Illegible Scribbles in Rainbow Pencil It would seem that Mrrh isn't... he isn't coming back home. I am worried about that. Did I bother him to much when I was always asking him for food? Always hanging on him? He always allowed it so I never thought that I might be bothering him. I hope I am not the reason that he left I would feel terrible... the Shop isn't my home like it its Mrrh's home. I don't have one and just come here to camp out when I get tired and hungry. Roxy and Mrrh are here and I feel like I can come back to hang out with them when I need the company.
Roxy is determined to find him. Just because he isn't coming back here doesn't mean that we can't go and find him but... I am worried, what if he doesn't want that? What if he doesn't want to be found? I don't want to track him down only to end up being a bother to him. Maybe I should get his gift together, get it ready, and send it with Roxy when she goes out to find him? At least it would get to him then and without me having to follow after him and be more of a hassle to him.
Mrrh is my friend, the one I love most, and that is why I don't know if I want to chase after him if where he is staying now is a place he can be happy.
~ Ryuusei Ryuusei starred at the paper sadly, patted it with one small hand, then abandoned the rainbow colored pencil and paper so that he could leave the room. He had things that he had to be doing and waiting around doing nothing wasn't one of them.

Growth Prompt:
Poor Ryuusei, his life can have such painful times to it! Ermingild and Darcy certainly left quite the impact on his little life. It is clear that he has to face them both again, especially Darcy, the woman whose voice he took. How does he prep himself to get ready for this big, life-changing confrontation? What happens when he goes to find them?

What Do Wish Granting Dragons Wish For?: Part One
It was odd, he couldn't seem to sleep tonight. Instead it was like a million thoughts were weighing on his mind so heavily he doubted that he could float around at the moment. He'd abandoned his own bed to curl up with the sleeping Roxy in hopes that it would help with his uneasy feelings but it really didn't... he only tossed and turned for a time more before he left her side, not wanting to disturb her dreams. He wondered idly what it was that she was dreaming about, what was her dreams like? Since the Festival he attended his dreams seemed to be increasingly bothersome and he'd come to a conclusion, he wanted to find his 'in name only thus far' Father.
A part of him had always been curious about the whole 'family thing' and when his friends mentioned their parents he always asked about him. With Vance he asked him what Daddies were like and with Tyyne he asked about Mommies. People that cared about you, took care of you, loved you. He felt at times as though he were using Mrrh and Roxy as substitutes, people to love in those places because he didn't have anyone, people to learn from because his actual parents had tossed him aside but perhaps it wasn't fair to Mrrh and Roxy, both had lives outside of taking care of him. He found himself shuffling over to Roxy's dresser, to climb up it before he plop down next to the Silver Star bank that she'd gotten for him. It was a pretty thing with a reflective surface that allowed Ryuusei to see him. He tilted his head from one side to the other, he was... what was he? He was a dragon and he was told that he was cute but was that where his problem originated? What sort of parent wanted something mistaken often for a pet or a party favor as a son?
The little dragon closed his eyes for a moment in a thoughtful manner, should he got to Ermingild? Demand to know why the man didn't want him? It seemed a childish thing to do but he was just that, he was a child. To demand such a thing of the man was more then he was used to doing though, he'd sat idly by after all when he saw his missing friend at the Festival because he looked happy with his new friends. He felt no need to approach him because of that... it was a bit of a problem in the long run. Ryuusei felt that he shouldn't want for things for himself, had always been content with giving to others after all. It was only recently that he even started to understand the concept of money and even then that was to help in first trying to figure out what to buy for Mrrh to make him come home and then to try to pay for the present when he'd decided upon it.
