. They had won gold, a plushie and two pets though, which were supposed to be delivered soon. After all it was a nice day.

Sunny Days Lenachan358 Jacosa's tail flicked from side to side as he watched the other children on the playground. He was wearing shorts and a shirt as it was a sunny day and his mother had allowed him to go outside and play a bit on his own. Sadly playing on one's own seemed boring and now his new yellow tennis ball seemed to have vanished into some nearby bushes. He had been playing tennis against the wall, but since the ball was gone and he wasn't able to find it, the otter had simply decided to climb the wall and watch the others. Kitara Kata Like a lot of other families that day, Kitara thought it a beautiful day to take her daughter out to the playground. She walked down one of the paved pathways, one hand holding onto Katrina's and another holding an easel.The puppy wandered along, paw in her mother's gloved hand. Brown eyes scanned the playground, floppy ears twitching. Her eyesight wasn't the best, but her sense of smell was. She paused and sniffed the air, eyes traveling over to the otter sitting on the wall. She... knew him, didn't she? Lenachan358 Jacosa watched some people walking alone of the pathways and he had to squint his eyes to look at them more closely. There was a quite famliar figure. A grin formed on his face as he recognised Katrina. She seemed to see him as well and so he waved slightly with both hands and his tail. Kitara Kata She did know him! What was his name again? Ja... Jack? Co... Cody? "Mommy, I know him!" Katrina pointed over to the otter boy."Hm?" Crimson eyes traveled from the area ahead of her, to her daughter, then to Jacosa. "Ohhh, yes. That's Jacosa. You wanna go play with him?" After recieving a nod the necromancer crouched down and made sure the toddler was going to be alright on her own for a little before allowing her to waddle her way towards him. Lenachan358 As the dog girl moved closer towards the wall Jacosa smiled and leaned forward a bit. A motion which would have made every mother tremble. Luckily Andraste wasn't around. " Hey Katrina !" The otter greeted her and looked down. " Do you want to see my jump ?" Kitara Kata "Jump?" Katrina questioned, looking up at the otter boy. "Gonna jump off the wall? Thas high!" She barked nervously and took a step back, wondering if he was really going to do it. Lenachan358 Jacosa grinned. Alright, he hadn't done it before, but actually...it couldn't be that difficult, right ? Who said that otters weren't able to jump from high places? " Yes, I'll jump. Take care that I don't hit you." He took a deep breath and looked down. Ok, probably it was a bit high...but now he couldn't go back. " I'll throw down my tennis racket first." He decided and carefully allowed the racket to drop to the ground. Kitara Kata The canine watched him, brow eyes following the tennis racket as it fell to the ground. Head pivoting in a curious manner, she picked it up out of the way and then took a couple of steps back. The last thing she wanted was to be landed on by an otter!
Katrina's clawed hands fiddled with the racket, holding it close as she looked back up at Jacosa. Oh my... Lenachan358 " Good good, you're doing quite well ! You could be one of the assistants at the tennis court." Jacosa always liked to play the bigger one and so he did now. Sliding towards the edge of the wall his nerves didn't seem to be so happy anylonger. " One." His paws were clinging to the stone as he estimated the height. " Two." Again he looked for a soft spot of moss or something, but there was only grass. " Three ! I'm coming !With that he jumped and hit the ground hardly. His ankles hurt a bit and a bit of the fur on his knee was gone and is stinged slightly, but he was alright. Hiding the pain he grinned at Katrina. Kitara Kata "Assistament?" The anthro's ears perked as she watched him jump down, wincing upon landing. Once Jacosa smiled though, she wandered over and held up the racket.
