 [[Edge .:. Floor 1 - Section A .:. Hallways]]
Edge blinked through the blood in his eyes, staring at Soryuju in bewilderment, as though he should already know the answer to the question. He shut his eyes for a moment as he turned to face Sory again, hands still in his pockets. As the Kotic opened his eyes he removed his hands from his pockets, sliding into a fighting stance as opposed to simply going berserk. "I... dislike loud noises. People cause loud noises, so I dislike them. I see no wrong in kill things I do not like, for that is the natural instinct of man."

Thelesis found that her 'claws' collided with a solid barrier of some sort instead of any flesh or clothing. Her eyes flashed for a brief second as Edge's attack was taken in by the barrier instead. 'Beast?' A wave of confusion rushed through her, overtaking the fear that flooded her mind only seconds ago. Everything seemed to come back to focus, or at least what was focused for her. Her pupils returned to their usual size as she blinked.
There was a piercing pain in her hands and arms and the black haired girl lowered her gaze to find these ... these... white, solid protrusions. Bones? Bones!? Bones that grew through her skin... Suddenly Thel felt uneasy in the stomach, some sort of sickness deep within her.
What... wait...
Her breathing became shallow as her knees seemed to weaken of their own accord and her mind raced. She collapsed to the floor, feeling utterly disgusted and watching the bones begin to retract back into her body with a sheer look of horror on her face.

"C'est l'amour."
"Yes, natural instinct, that thing that makes us animals," Soryuju spat out, continuing to glare at him, a sidelong-glance at Thel revealing that she'd returned to sanity. Slowly, he limped over to the barrier, sword still in hand. "Thanks, but no thanks. I'd rather not devolve, personally."
His attention was pulled to Thelesis as she fell to her knees, and for a split second the barrier flickered, his worry over-powering his new-found ability. He walked to her before closing his eyes, straining to keep the barrier up; it became completely solidified as he did so... only to fall completely shortly thereafter.
"Look, we want nothing to do with a murderer," he replied, looking at Edge with a look of frustration; no longer was he outraged, but he was able to keep his adrenaline in check. "And you obviously want nothing to do with us, since we just 'cause loud noises'. So just... don't follow us."
With that he helped Thelesis off the ground to her feet (muttering 'it's okay' reassuringly into her ear), and slowly beginning to walk in the direction they'd originally been walking, keeping Thel behind him as he walked backwards to keep an eye on 'Edgeworth'. All the while, he had a pounding headache.

鬼「強子 Kyouko」
[Section A - Hallways]
Petrified. Kyouko was petrified as she saw what this man could do. Fal and Sino's running away didn't even register in her mind. She didn't know how to react, and then he the the needles at Sory, and she closed her eyes, not wanting to see this, and not knowing how to get him out of there. "No..." she muttered. Then...clinking noises? Not Gashing noises? She peeked up to see Sory in a green barrier... 'What are these people?' She almost ran, and then Thel moved...straight towards him, bones protruding from her skin. Kyouko turned to run.
But she couldn't. The male who could apparently create barriers...had tried to protect her, and when she turned back, she saw he was protecting Thel. This was man...he was...a good man. She didn't know what to do, but the last thing she could do is abandon them. She spotted a pipe running along the edge of the ceiling. She jumped up, higher than one would think she could, and grabbed it, then ripped a large section of it out.
She then ran into the barrier as it flickered, and stood with Sory, carrying a section of thick pipe that probably weighed a good 50 pounds at least pounds over her shoulder as if it was a paseball bat. "No, he must believe humans are below the level of beasts, or maybe that we're too good for nature. Either way, that makes no sense! Beasts only kill what threatens them or what they need to eat." She said to this 'Edgeworth' person. She knew he wouldn't care...but either way, she didn't like this guy.
When the barrier dropped, she got ready....but then Sory said that they were leaving, and told the man not to follow. Kyouko nodded as he helped Thel up, and once they were moving, she got next to the girl, and said "Hold on please...." as she attempted to lift the girl up, so she could carry her, rather than make her walk in her condition, also in case they needed to run, which might happen.

