I'll keep you my dirty little secret... 01/09/2010!
According to a friend I know, the girl I like seems to know that I like her. I find that to be ridiculously funny, for whatever reason. Well, it doesn't hurt to try; I'm graduating this year anyway.
To my menu for today!
- About 1 cup Special K cereal + milk - About 1 1/2 cup rice noodles + celery + carrots + 1/2 cup of milk
I'll update when I've eaten more. I also hope to make it to the gym.
LATER:
I also ate: - About 3 cups of fruit - A sandwich with egg, roast beef, lettuce and tomato on whole wheat bread.
Plus, I got to the gym and ran on the treadmill for 18 minutes, then used the cross-trainer for about 20 minutes.

I had today all set aside to finish my projects, but then my daddy decided that we should go out. So I spent all day at the local Asian mall instead. Go figure. Still, I bought nothing and got a late Christmas present from my aunt and uncle; $50. I feel good. So that quite a bit of money saved, and now I have the worst craving for red bean pastries; which I don't have any of. At least I can't gain weight from what I don't have.
Today I ate: - About 1 cup Special K + milk - About 2 cups noodles + bbq'd pork + soy milk - Some small reverse waffle things + a packet of seaweed - About 2 cups of fruit - About 3/4 cup of white rice + green beans + potatoes + milk

The stress is going to kill me this week. I've got a math test tomorrow, a biology test on Wednesday and on Thursday I have an art show to host, plus my research paper and two presentations are due that day. I can say goodbye to the gym for this week. oTL Hopefully, this week will pass without me dying.
Today I've eaten: - About 1 cup Special K cereal + milk - About 1 cup rice + 1 cup green beans - About 2 cups of fruit - About 1 1/2 cups baby carrots - One apple - About 2 1/2 cups of fried rice + milk + tomatoes

I'll keep you my dirty little secret... So I decided to calculate my BMI yet again with the ever-so-accurate internet BMI calculators, and found that my BMI is now 24.4 I'm on my way to a lifetime of health, and I'm loving it! c:

I have to study for this test and get this research paper done tonight, or I have no hope. oTL At least all this school work is keeping my mind off junk food, so I haven't eaten cookies in days.
Today I've eaten:
- About 1 cup Special K cereal + milk - About 2 cups baby carrots - One apple - One Asian curry beef bun - About 2 cups of fruit - One small container of yogurt - About 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes - About 1 cup rice + stir-fried veggies + eggs + milk

I'll keep you my dirty little secret... 01/15/2010!
I. Can. Breathe. All my projects were due yesterday, and the art show as also yesterday. Now I can just kick back and relax. Well, I have to study for exams, but all my assignments are finished! Hurray!
To top off that feeling, I just got early acceptance into one of the universities that I applied to! Hurray! I'm super happy right now. At least I know that if I keep my marks up, I've got a spot somewhere.
For my art class, my teacher set up a food table, to thank us for doing this art show. I ate a TON of junk foods. Let's put it this way; livestrong told me that I ate about 1000 calories. So I'll just say that and not put it on my list.
- One orange - A ham and cheese sandwich on whole grain toast - About 3 cups of noodles + tomatoes + milk - About 2 cups of fruit
I also went to the gym and ran 18 minutes on the treadmill, did 15 minutes on the cross-trainer and did about 40 minutes of weight training, ending with about 10 minutes of stretching.

I didn't eat any junk foods today, in order to make up for what I ate yesterday. I'm glad I did; livestrong told me that I've eaten about 1360 calories today, which means I'm eating a good amount, and I'm not hungry.
Anyway, today I ate:
- Special K cereal + milk + baby carrots - About 2 cups of noodles + a small container of yogurt - About 3 cups of fruit - A sandwich (two slices of whole wheat bread + baby spinach + tomato + romaine lettuce + one egg) + milk
I also made it to the gym for about an hour. c:

I actually rock at DDR. At least, today I did. Then I switched to 'Difficult' and decided I was better off at the 'Basic' level. Yeesh. On the other hand, I just discovered that the girl I have a crush on likes tea. Awesomesauce! c:

- About 1 cup Special K cereal + milk + baby carrots - A roast beef sandwich from Subway (roast beef + cucumbers + lettuce + tomato + hot peppers + green peppers + barbecue & hot sauce) - About 1/2 cup of rice from Jimmy the Greek + 1 piece of chicken souvlaki - About 2 cups of fruit - About 1 cup rice + green beans + baby spinach + milk

It's been weird lately. Like, I've been feeling like I need to eat, but I'm not hungry. I think I might not be eating enough, but I don't want to start munching on donuts and such. Maybe I should be eating more nuts and other healthy snacks.
Today I've eaten pretty badly. What I ate was:
- About 1/2 Special K cereal + about 1/2 Honey Shreddies + milk - About 3/4 cup carrots - About 1 cup rice + green beans - Half an oatmeal-raisin cookie - An apple - About 3 cups of fruit - Two slices of pizza + broccoli + pasta + milk

I think I'm going to die. I played DDR for about an hour today, ate dinner, and then went to the gym for about an hour and 45 minutes. I haven't felt this tired since karate class. Holy. oTL
Today I ate a lot. xD Here's the list:
- About 1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal + milk + cherry tomatoes - About 1 cup baby carrots - A ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread - 3/4th of a Kit Kat bar - One apple - About 2 cups of fruit - Two and a half small chocolate cookies - A container of yogurt + about 10 cashews - About 1 cup of rice + stir-fried veggies + milk - Another container of yogurt after my workout.
Wow. Long list is long. Still, I felt happy to eat that much, strange as that sounds. So maybe the workout is completely worth it.

I just realized that my weight doesn't change much. It fluctuates, yes, but around the same numbers. Maybe I've hit a plateau with my weight loss? I've decided to try and change around my exercise routine for a while and see how that helps.
Today I ate:
- About 1 1/3 cup of Honey Bunches of Oats + milk + cherry tomatoes - About 3/4 cup of baby carrots - A ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat toast - An apple - A small container of yogurt + about 7 cashews - About 3 cups of fruit + 4 chocolate cookies (only 170 calories!) - About 1 cup of rice + green beans + milk

Missed a day because I was super lazy. I didn't move at all yesterday (aside from going to school) and ate a ton of cookies. Not good. Anyway, here's what I ate today:
- About 3/4 cup of Honey Bunches of Oats cereal + milk - A ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat toast - About 3/4 cup of baby carrots - An apple - A Tim Horton's caramel apple fritter + green tea - About 3 cups of fruit - A small container of yogurt + 6 cashews - About 4 cups of rice noodles + milk
Wow. That's a lot of food. Good thing I went on a bike ride today and plan on heading to the gym.
