Respect gets you a lot in this world... The corner of the Sannin's lip quirked as he pondered the question. When she had said pointless, she meant it! Though that did help him figure out the answer to her question.
"Ovals actually." He grinned at her, curious to what she'd make of that. When one possible interpretation entered his mind, he had to hide his face behind his hands to avoid having her see a blush. Are you worthy of it?

As Edge got home he looked threw his fathers things. After a few moments of searching he found a scroll within this scroll was a photo of Hayate's sword. The photo showed a button on the bottom that had to be activated by pushing chakra into it. With his index finger he activated the button on the bottom of the hilt, once this happen a piece of wood fell off the bottom revealing a shiny insignia of a clan he did not recognize. Edge picked back up the scroll and read threw it more. The scroll revealed to him that he was part of a clan know as the Ato Sakura No Ki No (Art of the Cherry Tree). He was amazed by the clans abilities as he read further as he did he thought he should head to the Kage's Office and show him the scroll..

Respect gets you a lot in this world... Edward chuckled and laid out another scroll bedside her.
"Storage scrolls are useful things. That has some sandwich things inside. Give me a minute to find the scroll with my silverware." Edward moved over to the chair where he'd tossed his coat and began rummaging through the inner pockets, examining scrolls and tossing them behind him.
"Negotiations for Kumo...no. Mission form for catching the Fire Daimyo's cat...no." He paused, staring at the next scroll oddly. "How did I get one of these" Guilty... Do I even want to know why you wanted it?No, you really don't.Ghost perv. Are you worthy of it?

Respect gets you a lot in this world... "Yeah, probably. Big Book of Genjutsu? No." He continued sorting through the scrolls, grumbling under his breath. After a few minutes, he finally emerged from under the coat triumphantly holding up a small silverish scroll. His grin faltered when he saw the mound of books that was waist high on him.
"Whoops... uhm, here. These are the silverware... now I have to find my plates. Wish me luck." He turned and began sorting through the pile already on the floor, setting the scrolls into piles based on whether they were a jutsu scroll, pleasure reading scroll, or home scroll (Ie furniture and such.) After a few more minutes, he had to go back to his coat to try to find his elusive plates. Are you worthy of it?

I've seen a lot....  Edward stiffened as the information from his clone entered his mind. He stood up, holding the scroll containing the plates in his hand. His arm snaked around Deza, pulling her into a tight hug before he set the scroll down next to the other two. Then he grabbed a scroll off one of the piles, checked it, nodded, and moved into the bathroom and closed the door behind him. There was some rustling abefore he stepped out, cloaked in the garb of an Otogakure ANBU member, looking much like Deza herself did. Edward walked over to Deza and kissed her softly before swinging his mask into place. He activated the voice randomizer seal scribed into it, changing his light baritone to a light tenor. "Gotta go be overwatch dear lady. Though you probably already know, since either the real you or a clone is main escort. See you in a little bit dearest lady." The changed voice bade farewell before Edward slipped out of the room, heading to the Otokage's tower. and I'll see more even when you're gone.

Respect gets you a lot in this world... Ghost Owl slipped up the stairs, nodding at the landlady, who sent him an evil look for once more coming in carrying Deza. He grinned beneath his mask but said nothing as he climbed the stairs up to his floor.
WHen he arrived at the apartment, he blinked when he saw that Deza's door was back in place, now a solid oak. He shook his head slightly as he entered his room, closing the door behind him with one foot. He moved into the bedroom and laid Ez onto the bed and pulled her mask off. He took his own ANBU gear off and laid it over a chair, taking a moment to look at Deza's sleepy form.
"Dearest one, you need sleep. Don't worry about the Konoha shinobi. If nothing else, I'll reveal who I am. That'll be enough to get them to avoid giving me trouble." He leaned over her and kissed her lips softly. A clone tapped his shoulder, reporting that the cleaning and repairs in Deza's room were finished. Are you worthy of it?

Edward grinned and stroked her hair softly, letting his fingers run through it.
"How did someone I met so recently become so important to me?" He wondered under his breath in a tone of slight awee. Then he shook his head and grinned, before leaning down and kissing her again. He pulled back and created a Kage Bunshin so she wouldn't be alone when she woke up, then pulled back on his ANBU gear. He kissed her forehead one last time before pulling his Owl mask on and slipping out of the room, heading back to the Otokage's Tower.

She must have been out for quite some time because when she woke up she felt energetic once more. She stretched big tightening all of her mussels to feel the full effects of the very stretch. She yawned letting out a small squeak and then rubbed her eyes sleepily. She was awake now but still not AWAKE awake.

Respect gets you a lot in this world... The clone of Edward sat down on the bed behind her, its hands reaching up and rubbing her back. It grinned slightly when it heard her squeak. Damme but she's cute. How'd Boss get this lucky? It shook off its introspections and leaned forward to whisper into her ear.
"Hey there dear one, sleep well?" Its voice was soft as it continued massaging her upper shoulders and the base of her neck. Are you worthy of it?