He lifted his tiny hands up to touch them to the side of the bank, giving it a slight push to get a feel for how heavy it might be, then set to wrapping himself around it. It was very, very slow going moving the bank but he felt that he had all night to do so. He'd been out and about yesterday when he'd stumbled across a store that seemed perfect for what he'd been trying to do for his friend. It was this place that you went to for beading purposes. The people inside would help you to decide various types of jewelry for a fee and he could only hope he had enough inside of his bank to cover it. Roxy was determined to find Mrrh so he would entrust the blond girl with bringing the bracelet he was making to Mrrh since he couldn't bring it to him himself. Instead he was going to go out tomorrow on perhaps his final voyage. He was going to face his parents... even if the Mother he'd been stuck with hated him and the Father he had didn't stand up to her to defend himself or Ryuusei. They weren't anywhere near perfect, not like his mind had built up his friends to be, but they were still his parents. He should give them another chance.
Besides even if they didn't want him he felt he should check on Darcy, see if she had gotten her voice back and if not then he would need to give it back to her even if it meant reversing a wish. It was something he'd never done before and the results were unknown... but in the long it was for the best, the first step in patching things up with the woman, right? If he couldn't make up with her what were the odds after all that he would be able to get to Ermingild since it seemed she kept a rather tight rein on the man.
Ryuusei glanced over his shoulder once to where Roxy slept, giving her a bit of a smile before he was gone from the shop once more, off on an errands that would take who knew how long to take care of since the walk from here to the bead place was going to take an extraordinary amount of time to do given his small stature and the weight of the bank. There were days he really wondered if things would have been different were he born with the same shape as his friends had been. Long legs, long arms, much taller, stronger, and with hair! All of his friends that he'd met always had nice hair which he found himself completely lacking.
Once at the bottom floor Ryuusei found much to his surprise and delight that a window was open, it was rather hot so maybe someone was letting in a breeze? It was a tight fit with his bank but he was able to out and he once outside he took a short break, starring up at the starry sky for a long moment while he caught his breath before moving on toward step one of what was his current Master Plan, this one replacing the last one that had driven him for some time which was collecting coins.

What Do Wish Granting Dragons Wish For?: Part Two
It was already sun up by the time he'd finally made it from Balcombe Curiosities where he'd started out and to the store that advertised beads, beads, and more beads. He'd looked inside, finding nobody there quite yet, then looked at the advertised times. Ryuusei had no way of knowing what time it was at that particular moment but he knew that it wasn't yet opening time so he let his dark eyes flutter closed so that he could get a small nap in before they opened up. He was so sore all over from carrying all that weight and more then a little exhausted, as such it didn't take more then a heartbeat before he was sleeping soundly, wrapped protectively around the bank and all of the coins that it contained within. Luckily for the dragon he'd been so tired that he didn't seem to dream any bothersome dreams this time around, it was just restorative darkness and nothing more.
Needless to say a couple of hours later when the staff that worked at the store arrived they were shocked, to find a tiny silver dragon napping on the front step of their shop with a bank caused more then one to giggle.
"You suppose its a customer?" One of the women asked of the the other two.
There was another round of giggles before one of them reached down to pick Ryuusei and the bank up easily, "Wow, its got a fair amount of coins in here." She said, giving the bank a slight shake after unwrapping the dragon from around the bank. She wasn't really sure about letting any random animal into the shop but this one seemed to be rather well take care of, did it? It might be missing from where it lived after all so it was best they take it into the shop in case someone came looking for a lost pet.
The other women didn't seem nearly so reserved as moments after stepping into the shop they were fussing over the cute dragon, finding a place to let it sleep, and set his bank nearby so that the creature wouldn't think that it was stolen while it slept. Business went on as usual, a few people coming in here and there to look around, some made things, the women enjoyed some tea, and it was an otherwise peaceful day. The shop wasn't one that was hugely popular but it was something that they enjoyed doing. One of the trio had left for a time to head down the street to a small bakery, returning with some freshly baked cookies and it was that scent that revived Ryuusei almost instantly.
"Roxy...? Do you have cookies...?" He murmured, eyes opening in a groggy manner before he found himself in a place that he didn't recognize. Needless to say that it was a little bit on the shocking side. Wait, where? He pushed to his feet and looked around before it clicked in his mind that somehow he'd ended up inside the very shop that he was waiting on to open. Wait, how? He looked around for a moment and spotted three women starring at him in surprise, they'd heard him speak and obviously they weren't expecting it. He tilted his head to the side before he pushed off the chair to float over toward them, circling around the cookies to look at them as though they were the most wonderful thing he'd seen for some time... but he forced his mind and his belly to remember why he was here.
