She was so goddamn tired of running, but she couldn't stop. Her throat burned, but her legs kept moving, her body fuled by adreneline and concern for her friends-
"Oh ******** sound of approaching missiles stabbed Sey's ears like knives and she skidded to a halt and slamned her staff into the ground, and braced herself, feeling for her comrades barriers and feeling extremely relieved that they were still intact. She smiled serenly and sent a surge of holy light into Alber, Allen, Anna and Stryphe's barriers and felt hers slack slightly, before she was sent flying into the air yet again, her barrier falling to pieces around her, like broken glass lined with light.
Thudding hashly against the grass and trying to get up, Sey knew that everyone else would be perfectly fine. She'd just... lie here... for a little longer...
(( TIRED! gonk ))

A "Dammit!" was all the warning Alber had before being dropped six feet to the ground. A hard *thud* later and he was there on the side of the hill. He stabbed his blade into the ground to keep him from rolling further and got to his feet, trying to figure out what was going on.

James, not being a target of any missile, or anything else in general, really, ran up beside the toppling machine with one device in either of his hands. He wasn't in the best position to do anything... but then again, he didn't have to be with what he had in his left hand.
As the machien began to roll, James jumped from the higher point on the hill that he was at, landing on the underside of the machine as it rolled. He quickly found a crevace in the machinery and tucked the yellow box inside of it... then jumped back off again, in the direction other than the one the machine was rolling.
"...everyone okay?"
James shouted, looking around a the rest of his team... he took a few steps back as the machine continued to roll.

Alber saw Sey drop to the ground. "LADY SEY!" he shouted, scrambling as fast as his tired legs could towards Sey. Once close enough he dropped to the ground, threw his sword aside, and slid to a halt next to her. He gently propped her up in his arms.
"Lady Sey! What's wrong? Are you alright?" He could feel the tears stream down his face. "Please Falis, let her be alright!"
...He didn't actually see what had happened to her.

((Roll for anyone with a shield who got hit by an explosion.))
The machine came skidding to a stop- with or without Stryphe under it, I'm not sure- as it hit a rock outcropping a little below them. It lay completely still, not even responding when James planted his device on its underside.

((Late post. sweatdrop ))
Stryphe wrenched the halberd free from the back of the beast as it toppled forward. He dashed back, towards the read of the spider-mech, and pushed off. Using the upward force of the back of the machine that was toppling foward, he was launched back into the air. Landing safely on the ground as the machine continued forward, Stryphe cursed it for having hit him in the van earlier.
A not-so-smart-anymore missile flew right past Stryphe and harmlessly into the scorched ground away from the battle.
"Whew."

The explosion happened. Allen didn't feel any impact. And so, feeling safe again, he unfurled his wigns before he, you know, crashed into the ground.
Circling above everyone, he began to survey they surroundings.
"Yo, is everyone alright?"

Abel arived next to Sey shortly after Alber and kneeled down as well. He gave he a look over, no blood, that was good.
"I beleive she may just be tired," He commented and looked at Alber, "And so are you. Even so, we should get closer to the rest of the team. If something comes while we're here, then there will be some hurting."
He slid his arms under her, his sleeves were stil intact so it wouldn't be cold jagged metal on her back. Nodding his head to singnal Alber to back off a bit, he began to lift her up.

Managing to put a weak smile on her dirt stained face, Sey pushed the radio's button and giggled.
*ksshkt* crying Ow... :: sniffle :: *ksshkt*
Letting herself be held by Alber she smiled brightly this time.
"Wh...What's wrong? YOU GUYS JUST GOT ATTACKED BY MISSLES FOR THE PAST FALIS KNOWS HOW LONG, THAT'S WHAT'S WRONG!" She said as loudly as she could, holding the radio button down so everyone could hear.
"I'm tired! Let's go find a sword robot thing so you guys can block it's attacks on your OWN."
Letting go of the radio and sighing deeply, Sey let her eyes close for a moment. She knew she was safe with Alber.

"Okay, okay..." James said, with a laugh... not near enough for many to hear, and not even speaking into the radio at this point... though he reached to the button and press it so that he could speak into the transmitter.
"Why don't we take a ten minute break so that our little born-again parapalegic can catch her breath?"
With that, he pressed the button on the remote that he had held in his hand.
A violent explosion rocked Artillery, as the three pounds of C4 explosive that had been placed in a crevace in the armor detonated, which would have rended the machine almost in two.
James, seemingly not even bothered by it, tossed hte device over his shoulder, as it had no more use to it anymore.
"Though maybe we should get out of the open... in case anything esle decides to shoot at us..."

Alber was relieved to know that Sey was alright, but didn't want to let go for some reason. But he was in no real shape to carry her, so he gently passed her over to Abel, getting up and collecting his sword.
"What now?" he asked, still keeping an eye on Sey.

Gliding down towards Sey, Abel, and Alber, Allen desummoned his wings as he landed, them dissapearing in a whisp of shadow.
"Sey, in the future, try worrying about yourself? We can take care of ourselves, after all."
And then, after a moment, he continued.
"If the robot is down, we should grab it's core and then find a safe place to rest..."

"Yeah, and watch you guys get rosted by the pretty explosions?" Sey said, not opening her eyes. Her head was spinning and her feet felt like lead... Falis, she hadn't done such intensive casting in months.
"Thanks Abel." She said, cracking her eyelids open a bit to reveal slivers of thankful opal eyes.
"I'm just... really tired."

"I'd go with Allen's plan," He rasped to Alber, "Seems solid. Mind you, now that the machine is down, we may want to go meet up with the other two."
"It possibly still could launch missles."
