If you ask me, especially in high school, val's day just gives some males terrible excuses to make a move on you and it's hardly anything orginal. It's always roses; I rather have a guy hand pick dandelions and put them in a napkin. (yes that is from a movie, but at least he took time with it! gonk ) to the females that get the roses, it's just boostes their egos and make it a competition to see who can collect the most. i don't believe that's why the holiday was for. not to mention all the wonderful income the card companies like hallmark get. @.@ is it too much to ask for creativity? it was always a sweet holiday when i was a kid, now...i just loathe it. i want to celebrate it differently this year. i'm done with american val's style.

I've never really liked valentine's day that much. Not even when I was younger. In elementary school we always had to give out cards to everyone. I felt like it was a waste of my time. And it made it so that getting a card was nothing special because you got one from every kid in the class.
I've never been a fan of all the pink hearts and cheesey fake romance stuff. It's So ******** lame!!!!
I'm not sure how they celebrate Val's day in other countries.It's from the movie Overnight Delivery; another sappy love movie but there was nothing else on and I kinda find the main actor attractive. sweatdrop That's true, we were forced to do it as children. I want to try it japanese style! =3 I'm going to make rice and perhaps chocolate strawberries and put them in a box from a couple of friends that i'm close to.
Sounds cool =DIt wasn't an interesting movie at all. Too cliche. Tsktsk. You knew what was going to happen in it. Aye, I think it's better than buying shitting roses and sappy cards.

It seems like I have no life watching movies I hate just to make fun of them but ot's actually fun. It's really easy too because the whole damn movie is completely cheesey and annoying. When you watch it that way it's like watching a comedy because everything is funny.
I don't like the actors who play any of the characters either. But Taylor Lautner is good looking...

My beastie and I dislike it together. =D My sister and niece invitied me to see the first one when it came out but I declined. I could not force myself to watch it; I just can't. = However, my beastie and I make it a tradition to watch Friday the 13th on...Friday the 13th, haha. By that I mean the 13 movies, not the tv series. Jason Vorhees is one of my favorite seriel killers; I enjoy how he kills. It's old school of course since it came out in the 70's. So the death scenes are awful sometimes so we make fun of it even though we both like Jason. =3 Although, I could deal without the sex scenes...*shivers* At least Jason always kills those horny teenagers, kukukuku. twisted
