I have had my shopping done for awhile and my tree has been up for about a week. It is just the wrapping that I am getting no where with.

Today is my rest day from the gym. I am so tired. I just want to go the gym to get some energy. But I can't over do it. If you over do the gym. YOu won't lose and you want gain muscle results. Muscles have to have time for repair or they will not build.
