Through the mist we walk...
Well, perhaps the Atraxi would know because it was set in 2008 and not the 90's and maybe the Hospital ID was the only error, that and the Black Berry phone... well, that and the newspaper stands that show the date as 1995. But that still wouldn't explain the parallel Earth's Cybermen invasion that the Atraxi seem to know about, and that isn't about the Earth they are standing on.

So I believe the dates of this show are way out. he would of had to have gone up in the air right after meeting rose in 2005? then he must of gone back in time to 2000 then back in time again *SM stated this isn't the case* but if we went with that then the show would make no sense. met Amy, gone into the future 12years a head and met her again. 2008 or 1995 still everything is more updated and the Atraxi still knows things that have not happened yet. So I am guessing the show is way off tracks error wise but the time inside the Tardis reads the time of the planet and zone he is in at the time but it always seems off and sometimes it should be midday when it is night time. Could be the show is riddled with errors and this makes sense because the camera angles where way off so the new production team may be having problems with getting things right and believable. Or it could be the less likely solution that SM may have something up his sleeve and wants it to appear wrong. maybe we find out the whole of time is converging and nothing is right.
And in the mist we all get lost.

That or we find out the shows ********

That would explain Amy's eyes being green/brown one moment then blue the next.

I'm really hoping that it's the time converging thing.

Through the mist we walk...
I hope but if time isn't converging then we have to face the undeniable that the show has become very unbelievable because of that very first episode, not like you can rub it out of the cannon either. Fingers crossed that all of time has become buggered. Also noticed most of the cars are old but then there was a brand new one over by the hospital. *shudders*

I have also noticed a lot of stuff going missing. Ducks, Amy's mum and dad, Aunt, various other things that I have since forgot. Amy's clothes.

Then there is many mysteries such as why so many where in a comma add into that the view screen of the Tardis. Problems with the hospital too, The badge Rory had should have said NHS and not RHS and the grid should of said United Utilities but that said RHS too so it makes you wonder why the hospital is so important.
And in the mist we all get lost.

Hmm. this is starting to look intentional. A bit more subtle than that annoying "silence will fall" thing.

Through the mist we walk...
I think the "Silence will fall" thing and that other thing about something opening was far too in your face and far too early.

One other mysterious thing, the actress we see with the 2 girls in the hospital only did a few lines maybe about an hrs worth of rehearsing then playing it out? But she took 2 weeks off her other show just so she could work fully on her Dr Who parts. That kind of hints that she should of had a bigger part.
And in the mist we all get lost.

I thought they were good episodes. I thought the story was awesome. And I think you may be right, it is starting to look intentional. And I don't think it was to early for something like "Silence will fall". I was hopping that we would just dive into a big story, after The next doctor,Waters of mars, Planet of the dead, I was looking forward to storys that connected to each other. But yeah, I hope it's intentional too.

I was okay with the first "silence will fall," but to repeat it just made it annoying and obvious. I liked the Bad Wolf and Saxon references in the previous seasons. It was like a game trying to find all of them. If time is converging, then it'll be a game of seeing what doesn't belong. (now I'm going to head over to Satellite Five and start a Bad Wolf vs Harold Saxon type thing.)

Technically the last four specials with David in it were connected. They were meant to hint at the fact that Ten was about to regenerate. I mean The Next Doctor kind of says "Hey! Remember one day you are going to change!" Course, the other guy wasn't him but still. All the others say thing like "Your song is ending" and "He will knock four times." Also it was show the loneliness that Ten was left with sad . He lost everyone, and each of these episodes showed how alone he was at the end. Looking up and seeing no one there to enjoy the universe with him... crying

The sticker, from what I understand, is from the Third Doctor's time. It's not grafitti, just a memento of times passed. I do like the inside...it's pretty lol. I kinda miss my TARDIS, though. It will be ok for me, I love the show enough, I can take whatever they come up with as long as it's still stays true to Doctor Who and what it is supposed to be.

That sticker is from the 1st doctors rain. It's a St. John Ambulance logo just stuck on the front of the tardis.
As for the new blue hue, it is more than likely the exact same hue found in the first ever who episode. It doesn't matter wich of the 5 versions you watch, they all have the same black and white Tardis in it and it is blue on set.

Honestly after reading the comments above, I have to say, just watch and enjoy. I don't think there is really any formula that will work well. However since the show is loved greatly in Britain, they must be doing something right.

My own point of view...I like the idea of a season long mystery...standalones are good but giving a direction works for me. It's like reading a bunch of books that tie together.
