Alexia ShadowWolf
"Just another facade."

Alexia stopped messing with her bracer and grinned, giving Kyne a wink, hinting that her current state was just another front. It would take more than that to make her outragously drunk. She was after all a drinking veteran, but she had to admit she was feeling quite hyper and tipsy. Alexia slung her arm around Kyne and kissed his cheek.
"We'll save that for later!" She answered with a grin, keeping her drunken facade. After all, no one would suspect a drunk person.

Fiona Lineweaver ”FI”
Fuel~ and then fun AAAHAHAHA!

FI stepped away from the couple before Alex could stumble into her and then made a move for the door.
"So what way's this fuel thingy? " She said as she walked onto the street. Moving Juggs would be the hardest thing, it wasn't as if fuel could be held in a can like the old petrol fuels were like. Climbing into the large APC, FI kept the door open for everyone else whilst she sat down in the pilot seat. The interior was pretty dark with numerous small green lights dotting the black that meant something was working or turned on or whatever, half the stuff wasn't used anyway. Her combat armour was safely locked up in a specialised holder in the rear of the machine with a cover draped over it.
"Find a seat somewhere, if you shift a pile of clothes off the bed thing you can sit on that if you want too, although I think it's really a stretcher or something." Said FI as she started up Juggs, it was driven by a joystick setting other than a wheel of the earlier models. Slowly the door closed behind them and the group moved off to the nearest station.
"Ian, give me directions yeah?"

((meh, not my best lol))

Arik Diedrich ”The Tyrant”
Clean-up on aisle three!

Arik walked over to Exa and put his hand on the side of her face with what could be seen as a gesture of care or possession, either way there was a definite atmosphere surrounding the couple.
"Worry or not I still want to know what he was doing my sweet..." Said Arik as his fingers brushed down Exa's cheek. He turned to the man, he was half collapsed under Exa's grip on his ear but other than that he looked fine, though Arik didn't recognise him at all...
"You. Any explanation?" "Emm... No, sorry. I must have just looked suspicious for no reason? I get that alot." Said the man nervously, his eyes were darting all around the room, but they kept fixing them selves onto the gun that sat on Arik's desk, it was a silver revolver, most likely plated but either way, it was quite a size.
"The gun... Do you like it?" "Ehh, erm, yes... It's a nice gun sir..." "Tell you what, lets check it out then..." The tone of Ariks voice grew darker with each word, like something was building up underneath the calm exterior, something heavy. He lifted the gun and loaded it with one bullet.
"Right... Lets play a little game ok? I will give you three chances, IF you survive, you are free to walk out of this room." Said Arik. The colour drained fro the mans face as the gun was placed against his forehead, the cold metal touching his skin conveying the same feeling that ran through his soul. With a spin of the barrel Arik pulled the trigger."One" Nothing, "Two.." The same again, the last spin... It was delayed as Arik stared into the mans now pouring eyes, almost savouring the moment. He looked up at Exa with a manic grimace pasted on where his smile used to lie. Slowly Arik lowered himself to the mans ear and whispered with a sweet tone.
"God bless you... Three..." The silence in the room was broken by a third span, and then a click... A click which made the now devastated mans heart slow almost to a stop.
"Well, you ARE a lucky one aren't you... If I wasn't mistaken then I would say someone was looking over you. Now get out of my sight before I change my mind" Said Arik as he righted himself from the mans position.
"Th.. Thank, you sir..." The man mumbled as he uneasily walked towards the door. Arik looked at the gun, and turned the bullet into position with a smile at Exa. He pulled her into a close embrace and aimed at the man.
"Oh, Excuse me, but I actually have something for you sir." The words made the man turn to face his fate, and with a deafening shot, he bloodily hit the floor with a dull thud. Arik looked at him, pouring onto the cold stone floor without and indication of slowing and smiled.
"Well, he annoyed me... It just was not his day my darling.

Kyne noted Alexia's facade. It was almost somewhat concerting to know that companions were still competent. He sighed with a small laugh as Alexia kissed his cheek once again. "Not the first time this has happened," Kyne admitted to Fiona and Ian.

Taking a walk in Fiona's terms apparently meant sitting in the APC. As they left the bar, Kyne saw a couple faces turn their way, watching them leave. They included some of the people on Alexia's team. Whatever happened would happen. And besides, all of them going to the APC wasn't exactly something usual in the town. Everyone would probably stare.

Kyne helped Alexia in, though he was sure she knew her way around the vehicle. Having been in the military himself, he wasn't entirely a stranger to the APC either. "Nice place you got here," he said, carefully moving some stuff for Alexia and himself to sit.

Exa Winds ~ Oh, someone got shot! Yay! Oh, wait, I have to clean that up. Oh, but what if we just painted everything red? Oh, yeah.

Exa only smiled a little when Arik touched her cheek. "Ok." She had a feeling things were going to get interesting. Yeah, the man was definitely suspicious, but what he said was even funnier. I must have just looked suspicious for no reason? I get that a lot. That sounded suspicious, and he was totally going to try going into the throne room as far as she could see.

