AND I AM NOWHERE NEAR READY. I HAVE 2/5 OUTFITS DONE AHHHHHHHHH ... Though for one of them, all I have to do is make pants... b-but still. ********. Okay. So my parents are planning a trip for the east coast this year, but they don't know when they want to actually go :/ I was liek, "Hey, maybe I can go to Otakon ;0" but...ugh...Otakon is on the same weekend as Anime Iowa this year DD: I know A.I is a small shitty con, but I get to see a bunch of my con friends and stuff. Idk if I want to give it up ;-;

Aw, Puppetry <3 I would be all like JUST COME, COMEONNNNN!!!!! but I know what it's like to see a bunch of old cosplay friends at a convention. So, you should do what you think is best for you! (but I would love to see you <3)

Hopefully we can all meet up at Otakon. It's almost a month away whee The Cosplay.com topic is suggesting around 2-3 PM on Friday or Saturday for a .hack photoshoot. I suggested 3 PM on Friday. What do you guys think?

Sorry, Guildies, but Slate cannot attend Otakon this year.
Reason being is that my mother and I visited my sister in
California this past weekend, and I decided "Hey! We
should totally coordinate the visit with Anime Expo!" And
so I went. And it was crappy. Worst convention I have
EVER been to. We had a series of horrific accidents that
ended up with me getting there on Saturday, and I only
spent a few hours there on the two remaining days. Well,
although my experience there was, ahem, less than ideal,
apparently going to Anime Expo means that I cannot go
to Otakon. I am thoroughly upset because Otakon was
my favorite convention out of all of the ones I have been
to, mainly because I got to meet my guildies. Sorry, guys,
but maybe next year. I will DEFINITELY not be going to
AX again.

Sorry to hear that, Slate. I always wanted to go to AX, but most people say it's horrible.
On other news, Just a little over 3 weeks left. <3 If I can somehow conjure up a costume, I might try to go as some Pok'e trainer.
