Eclipse frowned. Why'd he run off? I could tell that he was enjoying it..... Aw crap, he found the scorpions again.
Appearing down in the pit, Eclipse noticed that he made Hermes jump and shrink away. "Hermes, I'm getting us out of here. All I have to do is touch you, just a hand would be fine you know." For some reason, he doesn't want to touch me... was I a bad kisser?
"I'll bring you to the hot spring and leave you alone for a while if you'd like..." Eclipse said, slowly drawing nearer to Hermes, hoping he wouldn't lash out if he could see that he meant no harm.

But Hermes couldn't hear him. He was laughing too hard. The scorpions must have decided he was simply a lunitic, because they left him alone.
"Hm? oh. And that....are you....? Are you Q?" Aurora showed her wounds. Eh, I've done worse. She figured.

"Partially," Shizu replied flatly cleaning and dressing the wound, "if I had been a full Q, I could've snapped my fingers and healed you, but I used my healing snap for today, so now I'm drained of those. And I take it you've heard of the continuum; I hope my dad hasn't ever given you any trouble."

Not understanding Hermes' strange laughter, Eclipse decided the best thing to do would be to get them out of any potential danger. He sighed. Why the heck is he laughing like that? Are deadly scorpions humorous to him?
He inched a little closer and put a hand on Hermes' shoulder, transporting them to the hot springs just outside the mansion.
Eclipse tried in vain to get Hermes to calm down. "Hermes, it's okay, you can stop laughing! Why are you laughing? Come on! Relax already, you're giving off waves of mixed emotions, I don't know how to help you!" Eclipse was trying to figure out what was going on, and Hermes was being stubborn.
"I'll leave you alone if you'd like...."

Gasping for breath, Hermes managed to stop laughing, and stood, having to hold on to Eclipse for support. "No..no..it's alright..I'm fine...I just... That was really wierd, you know? I had my memory ereased so I totally was not prepared for that. I just think it's kinda funny...." Totally drained of energy, Hermes sat down again. "I better go back to the library and try to figure out who the hell i am to make sure I'm not married or anything..."
Aurora laughed softly. "I don't know who your father is, but if he's the Q who's been flirting with me, he's still outta luck. Yes, I know of the continuum, I work on a Starfleet ship...as well as being a writer. I'm Aurora, by the way."

"Aurora...." Shizu chuckled a bit, "actually, that could have been me. I spent a bit of time completely male when I lost a bet to one of my continuum friends. And I'm here now as some kind of practical joke. I plan to kill that b*****d when I get back...."

Aurora laughed, and stood, wincing with every move. ((You know...Hermes had been about this hurt...and he's a god-like being...and Aurora isn't crying as much as he was....)) "Ow..damnit. And I;m pretty sure it wasn't you. I might not have saud no if it was you." She muttered. She realized what she had just said and blushed. "Uh...forget that last part."

Shizu smiled darkly and moved so that her mouth was directly next to Aurora's ear.
"Too late." She whispered, her hand creeping up Aurora's back.

"Hey..! Wait a second!" Despite her wounds, Aurora managed to flip Shizu over her shoulder and put her foot hard on Shizu's chest to keep her in place. "Ok...don't do that. I need time to heal, in the very least. And like I said. We are forgetting I said what I did back there. Got it? FORGET IT."

Shizu's smile never faded. In an instant, Shizu had bent Aurora's arm backwards and was standing behind her.
"You forget, young one," Shizu hissed, the sky above them seemed to grow dark, "that instead of killing you on the spot, I healed you, and that you have no idea what I am. Forgetting something like that is impossible."
Shizu released her and stepped away, and the sky returned to normal.

Aurora was not impressed. "But you can't just do that to someone. You can't force yourself on someone, it just isn't right." Adn with that, Aurora angerly stomped away.

"If I had been forcing you, you wouldn't be able to move, baka. I would have gotten ropes." Shizu said angrily in Aurora's general direction, then sighed.
I have no people skills.... that makes two people I've pitied then alienated today.... she though walking into the forest and sitting at the base of a large tree.

Aurora wondered around for a while, then thoght more about Shizu....and then got a new story idea. ((well....she's basically me...)) Aurora sat down and opened her bag,. She brought out a notebook and pen and started writing. Soon, she had the first two chapters down.

Shizu slipped into meditation, and explored the inside of her mind, soon finding the exit, she decided to wander around outside of her body for a while. After a little bit, she found Aurora.
She won't be able to see me... Unless she's telepathic... Wow.. I feel like a stalker... wonder what she's doing?

((hm. I shoudl make her telepathic just to piss you off....but no.....not this time...))
Aurora was very far into her story now, about a half Q half demon (she had guessed) as captain of a starship, with her captive lover (who somehow or other ended up looking like Aurora....) who was a robotist as they traveled and bodly went and so on and so forth.