"That was hiiiigh." Katrina stated once more. "You get a boo-boo?" Brown eyes traveled over his form, landing on the patch of bare skin. "Ah!" She pointed a black claw. Lenachan358 " Assistant is somebody who helps the tennis players. I could show tennis to you if I..." Suddenly a grin spread on Jacosa's face and he patted Katrina's head as he took the racket. " You know Katrina, I lost this yellow ball somewhere around here. Do you want to help me searching ?" Having seen on TV that dogs wer supposed to be awesome at doing such things he smiled. As she pointed at his knee he shrugged. " It's ok, don't worry. It will grow again." Kitara Kata "Okay..." The mutt's eyes traveled from his skinned knee to his face again. "Yellow ball?" Her ears perked once more. "Okay! By the wall?" She asked. Lenachan358 Jacosa smiled happily and pointed at some nearby bushes. " I played against the wall and then...BAM !"" His gestures were far more dramatically than the actual scene. " ...the yellow ball vanished inside the bushes !" Kitara Kata "Oooooo..." Katrina eyed the bushes and then wandered over to them, getting on all fours as she crawled into them. Yellow ball... yellow ball.
Instinctivly, the pup sniffed at the ground to try and fish out Jacosa's scent on the ball. Lenachan358 The otter himself tried to help with the tennis racket and parted some bushes carefully. He didn't want to his the girl. " Wow that's cool, you're really like a dog. Do you eat dog food ?" He asked curiously, probably not aware that it might disturb someone to ask like that. Kitara Kata "Dawg food?" Katrina paused from her sniffing and sat up, head poking through the bushes. "Uhhh... I eat hot dawgs." It involved the word 'dog' so it had to be at least related, right?
Then an epiphany.
"Are hot dawgs made outta dogs?!" The toddler's ears perked up and her brown eyes shot open wide. Lenachan358 " The stuff that is eaten by dogs." The otter tried to explain while staring at a nice brown bug in one of the bushes. He smirked at her question and then shook his head. " Dogs are bigger. Like you, you're a dog. If then it would only be the tail..." Jacosa watched her tail with caution and then shrugged. " Perhaps they make the sausage out of a dog tail ?Kitara Kata Katrina gaped. She'd been eating DOGS?! That was cannibabalism! Right?!
Though before she could really say much more on the subject, the back of her heel hit something and caused it to roll backwards. "Aroo?" Turning around, her head vanished in the bushes once more. A few seconds later she poped back up with a tennis ball in her padded hands.
"Found it!" Lenachan358 Jacosa didn't have time to recognise Katrina's shocked face as she watched her vanish into the bushes. Anxiously he waited for her to come back and his tail moved swiftly from side to side. As the otter recognised the tennis ball in her hands he squealed with delight and rushed towards the puppy. " Awesome, awesome, you're so great !" Jacosa didn't think about hiding his joy and picked Katrina up and swirled her around. Still she was a bit too heavy for him and so he stumbled backwards and they both landed on the meadow nearby the bushes. Jacosa couldn't help but laugh. Kitara Kata The canine's tail wagged back and forth as she was praised. Though when he picked her up and swung her about a couple of times, her bright brow eyes shot open in slight shock.
Though it seemed to be over as soon as it started. Both of them landed in the grass, Katrina rolling off to the side of Jacosa. She lay there dazed for a moment until the otter boy started laughing. Blinking a few times, she could do nothing more then join in with her own barking laugh. Lenachan358 Jacosa held his belly, but stopped after a while watching the clouds above at the bright blue sky. " That was fun. One day I can show you how tennis works and then we can play together, Kat. It's ok to call you Kat, right ?" His big dark eyes watched her for a moment before he turned back to the clouds. " Look there's a poodle cloud. You're not a poodle, are you ? I'm an otter. Do you see an otter cloud ?" Kitara Kata The mutt stopped laughing shortly after Jacosa, though her tail still wagged underneath her as she lay sprawled on her back. Her eyes stared at the clouds as well. She loved taking naps in the warm grass and watching the clouds go by. It was soothing.
"Is okay." Katrina said to the new nickname, smiling. "Tennis fun?" She asked, glancing over at him. She didn't know what the sport was about.
