"I'll be right back with your drinks." the waiter left taking another person's order.
Panther watched and then turned to her. "So what do you think?"

"I think..." Kofuku grinned and leaned across the table, closing in on her pray. "That you forgot your promise." Carefully, she reached over and removed the sunglasses from his face. "Much better...." She really liked his eyes, they almost looked like they could have been emeralds.

he blinked in the sudden light and rubbed his eyes. "It seems i did. Weird, everything is brighter." he luaghed a little and reached a hand out to retrieve the pair of shades back. "Thanks for the reminder, but I'll need those later. They make my coolness go up a point." he commented unaware of the eye study he was getting.

Pulling the shades playfully out of his reach a few times, she handed them back to him. "And a bit more colorful as well, I'm sure. Though, your shades to make you look very mysterious." Not to mention incredibly handsome, but that was both with and without, and she'd never admit that out loud... at least not at the moment.

"Yeah, that color thing. I almost forgot about it. Color I mean." he chuckled and took them back not minding her playing with him. He would get them back even if he had to wrestle her for them.

"They're doing well. Hiromi is the same as usual, and I've been working with Gizmo. I'll be excited when he evolves and won't be risking a recoil when he uses electric attacks...." She paused a bit, then tilted her head. "Nina's been a bit better as well; we've come to a decently mutual understanding of one another, I suppose."
Her face grew red as she realized she'd begun to ramble on. "How about yours? How have they been?"

He chuckled and nodded. "Mine are good. Swiftwing is a pain, as usual, Shadow more of one. And Shade is getting stronger. I've been thinking of which moves to give Shadow when he evolves." he shrugs. "I want to keep them as strong as I can."
The drinks arrived, her water and his coke, being set on the table in front of them by a passing waitress.

"Of course. What use is a pokemon if they aren't strong.... Although, even with pokemon like Hiromi who still seem weak, you can find something they excel at...." In the case of the mentioned pokemon, she knew no moves that could cause damage, but she was amazing at charming her way through life and stealing whatever small items she could.
Smiling as the water arrived, she took a long sip, enjoying the little hint of lemon she could taste in it. Setting the glass down, she looked into those bright, green eyes. "I'm glad you agreed to this." Ok, glad was an understatement; she was thrilled and ecstatic about it.

"As I recall, I invited you." he smiled. "And not everything in life is about head on confrontation. Sneaking and statis moves are equally valid ways to end fight." he smiled. "And sometimes you can take somone out to lunch." He leaned over the table looking into her eyes.

"I mean agreeing to go for a date..." She'd been referring to their little adventure in the mountains. However her mind suddenly went blank of all thoughts when he lead over and stared at her. Blinking a little, her cheeks growing warm, she leaned in as well. "Do I have something on my face?" Oh please let it not be a bugger in her nose...

Heart pounding in her ears, she blinked a bit when he touched her nose, and then looked up in confusion, which then turned into a giggle at the joke. When he grinned, she lost track of time and her ginormous crush took over, blocking out the noises of the restaurant and the gentle lapping of the waves from outside. "I dunno, try pulling on it, maybe it'll come off."

"Naw, it's kinda cute there." he sat back and looked out the window, watching the water ripple in the ocean. A few Wingull flew by, seaching for fish to snag from the sea. "It's a nice day, we got lucky."

Taking another sip of her water, she smiled to herself; he thought her nose was cute. Chewing a little on an ice cube, she looked out the window as well. "It'll be beach weather pretty soon..." She couldn't wait; she loved the warm weather.

"It's always beach weather. Just time times you don't want to go out in it."
A few minutes later the food arrived first, the crab puffs which Panther immediately took one. Then the eel which was laid out in strips and didn't look like the original fish. A side of seaweed and rice encompassed the other half her plate, along with a few fish chips.
Panther spread his octopus legs out in a circle on his plate, playing with his food before eating it.
