Starfire smirked at her partner, "I would love to try the next one." The Tamarian began to look over the different tables. For the briefest moment, she thought see saw Raven.
Star shook her head, Of course she's not here, Raven's gone. Wishful thinking will not bring her back.
"So, which tables am I supposed to watch for?"

"Well, I'm watching both mine, and another girl's tables. She didn't come in today, so her tables were split up. There's only about five of them, might be a fair amount for you to start off with." she replied.
"Let's see, those two..." she said, pointing towards two by the center pool. "The table we just waited on." she continued, pointing back towards Edel. "That table back in the corner" Pointed to the one Raven had just sat down at. "And that one over by the door." she finished, pointing to it as well.
"Well, long time no see." The bartender replied with a small smile. "Things have been pretty quiet around here lately." he replied, as he grabbed a glass to dry it out.

 "I guess I go to the one in the back, then. Right?" Star looked to Casie.

Her ears twitched under her hair as she looked towards and watched Star. She blinked a few times before shaking her head and looking back to the bartender.
"Well good to hear. So I see you have a new girl." She nodded towards Starfire. She waited for her usual, a Mudslide and a Pina Colada.

"Yep, take care of the customers that just came so they get quick service." she replied.
"Yep, just came in about an hour or so ago. Boss must have liked her." he replied as he started mixing her drinks in the glasses he just cleaned. "She's just getting her feet wet today though. I doubt they've had time to check everything out yet." he continued as he brought her drinks back.

She smiled and took the drinks as she got up. "Well I'll see you in a bit my dear."
She walked over to one of the seats that Casie had pointed out to Star, being slightly sly about talking to the girl.
Though she hadn't known her well it was nice to see an old familiar face. She had met Start through d**k and hadn't talked to her sense right before the Titans split up the first time, after the Teen Titans got all new members. She still wanted to speak with her a bit and see what had been going on.

Star took a pad and pen with her and approached Raven. As she approached, Star noticed the similarity...
And Star could feel the blood drain from her face, when she recognized her Titan's teammate, "R... Raven? You're alive?"

"As alive as you, Kory. I am truly sorry for not attempting to find you sooner. I was in a healing trace, to regenerate. It took some time but now I am fine. How are you?" Raven replied calmly.

For a few moments, Star stood like a statue in a bustier, fishnets, high heels, bow tie and cuffs -- still in shock, "I'm... very glad to see that you're alright, my friend."
Starfire closed the distance and held Raven's hand, "I'm glad you're here... Ummm... Since I'm on the clock, perhaps I can get you something from the bar, right now. And when I'm done, we can celebrate properly."
Star's eyes glistened with tears threatening to fall, while displaying a relieved smile.

Raven could feel the overwhelming confict of emotions radiating off of her friend. "How about a glass of water, and some cherry coke? You know how alcohol affects me." She prompted.

Star smiled, "Okay, I'll be right back with your water and cherry coke." Kori made her way to the bar with a little more spring in her step, then passed the order to the bartender -- making sure Raven didn't get alcohol. Star remembered all too well what happened when Raven was slipped some alcohol in her drink....

Star looked to her feet, "I... Up until just recently, I was alone -- truly alone. I... tasted despair. How I regretted that all of you were gone. That if I could just have one more moment..."
Star started to wipe away tears.