But before she could get an answer for her question, her attention was drawn back to the clouds. "Poodle? Naw... Dunno what kinda dog." Her mother had never mentioned her spesific species, and until now she didn't think to even bother asking.
"Otter?" The pup turned and looked at him up and down. He didn't look that much different from her... save for his ears. She was still having trouble differing species by looks and only went by scent for now. "Otter..." She repeated, watching the clouds again. Maybe she could find an otter shapes cloud for Jacosa. Lenachan358 " Tennis is great fun. It's played with the yellow ball. When you are bigger you can hold the racket, then I'll show you." Jacosa smiled. He really wanted to show it to all of his friends and from now on Kat definitately was one. Jacosa didn't answer at first, but then he decided to tell her a bit. " I've got an animal book at home. It says otters are great swimmers. I really like the bathtub. Do you like it too ?He pointed at a cloud that was bathtub shaped in his opinion. Kitara Kata "Okie." Katrina wiggled her feet back and forth, not liking the pink converse she was wearing. Shoes were so uncomfortable.
Though at the mention of the bathtub, she made a face and shook her head rapidly. "Nah-uh. Hate the water." She frowned, though she herself didn't know the reason for that. Yet at least. Lenachan358 Jacosa was wearing his favourite sneakers and so hadn't any problems with his shoes. As she mentioned her hate of water though he frowned. He knew that not everyone liked the water, because he had a brother who tended to scream when he had to take a bath, but the otter had been sure that friends always liked the same things. Strange. " Oh....what do you like then, Kat ?" Kitara Kata The toddler chewed on the question as she thought. "I like sleeping... and eating." She grinned in a dog-like fashion. "Like playing ball and board games too." It seemed she was a lot less physical or active as a child her age should have been. That was probably what attributed to her... less the thin figure. Lenachan358 The otter watched a cloud that looked like a toilet to him pass by and wiggled with his tail. " Sleeping is boring to me. I'm often awake at night too." Although his Mommy actually didn't like that fact. " Board games ?" Jacosa turned his head towards the puppy. He didn't know such games, Andraste hated to play them and Ranjit was often at work. " How do you play that ?" Kitara Kata Katrina often slept rather late in the day and went to bed kind of early. But ah well.
She blinked as Jacosa didn't seem to know what a board game was. The canine raised a brow and say up, looking over and down at him. "Board games! You fold out the board and read instructions to it and then play. Like... Fraidy Cats!" Her tail wagged. That was her favorite game. Lenachan358 " Fraidy...Cats ??" Curiousity awoke in Jacosa, but at the same time he was sad that it seemed like he was missing a lot of fun. He kicked an ant off his shirt and appeared to think about something. " Could you show it to me ? Perhaps we could play it at your place some day." It was really interesting that he was able to learn from the toddler. He had thought he was the master of all things, because he was older, but actually he hadn't a clue about board games. The otter made a mental note that he had to ask one of his parents about it. Kitara Kata "Yah!" Katrina perked up, the thought of one of her friends coming over to her house was exciting! He could show her all the neat plants outside and they could watch the clouds from between the trees and and...
"Should come over soon! I know mommy will say it's okay. What about you mommy?" She inquired, looking down at him with her tail wagging behind her. Lenachan358 Jacosa smiled happily and was about to hug the girl once more, but then he was reminded of movies where men hugged women and he somehow didn't like it. " Cool. I think my Mommy likes if she has some free time. I can call you and then your Mommy can talk to mine and I can come over." That sounded so neat. " Shall I bring my tennis stuff too ?Kitara Kata "Yeah! Play tennis too." The mutt's tail continued to wag back and forth behind her as she stood. "Gotta get number, though. Hold ons!" Turning around, she jogged off towards where her caretaker was sitting and painting.
