Deskri was disturbed from his sleep by a frantic scratching at the door. He pushed himself up, gasping quietly as pain shot through his back. "********..." He stared at the door, a look of hatred on his face. Whoever was there had better have a good reason. He crawled out of bed, muscles aching with each step.
He wasn't in the best of appearances for answering the door, since he was in a black t-shirt that was two sizes too big, which swallowed up the purple shorts he was wearing, and to wrap it up he had a pair of thick woolen socks on. That wasn't taking into account the various bandages wrapped around his arms and legs that still had red tints from blood to them. He shuffled to the door, literally dragging his feet but not because he wanted to, it hurt too much to lift his feet any higher than just enough to move forward.
Once he finally reached the door, he was out of breath, but he still managed to get it open. "Yeah...?"

The wolf impatiently waited for the door to open, even a tiny bit. As soon as the door was open, Alice darted in quickly, pushing the door open violently. The wolf stared at Deskri with red eyes as she growled, and nudged him a little, as though wanting to tell him something. Finding that she couldn't talk in her completed wolf form, she began to rummage around under the beds in the room. The wolf shuffled itself back out from under the bed, turning to Deskri with a collar and chain in its mouth. The wolf nudged his hand with the collar and chain, hoping that he'd understand what she wanted him to do, appearing impatient to leave the room.

Deskri realized too late what was behind the door and was knocked aside as the wolf charged in. He landed with a thud and a hiss of pain as he felt everything light up with pain. "Sh-s**t!" He scrambled away from the wolf, or rather, he tried to. Such fast movements crippled his arms and legs and he just ended up collapsing onto his back for a few moments, trying to catch his breath again.
He turned his head to stare at the wolf which now had a collar and a chain. Realizing that he wasn't in any danger, he calmed down a little and forced himself to sit up, still hissing a little. He stared at the wolf for a moment longer, trying to connect the dots in his mind. It finally clicked. "oh..." He crawled onto his knees and then took the collar. He fastened it around the wolf's neck and then attached the chain. "This isn't going to end well..." He sighed and held onto one end of the chain, unsure of what to do next.
Should he climb aboard? The wolf was two thirds of his total height and could probably carry him just fine, but he wasn't about to try.

After Deskri had fastened the collar, the wolf turned to leave but stopped. She noticed that he seemed to be in a lot of pain, maybe not a good idea to drag him everywhere. The wolf walked back up, and nudged the boy in his chest and his leg. Motioning to him that it was okay to get on her. He looked so small and fragile, that it wouldn't strain her too badly to carry him just this once. As long as she was quick, it wouldn't bother her for too long. The wolf whined a little, as she was worried about making it back in time to save Rasiel.

"This is really... not going to end well..." He repeated his previous statement with another sigh as he stiffly climbed aboard the wolf. He didn't want to hurt it, but there was no way that he was going to be able to walk anywhere. Once on he gripped the collar as much as he could, figuring it was a better thing to grab than the wolf's fur.

As soon as she felt Deskri was secure and holding on tightly, the wolf let out a howl and took off out of the room and down the hall. She ran past Andy and the twins as the wolf busted through the open doors of the dormitory and ran as fast as she could toward Kae's Mansion. Hopefully, they could get there in time, and that what she was assuming of Rasiel's situation was right. She tried her best to make sure that Deskri didn't fall off and that he didn't get too hurt by her running.

[Some days later....]
Deskri pushed the door to his dorm open and then dragged himself inside. He shut the door and then leaned against it for a moment, gathering himself. Sonnet was two seconds away from dying, and that was his fault. He should have gone back sooner, he shouldn'tve misunderstood in the first place... He should have kept his promise... The thoughts wandered through his mind as he made his way to the bathroom. He took a quick shower, changed into a fresh pair of pajamas, and then crawled into bed to sort everything out.
Should he stay alive long enough to apologize in person? Sonnet would like that more than a note... And what about Rasiel? He'd have to stay alive at least long enough to tell him to stay the hell away from Sonnet...... He sighed and curled himself into a ball, running it all over in his mind.

