"My word is my bond..." She says in all seriousness. No sign of joking to be found. "Even though I have known you for a short time...I feel..." She stopped short not sure how to continue...she wanted to say that she cared, that she felt drawn to help him...but she didn't know how it would sound...if it would sound crazy or just plain dumb to him. She looks up at him her eyes swimming as she smiles and feels her cheeks become warm with the familiar rush of blood to her cheeks she was beginning to know so well around him.

Ryu merely chuckled softly before nodding. "As you wish." It was all he had to day for the subject. It seemed that she had already begun to feel for him. In what matter he wouldn't know but apparently enough for her to say she will protect him. It was a nice feeling he figured. To have someone to watch your back and to be there if you need help.
Ryu merely helped out people out of his good will. Whether he knew them or not if they were in a life or death situation he would step in for their sake. It was how he was raised by his mother. He didn't mind him sense it guaranteed him a fight or a battle. Each which he loved to participate in even if it almost costs him his life.
Ryu could easily describe the battles in which he feared for his life. In which death was practically staring him in the eyes. But he manged to get out. Some how, some way, either by shear luck or unknown energy he made it out. Though there were a few times in which he almost wanted to die. It just seemed weird how he was able to cheat death. And some times when he did it was by pure luck.

Celeste mumbles under her breath something then looks up and takes a deep breath. "I want to help you. I feel it in my nature to help people when they are in need...but there is something about you....What I do not know...but I feel.....drawn to you..." The last part was but a whisper but Ryu could hear it all the same. Celeste's face burned with red as she finished her statement.
WHAT am I doing?! She practically screams in her head as she looks to floor and closes her eyes for a moment. You don't know him...he is of demon kind....the kind that broke you....why...why are you trusting him?! "Because...I...trust him..." She whispers softly to herself answering the voice that was screaming in her head in protest. ((Have to go to work at 1...IDK if you will be on by then or not...but I will try and get on after work...later ^^))

Ryu gave her a slightly puzzled look as she spoke. But he eventually shrugged it off before nodding. "No offense, but I am not sure what you mean when you say that I am in need. I am not looking for anything in particular. In short, I am merely traveling the world. Looking for why I am alive. My purpose. If that is what you mean, then I won't stop you. It's your choice. But other then that, I am in no need of help."
A smile played on his lips as he saw the red blush which flooded her face. He wondered what is it about him that would suddenly draw this female to him. Charm? Looks? Personality? He wasn't sure but it wasn't something he didn't like. He found it flattering. Which in the end caused him to become slightly fond of his female. She already felt as if he was trustworthy which was a slight surprise. It wasn't that he wasn't trustworthy but usually most would think he wanted nothing more then to cause destruction and pain in all shapes and forms. Emotional and physical pain. Which was why few rarely trusted him. To avoid the emotional and mental pain of being betrayed. Ryu acknowledged that her sense of trust was so far amazing. She had landed herself a demon which she would soon grow to trust rather quickly.
((Alright. Also, if and when you get Heroes of Newerth working, you should add me.
I go by RyuMyoto. would be awesome to play some games together. ^_^ ))

"I didn't mean it as you needed help....I meant others...not.." in her frustration she stopped talking and bit down hard on her bottom lip to keep from talking..and blushing. She winced as she felt her fangs pierce through it. She brings her fingers to her lip and sees the blood. She licks it from her lip as a small bead travels from her full bottom lip down her chin. "I guess its what I get for not being more clear...I meant to say, when ever you are ready...I am too.." Celeste says with a small laugh as she wipes her fingers off on her thigh and licks her bottom lip again tasting the blood.

Ryu laughed with Celeste before slightly shaking his head. She was indeed an interesting female. Though why she would be interested in traveling with him was beyond him. But what could he do? He could tell her to bug off but in the long run that wasn't him.
"Well. You seem to have a better idea of this area then me. How about showing me around for a bit?"
Ryu asked softly as he was interested in their immediate area.
((Man. I barely remember Earthbound on the SNES. It was one of my favorite RPGs. Nice taste Felix.))

(As far as retro games go i'd have to say shining force for the Genesis. Newer Titles I'll have to say the original Kingdom Hearts, or maybe Devil May Cry.

Celeste brightened at the idea and wiped the blood from her chin licking it off her hand. "I could give you a tour....but we may get lost..." She says with a snicker and grabs his elbow and slips her arm through tugging him gently to the north. "Are you hungry?" Celeste asked wondering if he could hear her stomach growling slightly as she asked the question causing her to giggle lightly. ((Since we got the Wii we have downloaded Dr. Mario, Super Mario Bros, Legend of Zelda, and Zelda II....All the originals XDD from the NES heart ))

Ryu allows himself to be pulled to follow Celeste. The thought of food was marvelous. Now thinking about it his stomach growled in agreement. "I don't mind getting lost. Usually end up being the best of adventures. As for food, I can always eat."
Ryu responded with a small smile before turning to head in the direction they were heading.
((Nothing beats the classical games. Zelda OoT was awesome. Hated the water temple and the stupid things you had to do for equipment. But in the long run best game I have played for the n64. xP
And nothing beats Metal Gear Solid for the NES xD ))

"I had a feeling." Celeste chuckles as she leads them to the stairs and takes them up two floors to the food court. As they come out of the stairs they are surrounded by the array of food and delicacies. "What would you like to eat?" Celeste asks wondering what exactly he liked...seeing if the place was good enough or if maybe she should take him somewhere else. ((on my latptop and don't have it plugged in...so if I get off...it died XDD lol))

Ryu took a look around as his mind was set on one thing. Meat. He could stand vegetables and what not but being the carnivore that he is he prefers meat over anything. Raw or cooked he had the ability to eat it all with out getting deadly ill.
"Anything with meat..." Ryu gently scratched the back of his head as he turned to look at Celeste.

She smiles wickedly and grabs his hand pulling him behind her in a sprint. She pulls him through one of the restaurants to the back.
The room was dimly lit but with their vision they could see perfectly well. It was a restaurant for non-humans. They could order anything and not get weird stares from others. She sees an open table and waves her hand over her shoulder telling him to follow. She sits in the booth and leans back a bit waiting for him to sit down.

Ryu manged to keep up as he quickly regained his balance after being forced to sprint being Celeste. One they got to the restaurant he followed her to the empty table and takes a seat across from her. With a smile the demon took a look at their surroundings before nodding in satisfaction.