Shortly after she came back panting. It was HOT out, especially with her black fur. She held out a piece of paper with her phone number written on it. "'D'as our number." Katrina then held out another piece and a pen. "Mummy says to write your mommy's down too." Lenachan358 " Cool !" Jacosa called after her and then twiddled a bit with his tennis racket until she returned quickly. It was really getting hot, he desired to take a bath. Oh no, now he had to remember the number. They had moved and the number was different now...it was...oh yes ! Gladly he accepted the new piece and the pen and scribbled some numbers onto the paper. They looked a bit shaky, but they were able to be indentified. " Thanks Kat. We go and meet soon then ?" Quickly he stuffed the piece with her phone number into his pockets. Kitara Kata "Yah!" The puppy grinned and put his number in her own pocket. "But mommy says it's time to go now. Your mommy call mine so you can come over and play?" She asked. Lenachan358 Jacosa's ears dropped but he nodded. " Alright, we call you." He smiled happily and patted the puppy's head, before shoving the tennis ball into a pocket of his trousers. " I'll go home then, too. See you soon, Kat." And he vanished quickly, still waving at the dog girl. Kitara Kata "Byes!" Katrina grinned, her tail wagging as she too spun around and headed off towards her mother.

Discoveries
Jacosa looked at the old squishy toy and slowly allowed it to dive into the water in front of him. It was the usual rubber duck and he still enjoyed to play with it in the bathtub once in a while. Because he loved the wet element so much he used to take a bath daily, especially when he had been playing tennis.
I don't get why I'm not able to win against Percy. Said Percy was a demon-like boy with dark hair and a creepy attitude, who played awesome tennis and was much faster than Jacosa on his stubby legs.
Perhaps it's because he doesn't have a tail and I have a tail...perhaps the tail makes it. Next time we'll see if Katrina is not that fast too, because she has a tail too...but she is a dog and...
The otter watched the yellow ducky for a moment and sat up a bit. How funny it would be if there were a hurricane right now and would suck up the rubber duck and...
Jacosa's eyes grew wide as his imagination seemed to become reality. Suddenly there were little swirls close to the rubber duck, which looked like small hurricanes in the water. The duck was swimming in circles too and Jacosa gasped for air. Suddenly the spook stopped.
"What the...woah...magic !" The otter was amazed and touched the rubber toy, but it still felt normally.
Could that be...me ?
Jacosa concentrated again, but somehow it didn't work out right. No movement of the water, nothing. He had wanted to make a wave, but there was nothing but the usual movement of the soapy liquid. The boy frowned and thought of the hurricane again and suddenly there were the small swirls again, which died out when he looked away.
His head started to hurt a bit, but still he decided to move out of the tub as quickly as possible. He had almost forgotten to let the water out of the white furniture before he dried his fur quickly, put on his pants and stormed out of the bathroom into the kitchen.

Mom ?
Ranjit, Andraste attached with Nila and Otieno were standing in front of a filled bathtub while Jacosa was busily watching the liquid. "I can really really do it."
Ranjit just nodded with a smile. He had often wished to have magic powers as a child too, it was just a very normal game. Although Andraste looked a bit sceptical even the woman didn't say anything. Otieno snorted and crossed his arms. He had wanted to let his pet swim, he didn't want to see magic tricks.
Jacosa instead was more than excited. It was a bit scary, but at the same time it was so cool and amazing and...yeah. The otter concentrated on the liquid and thought about hurricanes and swirls and after a while the well-known figures appeared on the water's surface.
Andraste gasped for air and had almost dropped Nila, who was quickly handed towards the male Nokke. "How did you do that ?"
The otter shrugged and stopped swirling. That was a bit exhausting and his head started to hurt, but his parents were probably so proud of him. "Dunno. Perhaps it's like with Nila. She's a fishbaby, perhaps I have the magic from Grandma, perhaps..."
Ranjit scratched his head with his free hand. "Could be..."
"NO IT CAN'T BE RANJIT !" Andraste snorted and hit the man's arm so that he yelped and frowned. "I know but, Andraste, he..."
