Valkon's lips twitched upwards as he listened to Jenga. "Well, IF you don't want the mark don't take it. I'm sure Chronos can use a new slave. Or we can simply leave you here. He made sure that it was Chronos who would end up with her and not himself. He was still unsure why she was following him and why he even bothered to reply to her. Someone new to torment? Perhaps. Either way he was having fun.
He glanced over at Hawke for a moment. There was something about the stone in the bracelet. A bit of darkness that seemed to coalesce around it. Or perhaps it was something else. Making a mental note to pull Hawke aside later, he turned his attention back to the the others. The one with the armor looked useful. So too did the one professing to be a Nightwhisper. Maybe they would find something for them to do that only increased their power and following. It could not hurt to draw others in and subjegate them to Az.

Not wanting the mark and not wanting her friend to take it either Chai spoke up for them both (highly out of character for hte little ghostling)We would like to come with you but would prefer to not take a mark. If this means we have more work to do so be it!
I agree with Chai, we won't take the mark Wu said, backing Chai up and then looking at Touma she said quieter why Touma.....why