"I need to make a bracelet for my friend." He told the women who starred at him in wide eyed wonder. It would seem that they most certainly never expected to find a dragon in front of their shop, definitely not one who could talk, and to make things seem even more dream like that same dragon was here to make a bracelet.
The youngest among them reached over to pick up a cookie, breaking it in half before offering one part to Ryuusei who more then happily accepted it, gobbling it up in the blink of an eye which caused the girl to laugh again, "Well if you want a bracelet you have come to the right place, you should start by trying to find which beads it is that you want to use." She suggested, eating her own half of the cookie after she was done telling the little dragon what it was that he needed to do.
Ryuusei looked around himself at the shop that seemed so very huge! There were so many beads to look through... but he slowly nodded, "Alright! I will find the perfect ones." He said, lickings off his hands and maw before he floated off in search of the perfect set of beads for what he was doing. As he did that the youngest of the saleswomen went to gathering the rest of what would be needed to make the bracelet, even set up to leave only the fun parts instead of the tedious parts for the little dragon to do.

What Do Wish Granting Dragons Wish For?: Part Three
It was a slow going process, to check each bin to see what was in it, what the colors were, what the beads were made out of, the shape, the sizes, and then to try to remember how big Mrrh was in comparison to him so that he knew how big the bead would be to his friend. What seemed big to Ryuu after all would be quite small to his friend. He was midway through gathering beads, having to bring them back to his 'work station' as it was called, when he started to find beads that were in the shapes of random things, some in bright colors, and some that had glitter in them. He started to collect them as well to put them in a second pile, a bracelet for Roxy was in order as well he decided. After all she had been the one to help him to decide what it was exactly that he wanted to do for Mrrh and he felt it wouldn't be very nice of him to leave her out.
Mrrh's pile consisted of jewel tone colors, lots of reds, greens, and yellows that were all made of stone and in bot oval and square shapes while Roxy's pile consisted of a lot of brightly colored, glittery, odd shaped beads that didn't match one another. He smiled as he looked the two separate piles over before he looked up to the woman who was next to him, awaiting instruction.
"We can do this one of two ways, either I can show you want to do and you can do it or you can arrange the beads who you want them to look on the bracelet and I can string them for you." She said when the little dragon seemed to be starring at her, looking to her for direction on how to turn a pile of beads into jewelry.
Ryuusei seemed to thing on that one before he gave a shake of his head, "I will do it." It would take longer since he didn't have the same sort of build that the woman had but it would mean more if he made the bracelets himself instead of having them made for him. He gave a little smile as he set to work doing what she suggested though, to arrange the beads so that they would be laying in the pattern in which he wanted the to be on the bracelet. For Mrrh's bracelet it was more of a pattern then it was for Roxy's bracelet which just seemed to be a mess of color and glitter... but somehow he thought that it suited her better then one that was in a set pattern would. She was bright and flashy, she was loud and sparkled, and she was her own person! This bracelet reflected that.
Once everything was laid out he looked to the woman who handed him the prepared line, holding it out to him, "This is fishing line, really tough stuff people use to reel in giant fish. Its perfect for bracelets since its light weight, thin, and takes a lot for it to break." She said, then tapped a finger against the metal bit on the end, "This is half the clasp, we will put on the other half when your done putting on the beads." She explained then settled down on a seat to wait and watch as Ryuusei took over once she was through with the explanation of what it was that she was giving to him, "All you need to do with thread the line through the beads and you will be done."
Rather easy enough he thought to himself as he looked over the beads and set to work on Roxy's bracelet first, threading together all of the brightly colored beads onto it. It was a rather slow going process since he didn't quite have the right hands for this. He ended up holding the line with one of them while he picked up beads in his mouth to put them on the line, then shook it to get them to slide into place. He made a mental note to rinse off the bracelet once he was done making it since he doubted very highly that either of his friends would want to wear a bracelet that was covered in dragon drool.
