 'If they wanted to be sneaky, they shouldn't have used smoke bombs and instead relied on--s**t, FOCUS!!
Shuniji was at least ninja enough to sense someone get behind him and grab his hair. He had a pretty good idea who this was, too. There were only two people in the area with any reason to dislike him, and Seika was too afraid of him to do anything about it.
Luckily for Shuniji, his hair was long enough, and Hiyo tall enough that Shuniji had enough room to turn his head. Also, he had his megaphone out.
"SOUND STYLE: SLICING SOUND WAVE!"
The same attack Shuniji had used earlier to shock the opponent from back in Sound Village, only this time the target was a third the size and probably not expecting such violent retaliation to this "prank".
Shuniji, while pissed as hell, was careful enough to not use enough force to knock the kid unconscious. Blow an eardrum, maybe hopefully, but he wasn't about to get arrested for seriously injuring some genin.
Shuniji took this opportunity to wrench his head forward ("******** OW!!") and kick his leg back. If that sound blast didn't send the kid flying, Shuniji's rage-kick would at least catch him in the gut.

 HIYO MIYAKI Hiyo grinned, sound, oh beautiful sound, I guess Cit using his sound armor did help He thought as he withstood the sound, however the smoke was gone, revealing Hiyo's playful smile. The boy quickly jumped in response to the kick, landing on the outstretched leg, is grin widened as he pulled his blade clean through Glitter's hair. "Wow, Glitter, this hair is soft..."

Shuniji gave Hiyo an ugly grin at strands of his golden hair floated to the ground. He'd taken out a substantial chunk, but nothing that couldn't be (sort of) hidden with the proper styling.
That didn't mean he wasn't going to go postal on this punk's a**. Oooooh, no.
"You like it? I could give you some tips."
Shuniji grinned evilly and leaped back. He'd taken note of how little effect his Slicing Sound Wave had had on Hiyo and how easily he'd managed to avoid that (admittedly desperate) kick. Not to mention, those blades--kid was definitely taijutsu-based. Shuniji would have to keep an eye on him.
He jumped again, into the air and brought the megaphone back to his lips.
'Let's dial it up to eleven...'
"SUPERSONIC AIR SLICE!!"
Shuniji didn't care if this brat got injured at this point as he fired the much, much stronger Sound Wave downward into the pavement, which splintered from the force. Hey, at least he wasn't aiming directly at the kid.
The force of the blast, coupled with Newton's Third Law of Motion pushed Shuniji back so he landed on the fence again.
He noted that the cracks in the concrete made this sleepy suburb look infinitely better.

HIYO MIYAKI Hiyo gave a grin, this was going to be fun, he released the restraints on his hidden blades and allowed them to fall to the ground. "So, lets fight shall we?" He said, performing the hand signs and drew a breath, he would allow Glitter to make the first move, and use his own attack to throw the guy back.

Shuniji inwardly flinched when he saw that intake of breath. His mind instantly went to "wind jutsu" and a whole lot of cursing.
"You wanna play that way? Try to keep... UP!"
Shuniji sprang off the fence and dashed at Hiyo full-force with his arm raised in a punching-motion. Just as he was coming into range,
"Body Flicker Jutsu!"
And with an extra burst of speed, appeared at Hiyo's side.
"SLICING SOUND WAVE"
Wind may be fast, but the speed of sound is 340.29 m/s and Shuniji was roughly three feet away, so...
Yeah, that would cause quite the migraine.

HIYO MIYAKI Hiyo followed Shun, he was fast, but Hiyo was just a quick, "GREAT BREAKTHROUGH!" he yelled as a medium sized ball of wind blasted from his mouth directly hitting Glitter's sound wave, the two attacks merged together and let off an explosion, sending Hiyo backwards several feet away from Glitter, "Don't try to outrun me..."

Seika jumped down from the roof, landing on both feet. She stumbled a bit then leaned against a near by structure, watching the fight with interest. She'd pay money to see shun get his a** kicked. So the delay to the Kage's office was worth it.

Shuniji skidded back towards the fence just in time to see Seika touch down not far away. He smiled at her in greeting and turned back to his megaphone.
"Screaming Propaganda~" he lilted pleasantly.
"You've done pretty well so far," he spoke conversationally, "Even as an ardent Sound ninja, I'm willing to admit Cloud has done exceptionally in their training programs, ha ha," He was doing that weird laugh again from back when he'd first arrived in the village.
Also, there were at least twelve other Shunijis on the street now... which appeared to be sort of melting.
"Though while I'm upset about my hair, I've been growing it out for years now, it's nothing that can't be fixed," he shrugged, still rooted in the same spot while the crowd dashed towards Hiyo in a bizarre formation mirroring a school of fish, "You'll be buying me new accouterments when this is all over."
There was just the tiniest edge to his voice with that line.
The clones were swarming around Hiyo, each with their own smarmy expression, as though all in on some joke.

HIYO MIYAKI Hiyo grinned, pulling out one of the bottles of whiskey from his sensei, and throwing it at the clones. He didn't think it would be much of an attack, more like a distraction as Hiyo withdrew a bundle of his family kunai from his side bag. He quickly tied wire through the kunai's hole and threw them at the clones while they would be distracted by the bottle. As the knives neared them however Hiyo yanked the wire breaking the loop that held them together, unleashing a barrage of kunai on the Glitter clones.

