Physical Traits: Tall and fit, with handsome features and sharp yellow eyes and light brown hair.
Scars: Small upward curving marking over each of his cheek bones over his eyes. looking more like discolorations then scars that they're often mistaken for natural birthmarks.
Background: Born and raised in Kalos where his father ran a ranch just outside Coumarine City. He spent most of his days that he wasn't in school helping out on the ranch, or wandering the vast property with his pokemon companion Varian.
He spent little time off the ranch, though he didn't show any particular interest in the job, he did what he was told, and used it as any excuse not to leave the property. Kyle was a chubby youth, not unattractive but not to much so that he got much in the way of positive attention from his peers at School. On top of practically being a cowboy, he didn't generate many friends beyond the Eevee that his father had gotten him the start of his elementary school.
During his later years of high school, he started to shed the baby fat that had been clinging to him during his puberty years, and becoming quite considerably more attractive, about a few years too late as his reputation had to this point been quite poor in school.
When he was 19, his father decided to take a years vacation and leave the Ranch in the care of his only son, who- the owner of the ran knew would eventually be taking over the ranch anyway, as to keep it in the family.
While Kyle had over the years learned how to run the ranch, and was more the self sufficient in managing the staff and animals/pokemon he had no real interest in actually running or taking over the ranch at all.
Kyle was frustrated at the idea that this would be his life for the next year, but as he learned the job with the help of some of the staff, he came to learn just how prosperous his father's ranch actually was.
Kyle was staggered to learn that his father's ranch was a multi-million dollar operation! And all this time his father's been keeping the money circulating through the ranch, taking only what money he needed to give his family a comfortable but modest life.
At first he just remained baffled by this news, and continued business as usual, but as time went on, the wealth that he was sitting on started to look more and more tempting. It started off little, a few hundred bucks every here and there to buy something nice for himself. but the more he dipped into the well, the more and more entitled he started to convince himself that he was and the more he started to take.
Adopting a very rich and high strung lifestyle. For a year he lived like this, flying to different clubs buying nice cars and expensive suits, all the while very rapidly running his father's ranch into the ground.
He covered his tracks the best he could, but eventually the numbers were starting to show, and eventually he was called out about the missing money.
In a panic, facing prison and criminal charges, Kyle, in a last ditch effort in his mind to save the new life style that he loved drained the rest of the money from the ranch and fled.
Now wanted for various criminal charges, and knowing that he wouldn't be able to keep up the life style he wanted, even with the several million he had tucked away, Kyle found his way to Team Flare. Where they had similar minds to him and the interest of its members who would some day obtain their own happiness.
Using a good chunk of his money as the 5 million dollar entrance fee to the organization and getting a snazzy new suit uniform out of it.
Kyle was in Team Flare for two years before the League managed to shut them down.
The Flare grunts scattered, and with no where else to go, with no more money and only with his pokemon the 5 million dollar suit and a small amount of his belonging Kyle fled. Knowing he could get a job anywhere else because of his criminal past, Kyle found his way to Kodo, where he heard of another criminal organization. With no more options, Kyle then become a member of Team Rocket.
Skills:
Pokemon: Like anyone who grew up in a pokemon full region, Kyle likes pokemon, He's a decent trainer, especially when joining the ranks of Team Flare.
Driving: Kyle doesn't just love fast fancy cars, he loved driving them, and he's not shy about how he drives them. Kyle's a skilled driver, even if the rists he takes with them seem dangerous.

Temper: Throw punches first, ask questions later.

Boredom: Can't manage to handle the same scenery for very long. often times dragging his partner off to wander around for no real reason.

Impressions.
Jerome: I'm in Jerome's transport team, I've been working with him for several months now. He doesn't talk a whole lot, but rumors spread, and the s**t he's been through... just reminds me to stay on his good side. You wouldn't expect it from a guy like him, but he's good to work for.

Luke: He's obviously a League spy and snotty brat doesn't know when to lay down and accept defeat. I hope he froze out there in the forest. ******** him. So the little p***k survived, and now he's carrying around a sword? What the hell? I swear I'm going to get him back.
Rosie: This cute chick hanging around Luke the last time I saw him. She's easy to get out of the way, and obviously just needs protecting, she's not a threat.
