Joker decided that he needed to get some elevation. It gave him a better look at everything, and it made it only slaightly harder for the Bat to sneak up on him. Besides, he wasn't trying to commit a crime, yet. He still had a revenge murder to execute. Carefully shimmying up a drainpipe, he eventually arrived upon the old thieves' highway. At least, it was, until the Bat-freak showed up. Well, at least he had his better view. And apparently, he wasn't alone. There were others up here as well. One of the three looked VERY familiar. A small chuckle rose up from his throat. Well, now, he hadn't personally seen too much of her since the Hell planet incident, it couldn't hurt to say hello. He wasn't quite as nimble as Catwoman, but he started making his way to her as best he could.

Her smile didn't exactly broaden; it was more like it warmed up. This promised to go interesting, interesting places. "So...? Do you have names?" she asked archly. Somewhere in the back of her mind, she was a little surprised at herself. She was a flirt, sure, but surely she wasn't THIS much of a flirt.

Vice grinned, then took a step forward as he bowed slightly to her. "The name's Vice." he replied, then straightened up again. "Not the most interesting of code names, but it suits me far better than my real name." he said with a grin.
He paused a moment and looked over at Reaper, who seemed to be ignoring them, then turned back towards the woman. "That bag of sunshine over there is Reaper." he replied with a small smirk.

Catwoman had to bite her lip to keep from laughing, and glanced over at Mr. Sunshine. "Reaper? As in the grim one? Goodness gracious me." She cocked an eyebrow at him, her expression becoming curious. "Why Vice?" It seemed like a pretty random choice for a codename, to be completely frank. Everybody she knew had names that made sense. Catwoman. Batman. Two Face. Jok--
Her eyes snapped to some movement on an adjoining rooftop, and she caught a glimpse of somebody... wearing a purple suit. Suppressing a groan, she closed her eyes and brought her hands up to massage her temples. "Oh, no." Not right then; not when she'd been having such a NICE time!

Reaper continued to ignore the others. Deciding that he wasn't going anywhere just yet, he contented himself on sitting on the edge of the building and tried to focus on other things.
Vice's grin turned devious. "Would you like to find out?" he asked. Then she seemed to become distracted with something else and he turned to look in the direction she was. Ah, of course...guess Reaper's little fire ball was more noticeable than he thought. Or liked...considering how things were going.

"Actually," Catwoman said, reluctant, "I should probably go..." Mental groan. She really didn't want to have to be the one to go back and pull Batman off of stakeout to beat up the Joker yet again. "... Let somebody know about... something." Maybe she could just do it herself. Dangerous, yeah, but... Actually... Why wasn't Batman there already? He should have been. A fireball coming from the direction she'd left in? He should have arrived before she started talking to Mr. Sunshine and Vice-- long before. She frowned and looked back the way she'd come. Nothing. "... Huh."

Joker finally arrived on the rooftop holding the three. "Hello, Lapcat, long time, no see. How're things? Oh, and don't worry, I have no intention of trying anything with you tonight, too many other things on the proverbial plate at the moment. I won't even have time to bother with Guano-For-Brains for a little while." Everything he said was spoken in the tone of someone speaking to a friend. Odd, considering he had been all for killing her on the Death Planet, but that was then, and this is now.

Catwoman just looked at him with hooded eyes, her relaxed posture completely out the window. If she'd actually been a cat, her fur would have been standing up. "... Is that so?" she asked finally, her tone lightly sprinkled with skepticism. He didn't have time for her-- that was one thing. Not having time for BATMAN? It just didn't happen, not with the Joker. Not ever.
She thought about edging away from him, just in case, and then decided against it; if he was planning something, that would just make him try it right THEN. If he wasn't, then he might reconsider, and confident as she was with her combat skills... "What do you want?" she demanded flatly. Professional courtesy only extended through so many murder attempts.

Vice now had his attention on the new man. To be honest, he didn't think there was any one else in the world with green hair that could dress up more ridiculous than Jade. But, right in front of him stood a clown in a purple suit and large flower attached to it. Definitely an interesting night so far. He waited and watched the two, not wanting to get in between anything...knowing what happened if he was mere steps away from others. He kind of liked the woman, and there was definite tension towards the clown. He didn't want a potential playmate to get hurt because of his stupid powers.
Reaper, continued to ignore everyone.

"Just to catch up," Joker replied, "I plotting to kill a witch when I saw you from a few buildings down, so I thought I'd come over." Then, the clown actually looked at Vice. "Oh, I'm sorry," the Ace of Knaves said teasingly, "Did I interrupt something?"

Catwoman crossed her arms. "Do you ever NOT?" Then she blinked. "Witch? You're going to try to kill a witch?" She raised her eyebrows. "With real magic? Like Zatanna?" Shaking her head, she leaned back against the wall again. "You have just reached a whole new level of crazy."

Vice merely smirked at the clown. He decided to be quiet for now. To say that the man had just killed the mood was to say that the Atlantic Ocean was damp.

Joker laughed at her comment. "Woman, didn't you know? I wrote the book on crazy! I would've had my picture on the 'About the Author' page, but I killed the photographer before he could snap one. Anyways, the witch in question DOES use real magic, as in..." Joker made his voice deep, and a surprisingly good impression of Batman, said, "I hate magic," then reverted back to his normal voice, "Types of magic." A sly grin then slowly emerged across his face. "Wait, if I was interrupting something, does that mean you've stopped trying to be the Bat's lapcat?"

Catwoman smiled a little too pleasantly. "He's busy. And we're not exclusive. Not that it's any of your business." Suddenly, she brightened, as though she'd just had an amazing idea. "Although, if you're this interested, I could just GO GET HIM. He's just a half dozen roofs over. Wouldn't be any trouble at all. Then you could ask him yourself!" She was getting dangerously close to punching the clown right on his over-long nose. Normally she didn't have this much of a temper, actually. Maybe it had just been a frustrating night.

"The Bat's busy, too?" the clown asked, "Oh, good. Then I shouldn't have to worry too much about him interrupting me. Anyways," He turned to Vice and said, "Treat her well, she's still a member of Gotham's Rogue Gallery, and will have no trouble cutting your eyes out if you mess up." With that, the clown took a bow. "And without any further ado, I bid you adieu." The clown ran for a building edge and jumped off, landing in a conveniently-placed stack of cardboard boxes.
