 MARCUS FAUST Strength is not in defense... Marcus smiled and cut the cloves of garlic, putting a couple diced pieces into the skillet with the rest of the ingredients. With a spatula he mixed the contents well occasionally tossing them up a bit to move them as a group. His veggie stir fry was one of his favorite meals, he had picked it up after watching his mother make it back in Germany once, but it was the only one he could remember from her massive list of recipes, the rest were burnt in Berlin. He turned the dial to simmer and gathered two plates from his cabinet, then some bread from his pantry. He picked all the peppers, onions and garlic out of the skillet and onto one of the plates, leaving the rice to be placed on the other. He gathered another plate and divided the rice equally between them, and did the same with the peppers. He finished the dishes and placed Nora's plate in the microwave to keep it warm, and placed his in the oven to do the same. "Food is ready!" He called, just as his mother would call him to the table. ...but in ATTACK!!

After Nora got out of the shower, all clean and conditioned, she came out in a much better, much more sleepier mood as she dried herself off and slipped into her favorite pajamas.
Something smelled good. Real good. She was starting to get hungry...
She then walked into the kitchen and smiled at Marcus as she sat down in the chair that was set down for her to eat at, "Y-You made this? Th-This looks delicious! I can't remember the last time I've eaten something this warm before," said Nora as she placed her fork into the rice and began eating.
It wasn't her Mom's food, but boy did it taste so good...
"... Valmay sahano NADAAAAAAAAA!!!"

MARCUS FAUST Strength is not in defense... Marcus sat in the chair opposite Nora and began eating his food. He ate slowly enjoying the taste and texture of the peppers and the rice, plus he wanted to talk to Nora a bit. "I'm glad you are enjoying it, its a recipe that I picked up from my mom back in Germany..." He gave her a smile and continued eating, but his dream had raised some curiosity in him. "Do you think we can go to France some time?"...but in ATTACK!!

"I hope so..." said Nora as she took another spoonful into her mouth, "I've... I've never been to France before. B-But I've always wanted to go and see the Ifle towers. Maybe see some museums and... O-Operas..." she blushed, fixing her glasses sheepishly.
"What made you bring up France?" she asked, eating more of the peppers as she crossed her legs.
"... Valmay sahano NADAAAAAAAAA!!!"

MARCUS FAUST Strength is not in defense... Marcus had finished all but one pepper, but was full nonetheless. He sat there playing with the last pepper, poking it with his fork trying to figure out how to explain France. "Let's just say... I need to visit someone..." He said before picking up his plate, removing the pepper and beginning to wash them. "I'll take care of cleaning up, just bring your plate to me when you are finished..."...but in ATTACK!!

"... Oh," said Nora as she finished up her bowl of rice and peppers, "A-Alright," she smiled, picking up her plate as she helped him wash hers, "N-No, no, I got it," she assured, scrubbing it with a dish towel as she began thinking who it was he wanted to see...
... Was it the 'Raizel' girl? Couldn't have been family... Must be friends... Or... closer... Maybe...
Whatever it was, it was none of her business; she was his partner, nothing more. She needed to stay out of it. That's what she needed to do.
Just stay out of it...

MARCUS FAUST Strength is not in defense... Marcus gave her a faint smile, she was very diligent, that or she didn't trust his cleaning, the thought made him chuckle as they washed the plates. He continued talking, "would you like to come with me? It won't take but a minute to see the person, and the sights are beautiful..." He said as his door seemed to creek open. He quickly ran over and closed it, was the movement obvious? More than likely, a normal person would have just ignored it, but he didn't want Nora to be worried with his problems, she was his partner, nothing more. ...but in ATTACK!!

"S-Sure," smiled Nora as she put away the dishes carefully, "A-Alright. I-I wouldn't mind going--I-I-I mean, I would love to go," said Nora as she clumsily tried to stack both dishes up in the cupboard.
Before noticing that he went half across the room just to close a door; it was... rather 'odd'. But she pretended as if she did not notice and cleaned the sink and counter while she was at it.
"I-I wonder if it's no different than Belgium. I-I hope to see some ballets and some operas, if that's alright. I've, um, never been to one; and I've always wanted to go to one. B-But w-we don't have to," smiled Nora reassuringly.
Indeed. He probably wasn't interested in what she wanted to see anyways; it was stupid. Unimportant. Just like herself.
So silly...

