ice drazen no summoning tornadoes, that is an alchemists ability. you may strike at the wind with your sword to cause a slash in the air that can cut someone(you cant control the direction it would just go straight ahead of where you slash your blade)

It looks good except a few things:
The pronouns are very ambiguous, which makes it hard to keep up with whether you're talking about you character or his brother
Your second stage pic is definitely animal looking, which is a chimera thing, not so much a homunculus thing
(This one is more of a to-do rather than correcting): You need to apply for a rank, I'm pretty sure even if you're going to be a loner.

Fixed the first 2 but what do you mean apply? You mean just post the rank that I want to start off with or do I just start at the bottom? And is there a post that explains this? And I'm sorry if this is annoying.

Okay, um..... the Limitations of her mind control powers... Let's see.... It take up 50% of her energy to read a homunculi or state alchemists' minds but other wise she's pretty flawless at it. Seem alright? I fixed the first thingy.
