The Wicked Powers Hierarchy
Note: This is just my own take on it. Other owners involved may have their own.
For Starters: Elphie is the most experienced witch, obviously, but she still doesn't have all the control that she wants. Furthermore, I have no intention of bringing her into this new plot. She's basically retired, chilling with Fiyero.
Fiyero has no powers whatsoever.
The Wicked Kids:
Murtaugh (Sunchaser9000) as the firstborn son, is probably the most powerful.
Maguire, is at least as powerful as Murtaugh. His powers lie in creating spells. He can basically do anything, but he doesn't quite understand that yet.
Riggs (Angelique DelaMort) is a mystery. I'd still put him close to the top. Only third because I don't know.
Glinda and Nessa are equally matched. They don't have the control issues of Azkadellia and they both of decent criminal minds. Neither one alone is more powerful than Maguire or Murtaugh. But together they stand a chance against their brothers.
Azkadellia has a lot of potential, but like her mom she has a lot of control issues as well. Now that she is Carpathian, those issues are probably gone, but I don't see her getting involved in this fight. Hence the lower spot on the list.
Nim (Sunchaser9000) does not have magical powers, but she will be involved in this plot in other ways. I have a feeling she's going to be the girl with the plan.
Glitch has no magical powers. That's why he's Glitch. He'll also be busy with the Winds while this Wicked stuff is going on.
(Only 2nd Gen are involved in this plot)

Being Wicked Plot Notes
So we know what's going on here.
As kids, Glinda wants Nessa's powers neutralized because only with Nessa gone can Glinda be on top. She mistakenly believes her little brother to be less powerful or more easily manipulated than what he really is.
Meanwhile, Nessa has a growing hatred of all her siblings. Murtaugh is the arrogant one who thinks he can control her. Riggs is an a**. Azkadellia is the beautiful one who chose a man over her power. Glitch is an idiot. Glinda's too pretty, Nim is too good, and Maguire is too smart and powerful. Unlike Glinda, for Nessa, it's not about landing on top or being the center of attention. It's not about rivals. It's about pure Wickedness. And it has started early.
The thing is, Glinda can't defeat Nessa's powers, and she certainly can't be top Witch with Maguire's powers growing by the day. There's only one thing to do, and that's join Nessa against the rest of their siblings.