Her mind mildly registered that she was gently being pulled back to her feet, but the painful feeling of bones retracting into her skin and the 'wounds' closing up made for a more dominant emotion. She winced as the last gash closed over. It all felt so sick in her mind, she wanted to know what happened... who did this? It couldn't be all her.
Another shudder ran through her body. What if it was all her? What was she going to do? She didn't want to be plagued with this. Thelesis felt the solid back of Sory behind her and took a deep shaky breath while trying to gather herself, finally registering that the horned girl was beside her. It took a second for Thel to realize what the girl was asking of her but Thelesis just shook her head, testing if a smile would come to her face. "It's fine... thank you... but I'm fine, it's ... it's just kind of ... weird." But weird didn't even begin to describe it. It was more like disgusting, despicable, revolting, absolutely repulsive...but she figured she'd keep their worrying to a minimum if she could help it.
Oh god, what if they thought she was a monster? The very thing they wanted to get away from!? She felt like she could cry.

"C'est l'amour."
As the trio slowly began to make their distance from the psychopath, Soryuju's headache began to subside, but not entirely; he could tell, he'd probably be having this headache for awhile. It wasn't just any headache, it was almost as if he'd put too much strain or tension on the very synapses of his brain...
"I don't think he's gonna follow us," Soryuju muttered, finally turning in the direction they were walking and catching up to Thel and the half-oni, a contemplative look on his face.
"So. Don't freak out or anything, but... that just happened," he said, a nervous, bewildered chuckle escaping his lips. "Not sure what the hell is going on, but... I just created walls with my mind. You can grow weapons from your body, and..."
He looked to the young woman, whose name he'd still hadn't gotten. A small look of understanding and then guilt came to his face.
"You're... actually half-oni, aren't you?" he asked, but it was obviously rhetorical. "Jesus Christ on a cracker, what the hell is this place? Suddenly, we're, like... super humans or something..."

"Are you sure?" The younger girl asked, worriedly. "Well...if there's any way I can help, please let me know..." Sory said he though they wouldn't be followed. "I hope not...that guy..." She shivered. She watched him talk about creating walls with his mind, and Thels bones, and having no idea what's going on. "You mean you couldn't do that before?" She asked, tilting her head. She looked at Thel, and decided against asking her the question directly, letting the first qestion be directed at Sory or both of them as the other girl pleased.
The the question came up, with the superhuman comment after. "Oh...yeah. Well...I've always been like this...this is nothing new for me." She wasn't sure whether she should smile or leave or what, with that comment. She just hoped that they'd be okay with letting a half Oni travel with them.
Then she remembered Fal. "AH! Where did Fal go?! Did he run after we were attacked?" She looked around, slightly frantically.

 [[Fallax : Floor 1 - Section A : Hallways]] The young man had made it about as far as just past the corner when he had tripped from his frantic run. He had crawled over and pressed against the wall where he felt slightly safe. The wall against his back gave him comfort. He didn't want anyone springing out and attacking from anywhere he couldn't see, and after that which just transpired, he sure as hell wasn't leaving a molecule of air remain behind him without his knowledge. He hugged his legs and sat shaking through all his limbs. Tears were in his eyes still but it wasn't clear even to him whether the tears were in fear now, or in frustration with himself. Oh god... I left her! I left her... all alone! I'm such a coward... but.. I could have died... I can't die... I have to get home. Mom and Dad are there, and Sissy too. I can't just die on them... not here. But... but... what am I supposed to do? He attacked without warning! What if something like that happens again? Fallax buried his face in his sleeves and cried. He felt worthless here.

