Kofuku stayed by Panther's side and watched him. This was the control she needed to learn how to use. Turning back to Nina, she took a deep breath and watched to see how this would play out. Something told us it wouldn't be good.

Nina snorted and moved to walk around Shade. "I'm not listening to him. He's your trainer, not mine, and I don't need to stay where I'm clearly not liked NOR do I want to stay around them... they smell."

Once again, Nina ignored Panther and walked around Shade again. She wasn't going to listen to these people. However, what she heard next froze her in her tracks.

"Nina, enough." Kofuku's voice was cold and strict; she was not about to let this pokemon walk all over her and Panther. "I don't care about what your last trainer did to you, but you are my PARTNER now, not my pokemon, and that is a huge difference from whatever novice trainer took you." Walking over to the completely shocked pokemon, she looked back at Panther and gave him the 'cover me please?' look, then picked up the Cyndiquil.

Nina stared up at the girl that was picking her up, then got ready to spit out some embers. Kofuku frowned and used her hand to hold together Nina's mouth. "No, no more of this. If you don't want to be my friend, that's fine, but you will NOT be damaging me, my clothes, OR my hair anymore. You can do whatever the hell you want, but I am off limits." Setting the Cyndaquil down, she sighed. "Honestly, I don't know how to get through to you, Nina..."

Nina huffed a little and walked a bit away from them. "Stupid human, bringing in her emotions...." There was something strange about that girl though.

Kofuku gave a heavy sigh and looked up at him. "This is such crap... I mean, I totally can relate to her, but she's just tossing me aside. She's no better than her trainer that tossed her off that over pass. I mean she's not even trying!" She went on her little rant, then looked over to Panther. "How can I get through to her, you've seen what she's like now; that was maybe the best experience I've had with her yet."

Nina stayed behind the humans, snorting as she listened to them talk. This was all that man's fault that this girl was trying to be nice to her; things where perfectly acceptable before.

Taking a deep breath, she nodded. "Right.... Thanks Panther, for helping me out earlier. I really appreciated it." She kept her eyes open for pokemon, thinking back to the great Fearow attack that she and Gizmo had been caught up in.

"Yeah, I can see why... and it's not just pokemon who are involved in that rule." She looked up at him. "We're not on a bad relationship, are we? Like, we're friends, right?"

Nina froze a bit, sniffing the air. She could smell something unfamiliar in the breeze, and her fire blazed out a bit.

"What?" Looking over to Nina, she held her breath. "Nina..." She looked around with sharp eyes, ready to try to help her Pokemon with a battle. Rustling bushes behind her caused her to turn around in time to see a Sneasle leaping towards her with it's claws glistening.

Before the girl could react, Nina had gotten a running start and lept up onto her shoulder and launched herself at the Sneasle in a full body Tackle attack. "Back off." She growled, her back flames flaring up.

The Sneasle growled a little, sneering at the Gengar, knowing that he was basically untouchable by a Ghost pokemon; damage wouldn't be much by any attacks. "You think you can take me on, you little runt?"
