Jezebel slapped at Velkans hand and looked at Adelaide, smiling "No.I think..maybe the show will be starting soon.." she slowly nodded and smirked. "I can't wait.."

(( everyone, Im sorry but I just cant roleplay tonight crying I couldnt get to sleep, finally did at 1am and had to get up at 5am to go to work. Im beyond exhausted. I worked a 13 1/2 hour day XP XP XP xP gonk gonk xp emo ))

He couldn't helk but smirk when she slapped his hand away but didn't say much to it as she did so he ran a hand through his hair and gave her a teasing wink.

Merely shrugging against Jezebel's questin velkan leaned against the wall next to him and gave her a sly grin. "If I had something to say Jezebel don't you think I would have said it by now?"

"I'll stop hiding things around your sisters when you start admitting around them that you have feelings for me", he retorted with a smirk and then looked away for a moment. "It wouldn't kill you after all"

Jezebel sighed and shook her head "You know the madame would frown upon any of us hooking up at all...It gets in the way of "Showcase". Really...do you think you could stomach seeing me dance for all those men if I conceited to being yours? what if it threw me off?" she looked down and kicked the ground with her feet a bit. She didn't like saying those things but she knew the Madame didn't exactly smile upon the dancers being together...

"If the madame looked down on it then why is she fine with Aith and Jen? He's a bartender and she's a dancer. Your a dancer and I'm a singer. There would be nothing getting in the way. I understand that you have to look good for the men at the shows. If I didn't like that I wouldn't try begin with you Jez. You should know that by now"

The Madame~
Madame Zalia walked up to Jezebel and heard Valken's remark. " I do allow romance between some workers Velkan. But Jennifer, while still desired greatly, is not as marketable as Jezebel." she said coldly. " And as a matter of fact Jezebel is probably going to be moved to La Amour very soon." La Amour is another dancing place in Dark Paris, but it was not as kind and requested that guests and dancers get 'to know each other' more.
The music started and she nudged Jezebel out to get in place for curtain up. " You should remember your place boy." she said venomously and walked away to take a seat in the audience.
Odette was standing up on her swing, balaced by the little Umbrella as " Disturbia" came on. The Curtain went up.

Velkan looked back at Madame Zalia as she walked over to them and spoke about how Jezebel was more marketable then Jen and that she might be leaving soon. He didn't reply to her words and when she spoke to him again he turned away from her his eyes glowing blood red at her words. She might have been the Madame and he might have 'owed her' whatever it was that didn't mean he had to like her. If it wasn't for the bloody contract he would have broken her in two and just left with Jezebel. Of course he did have wasy to make things difficult for her without it begin to obvious. He was much older then they gave him credit for after all.

Jezebel blinked "La Amour?" she rolled her eyes as she stood up "Great....What am I to you now? A Prostitute?" Sure she was a dancer but that didn't mean she enjoyed men pawing her...She noticed Velkan turned away and slipped a hand to his shoulder, leaning over and looking up at him "Calm down, you know how annoying she is. I'm up next, pay good attention because its something you'll wish I gave you without you having to take it.." she smirked teasingly and walked off to the stage. Getting ready and taking her place.

Velkan looked back at Jezebel as she placed her hand on his shoulder. Smiling at her words he reached out and storked her cheek softly and gave her a warm look. "Alright; I will", he whispered before slowly walking off and going off to the side of the show room where he could watch Jezebel's show.

A∂εℓαi∂ε Adelaide sat right where she had been, still craving her drink, and watch Jezebel as she performed. She couldn't understand how Jezebel would care if she was dancing in front of other men while being with Velkan could affect her, or if there was any reason other than jelousy that would make Velkan mad. 'Isn't love simply pleasing one another at that moment in time? In any case, it never stays, if it's ever even there to begin with...' After having her sister dump her the way she did, Adelaide's view of affection and love was twisted.{Where is everyone...?}