"...Onii-chan..."
"...Where are you?"
[Tsuiyo Harada: Section A: Hallways]

```````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````` Someone came to a skidding halt nearly out of now where. Or maybe he simply wasn't paying proper attention. Either way, Tsui suddenly wasn't alone anymore. A towering silhouette overshadowed him, and the child spun around, nearly falling over in his startlement. Craning his neck, Tsui's wide reflective eyes took in the appearance of a fairly intimidating teenager. He could even pass as being older then his brother! He certainly was the right height, but his face was more mature in it's sharpened features. From his two toned hair, pronounced nose, and a patch that covered one of his blood red eyes!
A red eyes! He stared into it as if it he would be pulled into it. The acrid smell of cigarette smoke clung to this person.
"You alright there kid."
His harsh tone of voice broke the spell his eyes seemed to put on him, and Tsui realized to his embarrassment he must've been gawking at him since he showed up. Wait- what did he ask? Was he alright?
Before he could respond another young male arrived. This one was in a wheel chair, rolling in so quickly his wheels grinded as he stopped. He was a vast contrast to his 'brother'? Remarkable... where every place Amadeus was sharp, his brother was soft, and friendly looking. Bleu eyes framed in a youthful kindly face with ebony black hair.
Black hair... just like Daisuke...
Daisuke. He looked like him, or maybe he was desperate, maybe it was both. He didn't care, he wasn't alone anymore!
Frustrated, tired, confused, and embarrassed at himself for being such.. such a child- Tsuiyo almost could respond between his sobbing and blubbering.
"M-my *hick*..My name... Ts- Tsui. Tsuiyo Harada." Normally he'd never talk so quickly to strangers, but this was an extreme circumstance, and he couldn't handle this much longer. Daisuke, he wasn't here. Tsuiyo was really here by himself with people he didn't know!
But at least... at least this Elijah and his brother were here, and seemed nice enough.
Elijah, with his black hair and soft face, just like Daisukes.
He clasped onto Elijahs hand so abruptly, his tiny hands trembling as he held onto him.
"Elijah.. h-..have you seen my brother? I..I have one too. He.. he looks a little ..l-like you. But he's tall like you-" he said pointing to Amadeus. " H-he'll be looking for me. Have you s-seen him? Is he here? Is Daisuke here!? Please you must've seen him, h-he wouldn't leave me behind!" Tsui realized he was rambling, hysterical even so suddenly the child smacked his hands onto his face, hiding it. He took long deep breathes. And counted to 10 in his head.
'Calm down...must calm down.' Unknown to him, there was a soft crackling noise coming from the floor where he stood. Tsui didn't notice how the tile changed from it's cold concrete surface, into a smooth dark mineral. It looked almost like marble, and slowly grew around the spot where his feet were touching the floor!
The soft crackling sound was then joined by another sound. Distant, and violent shouting?
Tsui's head suddenly looked up from his hands, staring at the two youths, his eyes puffy and red form crying but obviously wondering if they could hear it too.
Someone ((Fallax)) had come around the next corner but was still out of sight. He heard them crawling, bumping... Tsui jumped back from the sound and his back collided with Elijah's front. Tsui almost tripped into his lap.
Edge could only laugh, his maniacal voice echoing off the walls of the hallway as he placed his hand on the wall again. The bood flow from his eyes suddenly increased as he forged another blade, taking hold of it and turning to leave the group as they were. "No more fighting for a while. I don't want to die from blood loss, or worse, go blind... Heh... hehe... ha. HAHAHAHAHA!" Edge began to make his way back to his holding cell, the lights in the wallway cracking as he walked beneath them.
 [Section: A - Hallways] The skinwalker came to a halt in his run for one reason, and one reason alone. He was completely and utterly lost, having ran back the way they had come. Actually, he was pretty sure, from the smell of things, that nothing had come by here...at least, not as recent as Thel and Sory. Where the hell had he actually run to? Scratching his chest, Sino looked to where he had been heading, and then behind him, where he had come from. Any sounds of fighting and rage was gone, meaning either he had run out of his enhanced hearing's range, or it had stopped. He probably would've checked, if it wasn't for the fact that his survival instincts were kicking in, telling him to avoid that area like the plague for now. Kids...psychos...'onis'...beautiful girls...just give me a hunk of a man, and this will seem almost perfect...minus the psychos, onis and kids, of course...well, the oni was kinda cute, so if they look like her, I guess they're okay to at least look at.After some careful deliberation, Sino steeled himself for his next task. He needed to figure out where he was, and how the hell he'd get out of here. So, he crouched down low, like a fox(though some might say dog), and sniffed at the ground. If he could get a scent of something, he might be able to do...something. Hell, at this point, Sinopa was just grasping at straws.