Exa couldn't see the man's eyes from where she was standing; right next to the man. She didn't let go of his ear until Arik finished the countdown and raised an eyebrow at Arik when he had that manic grimace. It was fun. If the suspicious man had anything to say, he would have said something already and might have saved himself from the "game."

It was too bad Exa didn't get to beat him up more, but what Arik did was amusing too. "That makes him suspicious," she laughed after Arik said the man annoyed him. "I'll have that cleaned up in a few minutes."

((I "loled" at the man's response. XP "I look suspicious!" ))

Fiona Lineweaver ”FI”
Fueled, parked, now where.

"Yeah sorry but I need to get this re-filled first before we walk anywhere, and thanks. I've been n this bad boy for around 2 months now? Or something." Replied FI as she fired up the engine. It burst into life with a powerful rumble that reverberated through the vehicle, causing the cover on her armour to shift slightly.. Slowly they started up and began moving down the road towards what looked like the station.
"Ah! Never mind, I see it anyway. Well that was quicker than I thought." FI mumbled as she stopped on top of the fuel coupling which clamped into position on the underneath of the APC.
"Remember those old vehicles that you had to fill manually? Man what a pain in the a** they were... Right, where too, I wanna check out that canyon out of town. It looks like it's pretty secluded." She asked as the APC got parked down an alley around the corner.

((sorry if i'm jumping around a bit XD I just needed to get the fueling done with and out of the way lol I couldn't be assed spending 3 posts doing it anyway ninja ))

Alexia ShadowWolf
"The demons are finally catching up..."

Alexia also saw the heads turn, especially those of her unit.
"I'm going to be drilled later... Oh well." She thought as she swiftly got into the APC, obviously knowing her way around the huge vehicle. She sat next to Kyne quietly as her memories of being in the W.K. military flashed through her mind. The good, the bad, and the ugly, the reasons why she hits the bottle. Alexia kept her gaze on the floor of the APC, not saying a word as her mind overflowed with her thoughts causing her to miss what Fi had said. She jumped suddenly, forgetting her drunken mask, and looked around in surprise as she felt the vehicle come to a stop.

Dr. Miller gauntlet holder
The truth behind the rumours.

Ian had moved a few pieces of mechanical stuff with wires poking out of it from some sort of machine from a seat before sitting where it had been. Without even needing directions the APC made it to the refuling station and filled up from the auto fill section. The other side the only reason that the town still existed was The Wk supply route that passed through the town that lead to the local HQ. With the jolt from the sudden stop at the station the large sheet that was covering a large metel mass shifted from whatever it was covering to reveal an arm and a foot of a large suit of armor fixed securely to the side of the vehicle. Looking around with a more concentrated gaze, Ian noticed the amount of weapons littered around the APC. Stopping in an alley, Fi mentioned Wolf Gorge, The canyon not too far from the outskirts. "Ah. If your going there, could you drop me off at the entrance to it. There's rumours that the place is a source of magic. There are other rumours that the rebels are hiding in there, but seeing as Atlantis has risen and no-one that has went in has came back out, I'm betting that it's both. I don't want to go in there." Despite the unknown fact that Kyne was the leader of the rebels that did actually live at the end of the gorge, there was a small source of magic in the middle of the base where a small crystal was glowing in one of the recent raids on the Wk. Despite all the rumours were true, they were not the reeason the Ian did not want to go down there.

Wk NPC – Pvt. Warren
Wk NPC. An introdution.

Most of the tavern had watched as the vehicle had spluttered to life before heading to the fuel station. Watchers had included most of the rebels in the bar, some of the patrons and a lowly Wk initiate that was still trying to get to grips with his tasks. Pulling up information on the disappearing APC, he was suprised and confused that the recognition code on the side didn't seem to exist. Pressing a button on his headset, he called up his superior.

Fiona Lineweaver ”FI”
BLOW s**t UP~!

The APC was actually in quite a state, other than the areas that needed to be clean such as the controls for driving and the weaponry, other than that slight space, bits of things and guns were laying 'neatly' in boxes. FI knew where everything was though, much the same as a teenager is in their unkempt bedroom.
"Drop you off? We'll be walking it like I said, I just needed to fuel this before we started. so you can stay at the entrance if you want man, but what ever. You'll miss the fun haha!" She said in reply to the doctor. The other two looked slightly at home, if not uncomfortable, but considering the military backgrounds and how they left, then it was understandable.
FI ushered everyone out, fixing the cloth that had shifted on the way past, and locked Juggs up. I hope no one saw that...
"Anyway, I doubt that it's 'magic' or anything, and it COULD be the rebel base for this area, but I've never been here before so no ones contacted me yet. I just wanna blow s**t up for a bit and have a chat under the starry sky~." She sarcastically commented. Grabbing a refuse bag full of glass for recycling, FI slung it over her shoulder.
Something to aim at...."

"Well, that's a lot of rumors," Kyne raised an eyebrow. Listening to his companions' reactions, Kyne found himself chuckling at the muses. "Fi, you're not planning on joining the rebels, are you?" From Fiona's comment, she sounded even somewhat remotely excited if she did find a rebel base in there though as Ian had mentioned, it wasn't always the smartest idea to go into a canyon along, since it was very easy to get cornered in such a location.

