Oliver, back in his surly night time mode, tugs at Raiden's pant leg, and digs into his ankles a little with his horns. Raiden ignores this completley. Oliver actually seems a little sad at being ignored and tromps off in a huff.
Raiden lies back and sighs.
"Well...even if I myself lack purpose in this mission, protecting Kyla and the others will be enough for me. I thought I'd finally moved beyond being a tool. But at least being Lord Ashura's tool...well it will allow me to help in the battle against Yokoshima. If I'm doomed to be a tool forever I may as well be on the right side of the fight."
He turns over and drifts off to sleep.

Raiden tosses and turns in his sleep before waking with a start. He bolts out of the shack in a hurry. Oliver blinks sleepily and trots after him.
"Ashura!! Lord Ashura! I have to go back! Please, send me back now!"

Lord Ashura appears after a bit and gives Raiden a critical look.
"Go back? What are you talking about? Your training is incomplete Raiden."

Raiden shakes his head.
"I can't wait any longer. I just had this dream...Kyla and the others are just about to leave, I know it. If I don't go now I'll be left behind and I won't be able to help them."
Ashura shakes his head.
"We will bring you to the battle once your training is done. It should be a simple matter for us."

"No! We all go together. I won't have my friends facing danger while I delay things. I can use the Ashura blade. If there's a way to unlock your avatar then I will learn to do so in battle."
Ashura's flames burn very hot and bright for a moment.
"WE WILL NOT HAVE IT! WE WILL NOT HAVE YOU DIE RECKLESSLY IN A BATTLE THAT YOU ARE NOT PREPARED FOR!"

Raiden bows politely.
"I...understand Lord Ashura. I heard what you were saying to Kujaku. I will not waste your training. I will defeat Yokoshima with my friends and I will not cheapen your name by fighting poorly."
Ashura looks very taken aback.
"That's really your....very well. If that is your decision, We will send you to your friends now. But...remember Raiden, we are connected at all times. Our power is with you always."

Oliver bleats sadly and tugs at Raiden's pant leg.
"You should take Oliver with you. He can be troublesome at night, but he seems very attached to you. Please look after him."
Raiden nods and scoops the little purple goat up into his arms.

Ashura points his palms at Raiden.
"With the power of Our golden flame, We transport thee to the ones you keep in your heart. Raiden...please be safe."
Raiden and Oliver are surrounded by golden flames and vanish.
