Seems to me that that would be the case, as Sheena is no longer living, and she was the last known person to have a pact with them ( I say "known" because we don't know if, perhaps, some other summoners have come to be since her, other than her descendants). smile
Oh, that's easy! Don't the Centurion Cores sorta go hand-in-hand with the summon spirits? Then, why wouldn't they be important to this story? Now, to think of a way to do so... stare (*spoiler, but question to those who have finished*Wait... Didn't Ratatosk actually end up sealing the cores away, along with himself and Rikter, to, umm, do some stuff? confused *not saying full thing in hopes of not to totally spoil things for aspiring players* If so, really, how would we get this to work...? sweatdrop *shaking head* I haven't played the game, but I saw a few clips on Youtube, and that was my understanding of the long and short of it. neutral *end spoiler*)
Also, I agree with what you said above, Tiefe Wasser. smile I don't think that it would even make sense for the spirits to change every 5000 years. 3nodding Yeah, seasons change, and so do a great many landmarks (all the ones I've known, anyway sweatdrop ), but the spirits protecting them and keeping them in order shouldn't. neutral In looks, maybe, because that would actually keep in consistent with the other Tales games, but the spirit itself? confused Just "No". xp

I figure the main world should also have a few problems in it as well besides the invading Yokai, I was thinking there's a monster and bandit problem as well as inner government corruption and such xd

I can definitely see inner government corruption. Sylvarant and Tethe'alla were very different worlds, so when they were united I'm sure there were problems. That sort of thing doesn't exactly go away easily, so I can easily see there being officials who think those who can trace their bloodlines back to former Tethe'alla nobiliy are better.

Actually, now that the world is united and has had a generation or two to settle down, it might even be setting up a new caste system. That sort of thing just seems to happen naturally, especially when there is corruption. The rich get richer, the poor get poorer, and the gap between the classes widens. That could attribute to the bandit problem. The lower classes might turn to thievery to make ends meet. Maybe even some sort of 'Robin hood' character might spring up. I can see a former Sylvaranti taking that role and being a hero among those who feel/felt oppressed by the more advanced Tethe'allans.

Perhaps in the end the common enemy of the Yokai will be what forces the Tethe'allans and Sylvaranti to work together and truly unite as one world.


I did have a question about the half-elves of Exire though. It says in the exposition that they evolved wings due to the strange mana, but it's only been 100 years. Either that was a super-fast evolution, or only the youngest of the half-elves actually have any sign of wings. (Unless it's some form of mutation on the adults.)

A Robin Hood character sounds pretty cool. I like my characters that I've made at the moment though.