"Well, if it weren't for Alexia here, I think I might just tag along with you out of boredom," Kyne said. "But I think I'll follow Dr. Miller's example and part ways with you before we enter the canyon."

Arik Diedrich ”The Tyrant”
Something to do~ W00T!

It had been a while since the random sneaky guy was shot down for a bit of fun, the feeling of boredom was creeping in again and Arik wasn't down with it.
"Oh woe is Sir Diedrich~! For he is without entertainment and all that jazz.... All that jazz, hmm... Doesn't seem to fit does it? Anyway! Enough with the talking to ones self... I need something to do..." he mumbled into a bowl alphabet spaghetti. Alphabet spaghetti wasn't usually the lunch of choice for your average dictator, but Arik wasn't average...
He pushed the bowl all but empty bowl aside and stood to look out the gigantic window behind his desk, he could see the Icharus in the distance and beyond that the Chronos, taking up much of the horizon. Just then the phone rang, it was from an outpost near namvin.
"Hello~.... Yes?... Interesting... Oh goody, right send a team out to get them all roughed up and such. I'll take care of the other problem myself, I need something to do anyway. Ok.... Right, say hello to your family for me captain. Ciao~!" He said cheerily, hanging up the phone Arik turned to the window once more. The Icharus was gleaming in the sunlight, each cannon like a silver needle stuck into a pincushion. A smile spread across his face, finally Arik had found some entertainment.
"Exa darling~! We're heading out for a spin. Gather your 'toys' and meet me on the Icharus dock." He said into his headset whilst collecting his pistols and sword from their cabinet. He lifted his bowl on the way out the door for cleaning, though he was finnished eating it wasn't empty, using the leters some words were stuck to the bottom.
"Malice, Victory, Rebels, Suffer, Distress, Bunny"

Alexia ShadowWolf
"Something doesn't feel right..."

Alexia was listening to the conversation and couldn't help but chuckle.
"Come on you wussies!" She stated before grabbing Kyne's and Ian's wrists, dragging them out to the gorge.
"We could always use some more 'recruits'..." She thought as she let go of Ian and Kyne as they were a ways inside the gorge. Alexia could see the area the base was in and a weird feeling started to arise in her gut.
"Something's gonna happen... I can feel it... " She thought again as she felt for the swords that were usually on her back. "Crap... I don't have my blades..." Although she was skilled with the handguns and explosives that were in her messenger bag, Alexia was much more comfortable using her swords.

...and Kyne was promptly overruled by Alexia's actions. "Wait, Alex, are you sure you're in a condition to be going into a place like that?" he asked as Alex grabbed him and Ian wrists. It was a bit shameful to be dragged into a canyon by a girl, much less a "drunk" girl. "Alex!" Kyne complained.

"Dammit. When she's into something, there's no way to get her out of it unless we pull her kicking and screaming," Kyne muttered, clearly enough for Fiona and Ian to hear.

Kyne did have a gun and knife on his person though. Like Alexia, he felt the atmosphere was slightly off. "Maybe we shouldn't be here. Let's leave," Kyne said, trying to persuade the rest of them to get out of the area. Honestly, it would work if they didn't leave. After all, Alexia and he knew the canyon like the back of their hands. The rest of the risk lay on Fiona and the doctor and their intentions if they stumbled upon the base, but Kyne knew that it wouldn't be easy to simply stumble upon the rebel base. No, the rebels were not careless like that.

Fiona Lineweaver ”FI”
Gauntlet or guns? OOPS! I don't have a gun BUHAHAHA!

FI laughed at the scene unfolding, Alex was beginning to grow on her, though there was a level of intoxication FI could handle and this was beginning to get a bit far.
"I've been asked a few times by different factions round the country... But, I'm not interested in joining really, I'm happy just doing free-lance work for whoever asks. Usually the rebels though, I guess you could say I'm a mercenary HAHA!" She replied to Kyne before he was dragged off out of the town. "HEY! Wait up!" FI shouted after the three, or more shouted after Alexia. She done a final check of the area around her APC and turned on its defense program from her headset, if anyone tried to break in the would receive a rather nasty shock. Catching up with the trio as they got to the mouth of the gorge.
"Yo! this is far enough right? I don't feel like heading down into it, though a little way in wouldn't hurt? Right, who wants first shot." FI shouted and dropped the bag of bottles down near a rocky outcrop.

Exa Winds ~ Where are we going?

Exa smacked the side of one of the staff's heads. Someone had messed up. But then she was interrupted by Arik's voice through her headset. She sighed and smacked the staff member's cheek again. "We'll finish this later. Just don't mess up again, ok?"

Exa left the room and went to gather her "toys". She strapped her sheathed katana neatly to her back and readjusted the beretta on beneath her vest. The deck of cards went in her pocket, as usual.

She briskly walked to the dock of the Icharus and waited for Arik's arrival, giving a ton of people random glares as she walked.
