1: Drains;
(a) Shower drains - having something crawl up out of it.
(b) Pool drains - getting my hair caught in it and drowning.
2: Deep, murky water;
(a) Swamps
(b) The Ocean
3: Insects & Arachnids;
(a) Crawling on me.
(b) Crawling on me when I am sleeping.
(c) Crawling in my mouth.
(d) Biting me & having my flesh peel off.
4: Spinal Chord Injuries;
(a) Being a paraplegic.
(b) Being a quadriplegic.
(1) Having a shark bite me or eat me.
(2) Having my toes/fingers cut off in a hostage situation.
(3) Being burned alive.
5: False Imprisonment;
(a) Being arrested and put in jail for no reason.
(b) Being roughed-up/killed by a cop.
Oddly specific, but that's about it.

My Dumbest Fears:
*hights >.<
*being in the ocean, especially out in the middle O.O
*spiders!
*creepy bugs
*being watched by something...
*graveyards... mostly at night when all of the oogie boogie men come out XD