 ΣζΊɈȺҢ  Amadeus could merely look down at the child, arching an eyebrow with a rather serious expression. He didn't work well with kids. He didn't really like kids, either. They kind of got in the way of everything, and there wasn't much you could do around them considering they were all so innocent and all that crap. Plus...their emotions were completely out of whack, they kept snot near them like a close companion, and they had a tendency to be shrill and loud. Boys and girls alike. Oh! There was clearly something Amadeus had forgotten. Children stared. They could stare for hours with the most creepiest expressions. They didn't smile or make faces or expression. They just had their little mouths open and wide eyes lain on whoever they were staring at (or whatever. Kids could stare at just about anything).
He was saved from anything else unpleasant when Elijah showed up. Elijah was good with kids. Kids and Elijah got along greatly, partly because they he was probably as innocent as they were. That, and he had a wheel chair. Kids were constantly sitting in his lap whenever they were babysitting a neighbor or whomever. Elijah watched the boy for a few moments before looking up at Amadeus with a scolding look.
Their facial expression conversation said the following:
'Alright...what did I do now?'
'What did you do to him to make him so upset?! The poor boy is totally frightened!'
'He's fine, for God's sake. Just a little shaken up is all, and it certainly wasn't from me. I only asked if he was okay.'
'It's because you smell.'
'That has nothing to do with this, Elijah. You're just making excuses to get me to stop'
'Then stop already!'
'Nope.'
And once again, the siblings were at it (silently), until the child responded, causing them both to lose the mental and facial argument and focus on the problem at hand. Elijah smiled once again when the boy held onto his hand, his free hand moving over the smaller one in his hand, patting it gently. "It's okay Tsuiyo...?" he asked, getting a confirmation on the boys name before continuing. "It'll all be okay. You don't need to worry about anything. We're here to help you."
Of course, neither one of the teenage boys knew how to help and one of them didn't really...care, at the moment. It only grew worse when the boy asked if they had seen his brother. Blue eyes met a deep hazel in a side glance before both boys looked back to the little person.
"I...I ha--"
"I saw him, little man." Spoke up Amadeus, causing Elijah to turn to him with a confused expression. He hadn't been awake most of the time, so he didn't know if Amadeus actually saw the guy, but...Elijah could only hope that his brother did see the kid.
"At least, I think I did," continued the teen causally, glancing down at the kid, more or less staring at the vibrant sea of blue also known as hair. Weird kid...didn't kids usually wait to dye their hair anyways? Oh well. "He was muttering something about looking for someone. My guess is that he went to go get something for someone and got lost. We can look for him, if you want," he finished, ignoring the look of questioning coming from his brother.
Looking to Tsuiyo's reaction, Elijah gently ran his fingers through the boys hair in an attempt to calm him down. Poor kid seemed to have been through a lot. "Why don't you come with us to find your brother? Amadeus would be more than happy to carry you, or you can sit on my lap. How does that --- 'Deus??" He didn't get a response, only a hand to his face as Amadeus signaled his brother to stop talking.
 The three in the hall could definately hear something, that much was certain. The kid probably noticed it first, followed by Amadeus and lastly Elijah. What was going on here? Were there other people as well? "O-oh! You okay there, Tsuiyo?"
"Why don't you two stay here? I'll go make sure everything's okay." With that said, Amadeus moved away from the two closest to the floor and headed down the hallway, moving to where he assumed the noises were coming from. He wouldn't have any problems with them. hands hidden in his pockets, he clenched his fists, the whites of the scars on his knuckles becoming pronounced within the dark fold of material. Just anyone try to screw with him.
Elijah looked down to Tsuiyo and smiled. "Big brother 'Deus will protect us. Then we'll find your big brother and then both of our big brothers can protect us. Deal?"
"...Where are you?"
[Tsuiyo Harada: Section A: Hallways]
````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````
Could it be true?! Did they really see his brother here?! It could be a lie to shut him up- Tsui maybe very very young, but they'd eventually discover he was on par with them mentally... at least when he's not blubbering like a cry baby.
But what could he expect to do? Daisuke was his rock. Daisuke didn't care if eh was small, they were brothers. He accepted him even if no one else never did. He acknowledged his intelligence and didn't treat him like a baby when it came to topics, but still protected him, comforted him when Tsui's childish side did take over. He wasn't a fool to think he's smarts made him invincible... he needed his brother. He needed him! Only then could he gather his wits and start figuring this problem out.
