I'd love for her mane to be something akin to a mixture of the Wild style and the two Curly styles. You know, just generally unkempt, like she's just come back from running in the wind. If possible, I'd love the tuft on her tail to be made bigger and wilder, to fit her draft lines and mane style. A few pieces of jewelry would be lovely, too, in silver or ivory. I am particularly fond of bangles (and bangles on the tail of unis), chokers or multiple-wrap mildly loose necklaces, and mane baubles, but I leave design and implementation to you--as the artist, you know better what looks good than I do!

Coloration is that of a Blue Roan, leaning more towards the "grey" aspects of the coat and less towards the surreal blue tones. {Reference}
Coat darkens on legs, along back (Note: Should NOT have a dun dorsal stripe, rather coloration should darken naturally and show variation so he doesn't appear "flat"), and on face. {Reference}

Eye Colour: Think Ethereal/Molten-Silver
Hair Colour/Style: Molten/silver or something that compliments his overall designed would be wonderful colour-wise. Length wise he'd most suit something 'lazy' so something similar to Grencia's hair would be great. Obviously you're free to put your own tweaks and twists on it!
Wings: A nice blend of the colours would be nice, select one you think suits him best and make them a touch see through. If you could also find a way to apply due drops or leaves to them in some way that would be great (think of vines woven in between certain flight feathers). The wing style I'm after is the smaller one ideally, I'm not a fan of the massive wings as they obscure the detail.
BTW if you could get his head feathers/hoof feathers coloured to look like leaves that would be awesome sauce. <.< *Dork*
Pelt Colour:
This is where it gets a little complex, I want his pelt colour to be directly linked to the pattern of my Avatar's clothes in the reference image - so he'll be varying shades of green around the top, with his legs/hocks etc fading into whites/blues like the ocean and rocks on the bottom of the dress. In essence play with his pelt colour a little until you're satisfied that it blends well but I want the overall design to stay the same. (Green up top, lighter whites on the bottom).
Also – if possible can I get the draft lines for him?
Hooves:
Which ever suits? I think a darker shade like the pebbles or an off shot of molten silver would work well.
Heavy-Lidded Eyes:
Is there any possibility you can make him look 'sleepy'?