What felt like an eternity later, and in all actuality was passed closing time, Ryuu had finally pieced together both of the bracelets and was waiting, tail wagging rapidly behind him, as the friendly girl that waited with him added the finishing touches, "Alright! There we go. How about we go and see how much you have in your bank then we can ring you up." She told Ryuusei, picking up the little dragon and then the two bracelets before she walked over to where the bank sat, she picked it up as well then headed over to the cash register that sat on the far wall on a counter. She walked around it into the staff only area and then placed everything down on the counter.
Once everything was said and done, and she donated a few dollars secretly from her own pocket, Ryuusei was given a receipt, she hung the two bracelets around his neck like a parent of ornate necklaces, and the pair were on their way to the Balcombe Curiosities shop that Ryuu said he was staying at for the moment. She allowed Ryuu to wrap around his now empty bank, to take the receipt in his mouth, and then waved to him as he squirmed back through the open window inside.
"Well that was fun." She murmured before turning on her heel to head in the other direction.
Ryuusei watched the woman go through the window before she headed upstairs and replaced his now empty bank on the dresser, dropped the receipt into the trashcan since he didn't think he needed it anymore, then floated over to Roxy's bed which was still empty given the sun was still up. He dropped her bracelet on her pillow before he floated downstairs to place the one that was for Mrrh on his coach. It could wait for him there if he came back or for Roxy to find if she saw it before Mrrh did... though given that Roxy said the dark skinned boy wasn't coming back Ryuu was sure that she was going to find it first. This way at least she would know who it was for. He'd leave a note but for some strange reason nobody seemed to understand his hand writing...
He gave a shrug as he took a deep breath and headed out, that was step one... now for step two.

A Clue To Lead Him Home...
Of all of the things out there in the world there was only a small handful that scared Ryuusei very much. That small listed consisted of dogs, crows, and Darcy, everything out there even the most big, dangerous, or hungry things weren't nearly as bad as those three. He would go well out of his way to avoid being anywhere near those three because of the fact that none of them liked him and they all would likely love a piece of him. He was pretty certain though that of all of them the third was likely the most dangerous with just her words alone... it made him wonder how she'd been getting along since she'd lost her voice. The little dragon was certain that Ermingild was likely getting the worst of it when it came to that woman... she was probably making his life a living Hell and he felt quite guilty for that.
It wasn't long after he'd set out that he found himself wondering how exactly he was supposed to find her, after all it wasn't as though he had someone around that knew her or even better would know where he could find her. This was like trying to find a single, angry, blond needle in a stack of a zillion other needles... He gave a little, sighing sound, then looked around to try to figure out a good place to start. He hadn't been able to find Mrrh when he'd thought his friend was lost so what made him think that he would be able to find Darcy? It was a foolish quest that he'd set upon doing but it was something he had to do, he couldn't leave her forever without a voice as much as he was certain that the world wished him to. She was such a loud and angry person... it made sense why Ermingild wished for her to 'shut up' but it was still not a very nice thing that the two of them had done. Nobody deserved to have their voice taken away no matter the circumstances so perhaps he would be lucky in that to set things right with her that Fate would help him along.
After a few hours of searching for clues he found himself coming up a bit short though, he couldn't find any sign of her in the place where he'd first seen her, even went back to the alley of his birth as though she might be around that place as well. He really had no idea what had brought the blond to either place, could never know that both occasions were due to Ermingild alone. The first time that she'd been near Ryuusei while he was still a star, was because they were having an expensive dinner together with Ermingild's money and the second time was her chasing down 'her man' as she was certain that he was cheating on her. Having seen him with the woman and her two kids had likely not helped in that assumption... but Ryuusei was quite oblivious to it all, his was the mind of a child after all so such things were far beyond his age level.
