"Yes, sir." Hideki continued. His muscles were burning like he was being stabbed with a branding iron. Sweat poured down his face. His face was red and his heart was pi=ounding. "Just..a little while...longer..." He kept going through the pain for the rest of the time.

"And that's enough," Z stated as he removed everything from the kid. "That was to built up your endurance, your willpower, and your spirit," Z told him as he walked back to the kunoichi. "What about my program?"

Cody looked at Z as he tied the stuff to him. At first it seemed easy since his arms had not been up much. After about ten mintues of staying still his arm gave out and he allmost drop it stabbing himself. He put his arm back up and the girl came him causing him to turn his head making the hot water spill on him.
Cody had allready lowered one arm and spilt the water. This time his leg itched he tried to ignore it. Sadly he tried to slowly move his leg up and his arm down to scratch it. He spilt the water on his leg and the spike stabbed him in the side. Cody was still watching his brother do it out of the coner or his eye. Trying not to move was a little hardly then he thought but finialy the hour was up.
(Sorry it took forever had to go to bed you took to long))

Hideki stood up and stretched out his tensed up muscles. "Well I'm glad that's over. What do we do next?" Hideki bent backwards and cracked his back. "Oh! That one felt great!" Hidkei then sat down because he was so exhausted.

Z took off everything off of Cody as he looked at the two. "Alright...time to work on the abdominal muscles," Z grinned as he took the two and tied them to a bar by the legs with one swift motion. Now Hideki and Cody would be hanging upside down by the feet. "Now...I want you to swing back and forth, stretching your backs and working out your abdomen," Z stated as he began to start a fire underneath the two. "Oh and make sure you're constantly moving. If you stop, your head will be burned by the fire. If you stay back too long, your back will get burned," Z grinned. "This is called...the squid," Z laughed as a sinister gleam emanated from his eyes.

Hideki was doing his best to not get burned. As he swung his body back and forth, his muscles tensed even more. They were burning, not from the fire, but from pure hard work. Hideki started working up a massive sweat. He kept doing the training as he tried not to be burned.

(Lmao...i've read all the manga and I just started to watch the anime lmao, it's HILARIOUS! Even this dojo...I almost called it Ryozanpaku)
Z cut the rope just before he put the fire out. "Well it seems like you may not be useless after all. As soon as Cherry wakes up, we'll head for our first team mission...understand this, my missions don't involve walking dogs and finding cats, or picking up litter. The missions that I get assigned are not E or even D ranked missions. I hope your up for it..."

Hideki sat down and pulled out two Scrolls. He unraveled the first scroll and performed a Transportation Jutsu. He summoned his puppet Falcon. He then unraveled the second one and summoned out the tanks of heat and water that were given to him by the Mizukage to use a Steaming Water Cannon in one of his puppets. He began to tinker with Falcon to modify him with the new weapons. "This is all I have to do right now."