Jacosa's eyes grew wide. "Why not, Mom ?" Something definately didn't sound right about it, but he couldn't quite figure out what it was. His mother looked terribly nervous as she turned to face him. "Nothing sweetie."
"You lie, you never call me sweetie. You lie, Mom." Jacosa's voice was shaky as Ranjit dragged Otieno out of the room and he was alone with his mother. Was there something bad about his magic perhaps ? Why wasn't she able to help him ?
"Jac..." Andraste sighed and ruffled his hair before she made him sit down. Taking a seat beside him she hugged him and sighed a second time. The otter really became worried now. "Did something terrible happen, Mom ? Do we get another baby ?"
Andraste laughed a bit at that and shook her head. "Jac, did you never ask yourself why you are furry and an otter and we're not ?" Sure he had, but he had never asked about it. She was his Mom and Ranjit was his Dad, just like it was with Nila, because Nila was his sister. The otter kept silent.
"One day I went to an agency and there's a hole in the wall. Behind the wall there's a...world or something I don't know. In the building lives a woman, she's called Karma, she takes care of the hole." The otter listened with interest, but he didn't understand the purpose of the story yet. Was somebody ill ? Was that Karma ill ?
"When I went there a baby came out of the hole in the wall. It was helpless and wrapped in a blue blanket and had a fish pendant with him..."
"Just like me !" It blurted out of Jacosa's muzzle and suddenly he silenced. She was really talking about him. He hadn't been in her belly, he was from a hole in a house from another world and...
His eyes became wet and his heart started to ache. "You're not my...mommy ?" Every word seemed to hurt more and as he looked into Andraste's eyes he knew that it was true. "I'm your mother, Jac. Just not biologically...I love you." She didn't say that often to him and that made him even sadder. Tears were spilling out of his eyes, but as Andraste tried to hug him he backed away.
They had lied to him. All of them. He wasn't their son, he was a lonely otter with otter parents in another world. He came from a hole, alone, with the fish. Where was the fish ?
Crying he ran into his room and quickly opened all the cupboards to find the fish. With shaky hands he grabbed the pendant and made his way through the living room. Someone called his name, probably Ranjit - who wasn't his father.
Sobbing hardly he opened the main door and dashed out onto the streets. This wasn't home, they were liars...all of them liars. He loved them too much to stay.

The Letter Jacosa was sitting on a park bench just one street away from his home. Former home so to speak. His dark eyes watched the movement of his dangling feet as he thought about going back. Somehow he didn't want to but all of his toys were still in there and a spark of hope grew inside his heart that it just was a terrible joke. His mind knew though that it indeed wasn't one, but it was the truth.
He sighed and slipped off the bench to walk across the street. His feet seemed to know the way themselves, so he concentrated on his surroundings. He didn't want to be seen.
Quickly Jac arrived in front of the building which was his usual home. There was light inside his room and for a moment tears were trying to come out of his eyes again, but the otter tried to surpress them. He would just go inside and get his stuff and then leave forever perhaps find other otters and then...
Toddling towards the door he suddenly stepped onto something. As his eyes trailed downwards he noticed that it was a letter. Perhaps Jade had written to him ? He leaned down and took the dirty piece of paper into his hands. There was no address written on it, but it was completely blank.
Jacosa wondered if he was allowed to open it, but then rage arose inside of him and he teared the envelope open. Reaching inside he pulled out a small piece of paper, which didn't look like a letter from his pen-friend. Still he read the message.
"D-Corp...?" The boy mumbled and looked up at the apartment again as he noticed that the light was switched off. They weren't looking for him. Jacosa mood dropped quickly and he pushed the paper into his pockets.
He would go to this institution....

The New Sister
"I'm here to pick up my new sister."
It had taken the otter some time to find the location of this D-corp facility. He had gone by bus, because some nice old grandma had paid the ticket for him as he told her that he was going to find his new sister.