It was starting to get a bit dark and Ryuusei was once more on the verge of tears as he was sure now that he was never going to find what he was looking for. He wasn't sure why he'd thought that he would be able to find Darcy or Ermingild again... it was just foolishness! He'd found them once and that time hadn't gone well at all, what if that were a sign that he wasn't supposed to find them again? That he was meant to wander around alone getting food and affection from only the friends he made during that wandering? He found himself trying to decide if it would be a terrible thing. He did love all his friends after all, would it be so bad to give himself over to the lifestyle of a wanderer? A part of him longed for stability, to have a parent to take care of him, a Mommy or a Daddy like the ones that his friends spoke of. Surely he was allowed to have something like that?
He sighed as he looked from side to side again, looking once more for clues when something nearby caught his attention. He blinked a couple times spotting the letters 'G-I-L-D' written out on a portion of a white piece of paper that was mostly covered on a light post not far from him. As he approached the light above flickered on as though to allow him to better see what he was looking at. It took a bit of digging to get through newer posters but he found himself looking at one that was talking about a reward for information about a lost star. It was old... very old... but the name on it was one that stood out first, Ermingild Spencer... so that was the man's full name? And then the part about the star being something that was very important to him. Ryuusei starred at the poster in shock... important to him... he hadn't really thought that Ermingild had thought of him in that way.
He looked around for a moment before he grabbed the poster, pulling it down, then rolled it up so he could take off with it. He wanted to call that number, see if he could get in touch with the man, and from there... well he had no plan after that, all that matter was that initial thought that was first and foremost in his mind, that he had to call the number on this poster and get in contact with the man.

After The Beep Umm... Umm... Ermingild? I don't... don't know if you remember me... I hope you do, this is Ryuusei. I found this old poster that had your number on it and it said that if you didn't pick up that I should leave a message on this answer machine thing... and... and that is what I am doing. I wanted to talk to you if I could... if its not a bother? I hope not... there is just... Ryuusei starred as there was another beep that cut him off and he starred at the phone that he'd been using, the one in the shop as all the others he'd found kept asking him for money before making a call and he had used all of his up to buy the bracelets that he'd made earlier. Hrm... was a answering machine timed? Maybe... he'd try again. Lets Try That Again Sorry, its me again... I think I ran to long? So I was... was saying... wait what was I saying? Oh! Yeah, I wanted to talk to you... I am at a shop... wait, I think that there was a card here that had the information if you give me a second I can find it so that you can come here and... It cut off again as he searched around for said card leaving a lot of dead air at the end of that second message. He gave a happy sound when he found one of the business cards and carried it back over to the phone though much to his disappointment he found that he answering machine had hung up on him again instead of waiting for him to get the card, "How mean." He murmured, tail lashing as he hung up and set to putting in the number again with the star on the end of his tail. It rang the number of rings it needed before once more the machine picked up. Third Times a Charm I'm sorry! Its me again... it cut off while I was finding the card... lets see.. it says... I am at a place called Balcombe Curiosities and its in Durem. Durem... so that's where I am. I will need to remember that, the address is 3700 Rodell Ave! I will wait here for you, okay? Please... please come so that we can talk Ermingild... Ryuusei starred at the phone as though debating saying more before he hung up the phone and floated over to sit down near to the windowsill for a while. A part of him wanted to stay right where he was in case the man came running after he got the messages but it didn't take long for the the little dragon to start to get rather tired. It had been a long day and he really wanted some sleep... but at the same time he didn't want to leave his spot in the window just in case. He was acting similar to a puppy awaiting its Master's return but he couldn't help it, he wanted to see the one that was supposed to be his father again even if the man didn't want to see him. He had said that he would wait and he would, he would wait as long as it took for him to show up. ***** Luck was no on the side of the little dragon though, it wasn't Ermingild who would come home to find his string of messages first but instead it was the very thing that scared Ryuu the most that would find them... and needless to say upon hearing that Ermingild had made posters to find Ryuusei, that Ryuusei was calling their house, and that he was trying to talk to Ermingild... well she was a very unhappy woman. At least now she knew where to find that brat so she could get rid of him once and for all. The woman hit delete on the answering machine, purging the messages from the bothersome little reptile before she headed toward her room. She would head out tomorrow to the shop in Durem that he was talking about and she would deal with him there leaving Ermingild to be none the wiser.