Rasiel had been listening to Oron's lies for a while, knowing fully well what he meant to do, but didn't seem to care enough to take any acknowledgment to his demands and comments. He had only wanted to hear his voice in his head once again. He'd close his eyes and pretend the voice was ringing out into his mind and his mind alone, feeling a sense of relief knowing how Oron felt about what was going on. Oron had talked so much, that he seemed to talk himself to sleep. Oron had probably been so weak, he was barely able to sustain himself for the time being. Rasiel knew that when Oron would wake up again, he'd need to replenish his energy some how, either through him or someone else. Knowing this, he decided to go retrieve his violin from his dorm room. At least if he were asked to help hurt someone to help replenish Oron's energy, he'd be some form of useful in combat. He never thought twice about the ideas that ran through his mind, not caring enough to second guess whether what he would be doing was considered wrong or unjust. He simply didn't care.
Upon leaving Oron, intending to only be a little bit, he managed to shuffle his way back into the dormitories. He pushed the door open slowly, peering inside to see if anyone was present, and after seeing no one in the room, he opened the door fully and walked in, shutting it behind him. He sat on his own bed and picked up the violin from the night stand. He pulled the sleek black instrument up to her chin and began to test the strings for accurate sound. He drew the bow across the strings a few times, adjusted the knobs, then dragged the bow across again. He did this a few times until he was perfectly satisfied with the sound. He then began to play slowly, a song of unending sadness as his playing quicken, matching how he felt on the inside. His eyes were holding back tears, and it wouldn't be long until they'd break through and reveal themselves for what they truly were: his breaking heart crying out. He began to hum softly with the music, then suddenly and for the first time, he began to sing softly words of sorrow that went along with the music. The words that escaped his lips were all but in French as he never truly spoke it unless he really meant it or felt so overwhelmed that he would forget to filter his thoughts into English. Rasiel played his violin, just hoping to at least feel a little better within himself, before he had to return to Oron who'd probably be long past waiting for him when he would return.

Deskri had given up trying to sort everything out and had taken up reading a book with one of those reading lights, still buried under his covers and pillows, completely invisible to anyone and everyone.
That was until Rasiel started tuning his violin and then proceeded to play. He hadn't really bothered to stop and listen to what sort of song was being played, oh no, his patience snapped long before he was able to hear that.
Deskri sat up suddenly, bursting through his sanctuary of pillows and blankets and hurled the book in Rasiel's direction, not really intending to hit him but he wasn't exactly aiming for anything else. "CUT IT OUT!" He screeched, hair starting to turn a deep red in color. "I hope you're ******** happy! You might get what you ******** wanted! Now shut the ******** up!" The more he spoke, the redder his hair got along with his eyes.
"I can't believe you! What gave you the ******** right to do that?! She'd better live or I swear to ******** GOD Rasiel s**t will happen to you like never before!" By the time he was done changing colors he resembled his possessed self, with a head full of red hair to go with his red eyes. And to complete the look, an expression of utter loathing was on his face.
An ever present (very quiet) part of his mind was screaming at him to stop, but the rest of him was so focused on venting his frustrations he paid it no mind.

Rasiel had been so enveloped in his music that he hadn't had time to react to Deskri burst forth from the blankets and throwing a book at him. The book hit him square in the face, as a stale note dragged across the violin and the violin and bow fell from his hands and dropped to the floor. It took him a few seconds to realize what was going on. He wouldn't have reacted much at all about the book, but then Deskri had started to yell at him, accusing him, blaming him. Rasiel couldn't take it anymore as he shot up from the bed to glare angrily at Deskri. "WHAT THE ******** IS YOUR PROBLEM?!" he screamed as he could barely contain his anger, his fury spilling out into his mind and through his mouth. "Is that what this is about?! Just because I hurt her?! I told you what happened!!! So why are being such a completely b***h about it!! I thought we could put aside our differences and just... be in love... BUT NO!!! You're just going to b***h and gripe and blame me for everything!!!!" he ranted, his voice raised with anger. He couldn't believe what he was hearing. Apparently it had been about Sonnet all along. "Why did you tell me you even loved me when all you still care about is Sonnet!!!!" he added, closing his eyes tightly in frustration. He was upset by the situation, beginning to fill his mind with thoughts that resembled Oron's. He told himself that it had all been a lie, that he was only a quick ******** for Deskri while he was waiting for Sonnet the whole time. All these thought and more like them ran through his head at a blinding pace as rage filled him from within.

"THAT DOESN'T EXCUSE YOU USING THAT BLACK AND WHITE b***h TO GET HER!" Deskri shouted back full force, "Of course I ******** care about Sonnet she's my ******** best friend! A hell of a lot better best friend than YOU ever were! At least she never ABANDONED me, unlike a CERTAIN SOMEONE WHO DISAPPEARED FOR YEARS!" He paused, taking a breath. "I told I ******** love you because I DO but you've crossed a line Rasiel. And I'm not sure I can forgive you for this one, we'll see if she survives first." His voice turned into a hiss, at least until he spat the word "survives" out as if it were poison.
"I wasn't going anywhere you know, it was COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY to get Sonnet involved! ESPECIALLY to try and get her killed!"

