I see no problem with it, in fact I think Fire doesnt have many low level jutsu either am I right?

It has from C to B and I have made a custom S ranked ninjutsu, which is derived from Rasengan.
This A Ranked would just fill in the gaps.
Also, I'm not sure whether I want a Kekkei Genkai or not...

Hmm, what about some D ranked? otherwise you kinda screw the lower level nin that use fire.

Nah....I should've paid more attention. When the guild is finished, I'm either going to aim to be an Akatsuki member, or a Jounin in the Lightning Country that can use water and lightning.

Hmmm, I'm still trying to think of my characters fighting style.
Should he be a tracker ninja Earth element
or a medical ninja who primarially uses his knowlegede in combat (like Kabato)
or if anyone else has an idea I would love to hear it!

Well if you go for the med nin, I would suggest your secondary element be Water, since those two are regarded as healing elements.
Also, what's your rpc's personality gonna be like?

I normally choose a fighting style first then develop the characters personality to encorperate the fighting style.
But the problem is in Naruto there a so many options for fighting styles.
I think I'll go earth style with a focus on tracking and assassination's
I guess I could throw a couple medical justus in there if that is okay with the crew

The only one that would suit my character would be byakugan, but I don't know what village I want him in yet.
Plus if everyone starts making up kekkei genki than there will always be an advantage. I don't now how the crew is handling this, but I would sugguest that the crew limit the amount of Kekkei Genki to at least two or three per village that way there will only be two or three clans with Kekkei Genki in each village. Of course there can be smaller clans that have family justus.