Nap Time
Ryuu was sitting in the same place that he'd been sitting since the night before when he made the calls to Ermingild's place, as though he were completely certain that if he moved, if he even so much as blinked, that he would miss the man and that would mean his chases of being able to meet with him, talk with him, wouldn't be ruined. He gave a soft, sighing sound and his tail thumped behind him in a manner that seemed a little on edge.
Each time he saw someone with a similar look to the man, brown hair, glasses, and nice looking clothing, he would press himself to the glass and wait with bated breath as they got close and then feel a little hurt when they kept going. Where was he? Hadn't he gotten the messages? Did he not want to come here? It really was something that caused him to worry more and more and more... what if... the man decided that he didn't want him after their last run in? Ryuusei really didn't know what he would do then...
Roxy had been concerned for the little dragon ever since he started patrolling the window ledge and pressing himself up against the glass whenever someone or something went by. She had tried to look over his shoulder to see what he could possible be watching for and after many pauses and not being able to figure it out her concern grew to the point she even went as far for her to try and learn how to bake to try and lure the dragon away from the window.
Many...messy pots and bowls later she had a freshly made uncharred batch of chocolate chip cookies still warm from the oven and a glass of milk. She armed herself and made her way back to where Ryuu was sitting. "Hungry?"
The little dragon gave a slight jump when someone spoke so closely to him, dragging his attention for a moment away from the window so that he could look up at Roxy and then he looked back again, "Hungry?" He murmured, seeming for a moment to try to figure out if he were hungry. The answer to the question posed to his belly was one answered by a familiar, hungry rumbling sound. He blinked his dark eyes a couple times before he looked a little embarrassed by his stomach's enthusiastic answer as he nodded his head, "Ahhh... y-yes... I am hungry."
Of course despite being as hungry as he was he didn't seem as though he wanted to look away from the window quite yet, even going so far as to mash himself against it once more when someone with that same similar, somewhat nerdy, look came walking by but again it wasn't the one he was hoping for. Where was he? What if he'd gotten lost? Ryuusei would feel so very guilty if he'd gotten the address read out loud wrong and had accidentally led him into danger or something... He knew for a fact that around in this area was a rather mean gang of crows that might have gone after poor Ermingild...
Roxy may not of known what was bothering Ryuu but she could tell the dragon was distressed. She wondered if he was worried about Mrrh still..though that didn't seem to be the reason at least he usually obsessed in a different manner when it came to Mrrh.
Making a sweep with the cookies so that he could smell them, still warm from the oven before offering her arm for him to climb onto.
"Come on then, come have a cookie with me. I've got milk too." She offered
Ryuu looked out the window, toward that really nice, sweet smell coming from the cookies Roxy had, to the window, to the cookies, and back and forth between the two things for what felt like an eternity of him trying to figure out which thing he wanted the most at the moment. He was a sweet and determined little thing, he wanted to do his best when it came to waiting for his wayward guardian to show up but... when offered cookies his mind, still that of a child, suddenly had to have those cookies! His stomach agreed completely with his mind and he found himself hopping from the windowsill and over onto Roxy's arm, "Cookies and milk are good." He agreed with her, looking toward the plate of them she carried, tail slowly starting to rapidly wag behind him.
Roxy lead Ryuu upstairs since the milk was at the kitchen table. After letting Ryuu get onto the table she set the plate of cookies down before him and then pushed the glass of milk into his direction.
"Everything okay Silver?" she inquired softly as she didn't want to upset the dragon but at the same time she was worried about him.
Ryuu starred at the plate laid out before him and seemed for a moment to be trying to keep from pouncing on those cookies. He tried and he failed as a moment later he was already pinning one down as though it might try to escape and sank his teeth into it, pulling a piece off which was promptly chewed and swallowed. He looked over and up at his friend at her question and he seemed to be considering it, as though trying to think of how to answer, "I found... Ermingild's number by chance... and I called it." He told her in a hushed whisper, as though he were sure that it he spoke to loudly about it that the opportunity would be jinxed.