"I NEVER MEANT TO DO THAT!!!" he retorted back quickly, but pausing to hear the next few words leave Deskri's lips. Rasiel became at a loss of words as he just sighed. "I never meant for her to get involved... all I wanted was you..." he spoke calmly now, tears fighting hard to escape as he leaned over, picked up his violin and bow then turned toward the door. "I-.....I'm really sorry. I never meant to hurt her... I really didn't. She was my friend too.." he commented before moving to the door. "I'll just... leave you alone then... bye." he then quickly moved out of the room before he busted down cry right there. He made it to the hallway, having enough time to shut the door behind him and walk three steps down the hall before he fell to his knees, too weak to keep moving. He couldn't fight his tears any longer as they overwhelmed his very being, breaking forth down his cheeks. By this time, he had cried so much that he no longer had eyeliner on, it had washed away in his desperate sobs. He couldn't take it anymore, he felt broken down as he just sat on his knees in the hallway, crying to himself. Everything was over, nothing would ever be the same again. 'You're so stupid...' his own voice rang out through his mind. As he looked up briefly, his eyes darted across the floor in thought. He paused, thinking back on the words Deskri had said. Something didn't add up. Killed. That was the word he used. Rasiel doubted that he would try to kill Sonnet, ever. But he couldn't be entirely sure, seeing as he still believed he had blacked out when he had supposedly attacked Sonnet. '...that... black and white girl.... wait...' Rasiel was slowly starting to question what was really going on here. Catching a hint that there had to be something so much more to all this than he had originally known.

Deskri watched him flee as his mind processed everything that had been said. I never meant to hurt her.... she was my friend too. He replayed the sentences over and over again before it clicked.
Perhaps it was just another crazy jump from one conclusion from another, or perhaps he really had figured it out, but either way he knew he'd just done something completely and utterly wrong. That the Rasiel in the ball who had claimed to hurt Sonnet wasn't even the real Rasiel. As the realization washed over him he sank back down onto his bed, staring at the door wide eyed.
There wasn't any going back, now... He'd basically just accused Rasiel of attempting to murder Sonnet... it became too much to handle within a matter of seconds, without someone there to settle him down and tell him everything would be fine he was easily overwhelmed. Kagyaku would have told him to shut up and sit down while he dealt with the mess, Sonnet would have helped him sort it out calmly, but... He didn't have either of them anymore.
Panicked, he began searching for an out. A permanent out. He knew what he was doing was wrong and he was breaking every promise he ever made to Sonnet by doing it, but was Sonnet even going to live? His justification seemed logical at the time. He searched under his bed, digging out every drug he'd ever taken. A few were prescriptions from his time in the hospital after his wings had gotten ripped off, the others were painkillers he'd managed to get a hold of.
He poured the contents out, and then got up to get some water to swallow a few with. He wasn't sure how many he took but he knew it was enough to do some serious harm if no one got to him in time. But that wasn't enough. He dug out his knife, the one friend that never betrayed just as Kagyaku had said, and started to reopen his wounds from before. It didn't take very long for the combination of pills and his bleeding to take effect. Deskri settled himself back down into his bed, staring blankly up at the ceiling as he just waited for it to all go away.

Rasiel hit himself with his hand against his head. "Stupid! Such a stupid f*****t!! That black and white girl has been playing you from the start!!! You didn't hurt Sonnet. She did! And now....." he paused, snapping himself from his repetition of Oron as he gasped suddenly, his eyes growing wide. "..and now... Deskri!" he used the rest of his energy to jump to his feet and run back for the room. He hadn't gone too far off, so he made it quickly to the door and threw it open. "DES-..." he voice trailed off as his eyes widened in horror to the sight he then saw. "OH GOD!! NOO!!!" he screamed, tears still overwhelming him as he ran up to Deskri, frantically looking over him, his panic setting in quickly to see him like this. He turned quickly, pulling the blankets from his own bed and dragging them quickly over to press against Deskri's open wounds, anything to get the bleeding to stop. "Oh god.. oh god oh god.. please don't die... please.. i ... i just.. really need you, oh god please don't die!" he rambled in a panic, sobbing uncontrollably as he tried desperately to help Deskri the best he could, he hadn't even noticed that he had taken pills with it yet, only worrying about the gashes for now. Rasiel leaned forward quickly, hugging him tightly. "Please don't leave me!!!" he exclaimed, holding him in desperation as he frantically prayed in his mind for everything to turn out okay.

Deskri hadn't quite faded off completely, no, that would be too fast. He lied limply as Rasiel attempting to patch him up, eyes barely tracking his movements. "s'no use..." He whispered lightly, eyes flickering over to the open bottles on the other side of his bed. He was saddened to see Rasiel react in such a way, he had assumed that Rasiel would continue being angry with him rather than come back, realizing the same thing.
It didn't change anything though. Deskri believed Rasiel would be better off with someone else anyway... Someone that didn't get fooled by stupid tricks, someone that didn't jump to insane conclusions and freak out at the smallest things.
Deskri's eyes slid shut as a wave of weariness washed over him. Even though the blood was being stopped from Rasiel's attempts, the pills were coming into full effect. Of course, emptying the contents of his stomach might help at least a little. It would at least get rid of anything that hadn't taken effect and with how much he'd take and the amount of water needed to swallow the pills he was already feeling quite queasy.
