Yea, I make excuses with people I don't trust. I guess I feel selfish or whatever, but I just don't want my stuff messed up or lost. Especially if I can't even trust that they'd replace it. Like I had one friend who ripped up one of my books, but she bought me a new book before even telling me that had happened, so I technically got my stuff back in better condition than I leant it out...^_^. Although I do worry about giving her stuff then, however she's one of my closest friends and she has proven she at least replaces stuff if she messes it up so it's fine. And then I just don't borrow stuff from people I won't lend stuff to, I figure that's at least fair.
Ok I have less than 30 pages left, and I haven't really felt much of a drag at all, I mean nothing that extends more than a few pages soooooooo yea. Or perhaps because so many people went on about how it drags I was expecting something worse? Idk, thought it was fine. Even if the last 27ish pages drag that's not enough of the book to matter. In the time since that last post I liked her again, disliked her, and am now on a hedge waiting to see how I'm going to feel. It's exhausting, hahaha. I'm sure I'll finish tonight though, I was going to finish earlier but realize I can't get Son of a Witch any earlier than tomorrow so I wanted to slow down. I don't want to start another book.
Maybe, I've gotten so used to Karma dropping from all threads except the roleplay. Hey, nudge Karma back onto other threads!!! hahaha...and then make her see Tin Man!

Nah, it's not selfish to want to keep your things in good condition. And I have a friend who I lend to often who has sisters who mess everything up, but I know she would also replace any of my things that were ever ruined, so it's cool. And once my dog chewed up one of my friend's manga (which was weird, because while she used to chew everything as a puppy, she had stopped by that point, so it was just kind of out of the blue, and it happened to be a friend's manga instead of something of my own, which hadn't even been on the floor or anything; she took if off the coffee table... sigh at bad luck), and I offered to replace it, but she said not to bother because she didn't care for the manga too much anyway, and only the cover had been chewed so it was still readable. So I guess the point is, it's good to have friends willing to replace things.
Yeah, I didn't think it was a bad drag at all. XD Then again, I've never heard anyone mention how it dragged until you did, and had only really only noticed it slightly myself. Oh snap, I wanna talk about Son of a Witch with you, so maybe I'll give up on that other book for now and get straight into that! I know I can definitely get inspired to read that one.
I'll try nudging. XD But I don't know about Tin Man; I didn't get super into it myself, so I'll probably be too lazy to convince her.

Yea, I didn't think it was dragging either, I'm not sure how I feel about the end at all though...idk...I'll PM you tomorrow (I said today but I worked on my fanfic today and my internet has been in fail mode and blah just haven't really been online) about thoughts on the end, just in case their are stalkers in here who haven't read Wicked razz . And you should! Hahaha, I'm going to try and get Son of A Witch tomorrow, my friend hasn't gotten back to me yet, so we'll see how that goes. I'm going to hang onto Wicked a bit longer because I want to work on the reading questions in the back of the book...I'M NOT CRAZY!!! ninja
I'm more for the nudging onto the other threads than Tin Man, so work on that. Maybe if I ever stumble over links online I'll work on the Tim Man nudging myself... razz

What's funny is the dog that chewed it really likes that friend, but the other dog is kind of scared of her. XD It's like it should've been the other dog.

Maybe the other dog really did it and framed the dog that likes your friend. Dogs are devious you know...^_~...oh wait, that's cats. I like cats, cats are devious ^_^.

I would consider that, except the other dog is kind of retarded. Like we think she may've been an incest puppy. ^^;; Plus she's definitely the submissive of the two dogs; I just don't think she'd have the guts or the brains to frame the other.

Goats are the only reason I still visit the children's zoo everytime I go to a zoo. Hehe...goats ^_^