Roxy gave him a raised eyebrow, Ermingild? She didn't ask figuring this was someone very important to the small dragon. Yes even Roxy could be intelligent at times, maybe not with her own life...but that was a different story.
"Oh..?" She stated softly, "Are you waiting for him?" She inquired matching his quiet voice.
He nodded his head as he worked on polishing off the first of the cookies before he sat down on the table, watching her closely, "Yes... I just... hoped to talk to him was all. When I saw his number... well it made me curious is all." He knew it was probably a bad idea. After all the two of them, Ermingild and himself, had never had any luck when it came to dealing with each other and the main thing that kept them apart was Darcy... he gave a little, grumbling sound at the thought of that woman before he reached over to grab another cookie with his mouth, dragging it over to his little hands to hold before his attention went back to Roxy, "I just hoped he would come to see me after I left him some messages."
Roxy nodded her head keeping quiet despite the burning questions in the back of her mouth. The poor little guy had no luck with men it seemed. All the important people in his life always seemed to vanish on him...she felt bad and she knew the feeling. She reached out a hand her long nailed fingers scratching the dragon behind the eye ridge.
"Try not to worry about it. Maybe he hasn't had a chance to hear it yet." She tried to ease his worries.
There was a purr that escaped from Ryuu as she set to scratching him in a manner that felt nice and set his tail to swishing more rapidly behind him, "Mmm... maybe your right." He murmured, what if Ermingild were just busy? It would explain why he hadn't gotten to come and visit yet. Besides it wasn't right of him to assume that the man would appear the moment that he got the messages. He leaned into the scratching, eyes sinking closed as he allowed himself to relax and for a moment think on something other then current worry plaguing him. He shifted and moved so that she would scratch her fingers against his back next, purring getting louder as she reached and soothed some itchy spots.
Eagerly she scratched him, letting him arch his back so she could get at all his itchy spots. She wanted him to calm down and relax, him worrying and worrying made her worry and she didn't want him to be worried. He was too cute to be worrying like he was. "It's getting late...I don't think if he did hear from you that he'd show up now...why don't you get some sleep? I'll give you a massage...how about it?"
Ryuu glanced in the direction of the door to the room, he was pretty sure that the shop was closed at the moment, wasn't it? It would be hard for Ermingild to visit if the shop was closed and he had no way of getting inside. Maybe things would look better in the morning? He could always hope so, that things would go better, that the man would show up, that they could talk. His tail set to swishing behind him and he gave a nod of his head as he gulped down his second cookie before he looked up at Roxy for a long, hopeful moment before asking, "Can... Can I sleep with you tonight, Roxy?" he asked, wanting to cut out the middle step which was him sneaking out of his own bed to join Roxy by just starting out sleeping at her side. It was easier and far less sneaking around was needed.
Roxy giggled and went to gather the cute little critter up into her arms. She knew that Silver had been joining her in bed, but he was so cute and adorable it wasn't like she could boot him out.
"Silly Silver of course you can." She tickled him and then gave him a smooch on the forehead before carrying him off, after taking one cookie on the road, just in case the lil guy got hungry in the night. The blond hopped onto the bed the mattress bouncing with her weight as she then went to change her outfit into pj's.
The little dragon gave a happy purring sound as she carried him to her bed, allowing him to sleep with her without having so sneak into her bed after she had already dozed off. He cuddled up against her as she hopped into bed and then smiled as she her clothing shifted from normal daytime attire to pajamas instead. He gave her a smile before he let his dark eyes close, "Thank you, Roxy." He murmured, meaning both for letting him stay with her as well as the tasty treats that she had made for him. It was all so very nice of her to do for him, especially given everything that had been going on of late for him.
Roxy only giggled and then with him snuggled up against her chest she settled down and closed her own eyes. She was tired, watching him all day being stressed was stressful and she only hoped he would feel better in the morning.