His other siblings were too difficult from now on. Nila was the only true child and Otieno...well, Otieno was Otieno.
The man in front of him didn't look like he wanted to believe him easily. "We're not permitted to give the child to other children, believe me."
Jacosa pulled the crumbled paper out of his pockets and showed it to the man in uniform.
The guard still shook his head.
The otter slowly became depressed and his eyes became watery again. He didn't want to cry, but he had been so happy that he could probably get a new companion and now ?
"But...my parents can't come. They..." He stopped and looked at the guard who seemed to pity him now. "They look for my grandmother... who is ill." Woah that was a lie ! Hopefully the man wouldn't notice it. The otter fiddled nervously with his trousers as he didn't dare to look up.
The man sighed. "Fine, but you promise me to be careful and take her home at once ? And your parents will come and sign the papers ?"
Jacosa nodded exaggeratedly and then he was let in.

She was brown and looked at him with brown eyes, which were hidden behind her fluffy tail. Was he the one to pick her up ? Eichia chirruped and looked at the stranger, who wasn't as tall as she other ones, but still taller than herself.
The otter moved towards the squirrel girl quite insecure. "Hi. I'm Jac. I'm your new brother." Hopefully she would like him, if not he indeed had a problem.
The brown eyes narrowed at first, but then Eichia squealed and wrapped her arms around the boy's neck, who seemed pretty stunned by this action. "'Ello !" She chirped happily and rubbed her cheak against his. "'Eichia !" The girl announced and looked pretty cute in her pink skirt.
Jacosa grinned. At least she would probably like to go with him. Was she able to walk ? Akilah and so on had been able to walk too and talk a bit. They were smaller than him, but not stupid. Perhaps it was the same Eichia.
"Nice to meet you. I will take you..to our grandmother. She is blue, but she's nice." The otter tried to explain and Eichia quickly nodded. She didn't understand a lot of it, but she knew what nice meant.
She was small, even for a toddler, but indeed very cute as she clinged to the otter's hand and made some steps with him towards the door. Eichia was very well able to walk, but not for a long time. The squirrel genetics had helped her when learning how to walk.
"We will go by bus. We need to wait a bit. I have a ticket. You are small, you don't need to pay." Jacosa explained to the squirrel girl that just giggled and nodded once in a while. She was a bit like him. No parents and an animal of some sort. Now they just had to find Grandma...

Safe ?
"Jacosa, you know I love you a lot, but you can't stay here."
The otter stared at his grandmother with tears in his eyes and sighed. Eichia was wiggling around and nibbled on a piece of Narra had given to her. "They lied to me." Insisting on this fact the otter cuddled up to the pillow close to him and watched the brown furry new sister. "Wíll Eichia have to go back, too ?"
If yes, Jacosa very well knew that he would run away again. It was just too much of a horrible fact that he would upset the squirrel girl, whose brown eyes sparkled as they turned to him. "Huh ?" Quickly she crawled towards the new brother and nuzzled right into his arm. Her nose felt a bit cold, but Jacosa didn't want to be tickled.
Narra watched the boy intensively. She had already called the parents, it would only be a matter of time until they arrived. "I think your parents won't put her back." At least she hoped so as she looked into Jacosa's sad eyes.

Changes
Hello.
Andraste and Ranjit aren't at home and I did something I have been wanting to do for a while. Yeah...
Well... I died my front bangs red. Mom can't say anything against it, because her hair looks similar.
Yesterday I went into the city and I bought this silver earring. They would never allow me to get some though, so I asked Otieno and his sharp claws. We did it 15 minutes ago and it seemed like he enjoyed it. To be true : It hurt. But now I'm able to push the earring through the hole.
I look much cooler now and it matches my mood. I don't know, perhaps I should see some of the others again. Will they still like me ? I ran away last time and...
Wait, I hear the door...