MARCUS FAUST Strength is not in defense... Marcus stood in front of his recently closed door, did she see anything? Would it spike her curiosity? He hoped not... He walked back to the counter grabbing a dish rag and beginning to help her with the counter and table. He smiled gingerly and gave her a happy reply, "I would love to see one, as long as you would watch a musical with me? It's very Italian and one of my favorites."...but in ATTACK!!

"O-Oh! S-Sure!" blushed Nora as she began wringing out the towel of specks and smears of food in the sink, "I-I'd love too," she smiled, turning on the sink as she began washing and cleaning the rag and sink with her small hands.
... That had to be her best feature about her; her 'hands' and her 'feet'. She always liked them ever since she was a child. They were so tiny, so small and delicate... Like little doll's hands. Whereas her Mother's were strong and calloused. Good for hard labor.
... She must've been lucky to have such 'princess-y' hands like these, she thought, yawning as she tried to stay awake and wash her hands with the soap detergent.

MARCUS FAUST Strength is not in defense... Marcus rubbed his hands together, amazed by the dust and dirt that floated off, he still needed to bathe, he hadn't since they had left the day before. He gave a sigh and replied, "We will have to plan the trip then... But I need a shower right now..." He walked slowly to the bathroom, stripping his shoes as he went. As he closed the door and hopped into the shower and began bathing, skipping the usual scolding water relaxing system. ...but in ATTACK!!

"Alright," she said, yawning again as she dried off her hands, "G-G'night," she said as she walked towards her room.
It was a good thing her laundry was done; she was starting to run out of clothes. But, it was a relief to know that she had got through that horrid ordeal and could now look forward to a nice, long 8 hours of sleep...
The thought reoccured to her as she got in bed and huddled beneath the covers with a shiver of her spine; did she do that? Did she really do that?
She didn't expect to get mad like that... But then, she didn't like the feeling of being helpless... Or meek...
Or seeing Marcus get punctured like that... Maybe that's what set her off.
Whatever it was, she promised never to let it happen again. She needed to be fierce, aggressive, and domineering in the face of a dybbuk.
She would not fail! she thought, yawning again as she closed her eyes, slowly drifting off to sleep...
"... Valmay sahano NADAAAAAAAAA!!!"

MARCUS FAUST Strength is not in defense... Marcus quickly washed and dried off, his grogginess was beginning to take over. He took the moment to make sure that Nora was in her room, he didn't want to scamper across the apartment in his towel if she was still wondering around. Luckily for him she had already gone to bed, allowing him to sprint over into his room. As he entered the room the faint glow of a human soul glowed from his bedside table. Hit seemed to pulsate as if greeting Marcus into the room, he gave a slight smile and muttered, "Hey Raizel..." His voice faint as he laid down falling asleep looking at her soul. ...but in ATTACK!!

~Nora Levine~  "Cano tasay noni, cano nimono..."
"Huh? Oh! Pancakes!" smiled Nora as she finished batting the pancakes clear of mixing clumps, "I saw that you had some, and I thought'd be nice t-to make some... I-um, h-hope you don't mind."
As she got out a pan and set it on medium heat to cook, she opened the fridge and looked inside as she took out some butter and a knife to get out a couple of slices to melt in the pan.
"I know they're not Belgian, but I hope they're still just as good," said Nora as she let the butter melt before pouring the pancake mix to make one pancake.
She then got out a spatula from the drawer near her and waited until the bubbles began to appear on the surface of the pancakes...
It took time, patience, and skill to cook a perfect pancake; that's what her Father always told her.

MARCUS FAUST Strength is not in defense... Marcus slowly awoke from his sleep, quickly scanning the room for other people, happy to see that his door was safely locked. He worked himself up, dressing for class and out his door. He gave Nora a smile, noticing she was cooking, he gingerly walked into the kitchen and peeked at what she was making. "What you making Nora?"...but in ATTACK!!
