So, does Exa have the gauntlet right now? Because it doesn't make sense if she has one before Arik. He sounds like he would have one before her.

..well, looks like the rebels home base is getting attacked relatively soon. I better start thinking up some non distinct rebel NPC activity. *prods Kaaos*
Edit: Actually, is it the home base or is it just a base?

It's just a base. The main one is under the city of Ashter, if I remember correctly. All rebel activities will be controlled by Kyne's commands making Scythe in charge of where they go next.

I'm going to bring up the very interestinng point that phones AND computers have been replaced by headsets. This means that you could use a sort of MSN type medium to send messaes to the base.
I'll have to work on how the keyboard would work though. Any ideas?

Hmm...
Well, eye blinks and twitches for Morse code sound too arduous and may be obvious.
Brain signals are probably too complicated at the level of technology. Though this would be the easiest way to conceal.
Breathing is a bit odd...
How does the dialing occur right now?

What about regestering eye motions to different parts of the headset. Each button is a different part of the screen which when you look at, is picked up and made into a message. Nearly the same as you initial though but a keyboard instead of morse code.
All of this is something that never even crossed my mind when I made the Rp.

Kaaos, just because Kyne is so called leader doesn't mean you or Alexia can't put out random ideas, or anyone for that matter. ..Scythe does not want to be blamed if rebels decide to kill Scythe for dooming them all by accident.
That is an interesting idea. Would it be fair to say that if you are manipulating the keyboard by eye, you will not be able to use that eye to concentrate on whatever is happening around you?
Well, since this is a roleplay, we could just assume that the function works somehow without getting too technical.
As a side note, why is everything on Gaia going "Flash". It makes it just more difficult for my internet connection.

I agree. sometimes you can go into too much detail. Some things are just a bit too complicated to create on the spot. Just make it like an MSN type medium and say that you sent a message.

well MY idea befor Articx shot me down in flams was that you just talk lol, so like if you get a message, and you dont want anyone to know.. just move off for a bit, as if you were on a phone XD
and in the way of receiving a message, the vibrations of the headset legs just above your ears would be heard as sounds, cause i know thats actually technically possible razz as it can almost be done today~
and no, that isnt the main base razz
also, who say's Arik's going to that base XD

I can deal with the talking too. If Kyne blows his cover, I'll try to pull a smooth one in front of Fi and Ian (but it would look most smooth if the base there was the one being immediately attacked).
Ok, if it's not that base, I think Kyne just a lost a base to where Arik's going if that actually is a base...haha.

We talk to each other about these things in person. It's faster, cheeper and we get more ideas that way.