Shuniji didn't even seem fazed as the kunai passed right through the mass of clones. They weren't even shadow clones, just illusions.
"Ha ha, and interesting jutsu, isn't it? It just wouldn't have the same effect if I announced 'clone jutsu' or something equally... normal," he uttered that word with distaste, but continued smiling, "Though I'm afraid you must be getting tired of my circumlocution, so we should probably pick up the pace, hm?"
He didn't even bother dispelling the clones, which continued to wobble and grin, despite being "pierced" by kunai.
"And by 'pick up the pace', I mean skip straight to the end. The part where you retreat," Shuniji's voice suddenly took on an icy quality. He wasn't smiling anymore and he hardly looked irritated. He wasn't known for his attention span and he'd already grown tired of this ninja. Particularly his tenacity.
This kid didn't have a reason to keep fighting with him. He cut off his hair, he got his reaction and made his trivial point. Shuniji had his reasons and he couldn't fathom anyone doing something just because. Ninja are efficient.
"...Only what is necessary,"
"You don't need this,"
"Why are you still here?"
"There are more important things to do,"
"We're busy right now,"
"We don't have time for this,"
"We don't have time for you."
Echoes bounced around inside Shuniji's memory and his gaze hardened.
"...Why are you doing this?" he finally asked, "Why do you care what happens to Seika or try so hard just to get me mad? I don't understand. Why does it matter?"

"What the hell are you doing?!" A booming voice echoed throughout the village; it sounded like thunder itself was speaking as the voice was heard throughout the village.
As that happened the Raikage appeared in front of Shuniji. There where multiple clones all around the area as well; the ground under earth clone glowing red hot as it stood on the stone earth; while the one's that where on rooftops seemed to cancel all heat coming from there feet.
As they stood there flames seemed to spark out from around them as they stood there small bolts of lightning crackling around them. "Speak now, or i will turn you to ash where you stand" The Raikage said in a sharp tone looking at the real Shuniji; he ignored Hiyo at the moment thinking he would not well enough to not interupt the Kage.
As the Kage and clones stood there the Temperature of the entire area jumped almost a full twenty degree's

Shuniji met the Raikage's stare as respectfully as possible. He lowered his megaphone and bowed in greeting. Sound may be about as far removed from society as possible, but they were always up to date on the politics of the ninja world. He knew who this man was.
All of the clones dissipated, including the "Shuniji" that had been speaking to Hiyo the whole time. The real one had managed to walk over next to Seika during the commotion with the clones earlier.
"My name is Shuniji Fuku, genin and this is my fellow Sound ninja, Seika Cheshiru, also genin," he introduced them both for the second (third?) time that day. He pulled their passport out again and unfurled it so the stamps could clearly be seen.
"We've been assigned an intelligence mission from his lord Otokage regarding a cult known as 'Wairudokaado'. Rumor has it they've been involved in suspicious dealings in the Land of Lightning and our village's lack of concrete information regarding the strength and purposes of the group is a cause of anxiety for his lordship."
He explained clearly and concisely. He may speak down to those of his own level, but he knew his place in the world. He wasn't there to make enemies.
"Your shinobi, Hiyo Miyaki, was kind enough to give my partner a tour of your village and decided it would be funny to... play a prank on me," Shuniji gave a deep bow, "Our disagreement got out of hand. I apologize for my overreaction. I meant no harm."

With a single hand sign the clones all vanished, and at the same time as though everyone had been pushed into a cold pool all at the same time the temperature all dropped twenty degree's within a matter of seconds. "If you are look for a cult of any kind then i would say go to the edge of the village; just outside the gates to the east a few miles (You can make a thread for it) There are some members of the jashin faith out there; if you want to know about a cult; they would be the peple to talk" He said nodding slightly before turning to Hiyo. "Thank you for showing them around but please do not pull pranks of visiting ninja" He said looking at the young ninja before him. "Return to Nemutai; please take the Sand ninja with you as well" He said looking over at the sand ninja who where visiting as well.
The Kage then looked back at the Sound ninja. "I warn you though they are not as conciderate as i am, if you displease them they will kill you on the spot' or at least most of them will" He said looking at Shuniji.

"I understand," he replied without the slightest bit of hesitation. Of course he was scared of Jashinists, he paid attention in history class, but he knew his duty as a ninja was to follow orders. He was allowed to be scared, but he wasn't allowed to let it interfere with his job. It was for the Otokage.
If the Otokage told Shuniji to kill himself. He probably would. Not even out of fear for the alternative, but because he was the Otokage, and Shuniji was an Oto-nin.
It made sense to Shuniji and it filled him with an odd sense of pride. His old smirk returned and he flipped his hair over his shoulder.
Only there was less hair than usual. Damnit. He returned his attention to the Raikage.
"...If it wouldn't be too much trouble, could you point us in the direction of an affordable inn? We haven't had a break since we got here, and..." He sheepishly avoided looking at the Kage before him. It was difficult to admit weakness to a man radiating so much power, especially when he was an ambassador of Sound.
