For that matter, not a whole lot of people besides Danny are automatically associated with the voices in that movie.

Aww, poor ol' Chris. I always remember him, because he was also in Princess Bride, which is AMAZING. heart I don't know many of the others, though. Glenn Shadix, or some.. other.. strange last name.
You know, forget the actors, most people don't even know who directed it. gonk

Impressive. And hoorah for Princess Bride!
Back on topic....
Catherine O'Hara, frankly, has no idea how freakin' lucky she is. I mean, to sing a DUET with him? But anyway...
It impresses me that she can sing the parts of Sally and Shock. That takes a range. Same with Danny as Jack and Barell.

He's got WAY more than talent. I did a five-page research paper on his career, and I can safely say that, without him, the world would not be the same.
I do so love how he did The Clown with the Tear-Away Face. Every time I try to do a vocal switch like that, my throat hurts.
And who here did not love him as BoneJangles? I did, and even though it killed his throat, he loved the part, too. Isn't that really what matters?

I actually wasn't that big into BonJangles, though I gotta say, I'm a fan of the Emily/ Bonjangles ship. And man, when I was younger the Clown with the Tear-Away Face scared me shitless......still does a bit...

Emily/BoneJangles makes me smile.
But, yeah. The clown didn't scare me until I swa the original storyboards where his face is all dead and rotting.
What DID scare me was when I first saw a little snippet of the Insanity video on the TV when my parents weren't home. I think I must have been....ten? Maybe younger? The sight of a crazy singin Danny-in-a-straitjacket scared the life out of me, but my initial reaction, I kid you not, was...
"AAAAH-hey, he sings really well. But he's crazy."
My mom's always taught me ot appreciate good singing voices.
