If you want to do that, as far as I'm concerned, you have to earn 'dem skills.
Obviously, the head of that department would have to look proper and if he had not gained his skills in the proper ways then it would make people think. "Oh yes, maybe I can bypass the system too."
If you want new skills you should always train for them or, they should be a phenomenon and phenomenons should be rare at best.

Well I do believe I stated somewhere that Yoru was frightfully intelligent, and it wouldn't be breaking anyone's views because I haven't even gotten to rp with the character officially in canon settings.

Split you reasoning is still flawed in this. Ulqiorra wasn't the one eating the food - it was for Orihime. A quick trip to the living world to aquire some isn't impossible you know. Until I see an Arrancar or any otehr kind of Hollow eat proper food that isn't a soul - then I'll say an Arrancar ches if stupid... unless you give me a chef hat...

This is the only line that directly says he's intelligent. And even then it's in comparison to a 'goof off'
So Zaine. Maybe you should remember that you have to learn things here and that no-one is allowed out of the system because else everyone wants out.
I mean, say you ask for knowledge of Biology, Chemistry and Physics so that you can do your job better is it not in my right to ask to have Gran Rey Cero to protect Las Noches better?
It's a bad comparison I'll give you but if you believe in equality like I do, just getting something like that for free means that everyone should just 'get' it. Those are three deadly skills to have an understanding for in a fight and out of fights too.

But I wouldn't be getting it for free, my rpc attended high school and was offered to be elvated to college many times, meaning that he would have the nessicary knowledge already, plus that of the hollow that devored him and was later taken over by his consiousness.
And Knowledge like that and somthing like a Cero really aren't a good comparison at all XD They aren't in the same catergory for somthing to be fair or unfair, now if I asked to be given a power then that would be a valid argument and I would conceed to you it would be unfair of me to gain said power without earning it.
Plus how and where would you suggest an arrancar learn such things as biology, chem ect? Cause I don't think they would be welcomed in a school nor would he be able to learn it from any other arrancar since no others possess the knowledge in the first place, as you yourself stated earlier.

It's what we call a Gigai Zaine babycakes.
But you must learn powers and skills. It is a universal rule.
If you let so much as one person out of line, everyone wants in on it, every idiot thinks he has a right to have this power or that power or the other.
If you go in, you do a quick PRP and train for it then nobody will have reason to complain and things would work smoothly.
That's a key thing about working a system. You cannot let anyone step out of line because it just don't work else.
And while I wouldn't give a s**t about gaining more powers I know there are loads of idiots who would. I mean, if you learn biology, medical biology that is, then you can use that in a fight and stop the fetish like thing for attacking people's solar plexuses and hit a decent organ.
The point being is that if you step out of line and magically gain skills which weren't there before then doesn't every Arrancar have the right to those skills and isn't every single idiot going to complain they do in fact now have the right to some amazing new power?

Alright guys let's stop this debate in it's tracks and get to work on making a proper proposal that Tei and his appointed helpers can actually work with, no?
So far we have ideas on organizing the Arrancar Army (I never liked Aizen's Army and besides the abbreviation is still AA, so yeah). The best point we have on these ideas are:
A Medical Corps. (I volunteered to make a medical arrancar (who's abilities are all based around healing and the like))
An R&D Department. (We're gonna take Zaine through Arrancar University so he can get degrees in sciences XD)
So we obviously need more. You know like a defense corps. For the actual defenses of Las Noches and it's many traps? Or even a Recon Group in charge of watching the goings-on in Soul Society and the Living World.
Now outside of the simple realm of a group organization - there must be more we can do. So far in that we have a mission organizer thing to try putting forward, I can come up with missions because I have quite a few ideas and I served in the military - I know stuff that would be done!

Pad, I'm just gonna stop this here lol, because this isn't what this thread is for like Shin said we are here to brainstorm not argue, let's set this out first then we can hammer out the details with Tei so everyone is happy, is that okay with you?
Well we need someone in charge of the grunts, leaders of the Menos Corp so to speak, a capacity that I think ole' Paddy would serve well as this, since his rpc seems to be able to handle such things wouldn't you agree pad?

Well I do have the largest number of Fraccion.
It's already part of how I do things.
I believe in strength in numbers personally so this is something I could live up to in and out of character.

Pad Chief Well I do have the largest number of Fraccion. It's already part of how I do things. I believe in strength in numbers personally so this is something I could live up to in and out of character. So now we have our Menos Corps. Leader XD lol. I'll be working on a proper full sized proposal majiger. Just cuz... it's what I do. I'll still be here though... watching you guys... from your closets

While it would be nice to get into a controlled way I don't think this suits the Arrancar as a whole and not only that, my character lacks the intelligence to effectively control things.
I'd rather play a defensive role. Be the first line of defense. It suits the role of 10th Espada as they are, in my opinion, alike to a first line of defense.
Of course there's also the Labyrinth. So if I could. I'd like to reposition my headquarters and make them part of the requirement to get into Las Noches.

We could always make the Defense Corps.' name Menos Corps. so you'd have Menos and be a first line of Defense?