Tsuiyo's heart leaped into his throat, hope glowed in spite of his suspicions. He was no stranger to white lies, teachers and doctors told him them all the time. Thinking his awareness turned on and off like a switch- no- unless she was upset, he was always aware of the truth behind their claims. Could they be doing the same? Saying they've seen him so Tsui would stop crying? Oh Hell- it would make sense! If Daisuke was lost, and somewhere else it would explain why he hasn't heard him, or come to him when he called. Daisuke could be somewhere very far in this building, wandering, worried just like he was. Yes! That must be it- at this moment he was willing to take anything to get back into his right mind. Cause he knew keeping himself together was much more important, even if his stability was built upon another white lie.
He'd wrap this white lie around him, hold onto it like a security blanket like a good like 7 year old and shut his trap. And so as Amadeus walked around the corner to investigate the source of the noise, the blue haired child looked up into Elijah's face and played along with him. " H-..Hai... Deal. We'll find Daisuke. We'll find Nii-chan, and maybe.... maybe they can be friends." He didn't want to move just yet. If he just remained there close to Elijah, in the shadow of his towering figure ( even though he was in a wheel chair) he could pretend Daisuke was with him. He'd be reunited with him soon. It was sick. But it had to be done. A necessary coping mechanism until the truth arrived, whether he was ready for it or not, he'd have to do his best. Tsui shut his eyes tightly concentrating.
His shaking slowly started to disappear. The false security was taking hold, and pushed away the panic. It wasn't really false, they really did seem like they were going to help him, protect him. Elijah and his big brother Amadeus. Amadeus, tough looking fella. He'd give Daisuke a run for his money ina fist fight alright. But would be alright on his own... those shouts. It sounded scary- and then there! In the distance, a loud maniacal laughter!!
With the gravity of a heavy steel door shutting, Tsui's child side was sealed deep behind the shield of logic and pathological thinking. The switch between the child, and the 'true' Tsui would be dramatic. The one who moved farther then he should moved into place like card flipping over it's suit. Leaving the weeping child behind. The fright was buried deep behind his reflective eyes, and his breathing returned to normal. The next time he'd speak, he sounded.. different.
" Arigato Elijah-kun. " He took the older boys hand again, so they'd not be separated. " Though I commend your older brothers efforts on our behalf, is it wise to let him stray so far on his own? Judging from his height verses his bodily structure, he could indeed take on a mass of similar built individuals with his height and bulk, but the source of the noise is unknown. Though no specific data can be gleaned from this environment as of yet, it can be theorized that this labyrinth is being used as some kind of test. Like rats in a maze... the noises could be a test, an obstacle or a trap." When the child looked back up at Elijah again his eyes were serous, sharp, mature... so disturbingly unlike a childs. If it weren't for the neutral expression on his face, and his soft hand holding his, one would normally be freaked out- thinking maybe the kid was possessed or something!
"Do you think we should follow him to ensure his well being? Even thought I maybe not more then 3 feet at most, and you are wheel chair bound, the increase in numbers is enough to stave off most assailant, simply because because beneath their exterior, most are cowards looking for an easy fight. 3 is better then 1, regardless- yes?" ````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````

Thel pushed away the fear of her new body forcefully. She couldn't afford to think about it now, especially with the other two. The last thing she wanted to do was to bring the atmosphere down when they had just been attacked by a psychopath. Thelesis looked to the horned girl at her question, it baffled her a little. What did she mean, she couldn't do it before? Thel couldn't imagine being born with the power. She couldn't imagine anyone having powers back in her town. That's what Marvel created X-Men for... right?
"No, I definitely couldn't do this before." Thelesis responded, finding more strength to speak as they walked. It was a perplexing idea... growing bones... through her skin. It made her stomach churn and now that she experienced it... it was a bit painful to grow bones. "And from the looks of it, I don't think Sory was able to do what he did earlier either..." Her blue eyes flickered towards the blond as if for affirmation, before glancing back to the girl with a confused look.
"Fal? Oh, the other guy you were with although speaking of which, where's the shirtless dude?" Not that Thel really cared, the man gave off an odd vibe anyways... which could have easily been the shirtless-ness.
