Yadama Furooseigyo (Projectile Control Skill)
Description: A basic skill for those learning to master the art of wind control. With the ability to control air currents the user can utilize them to their advantage when throwing projectiles such as kunai or shuriken, using the wind to aid the speed and trajectory of their weapon. Someone with a 5 in control would only be able to give it a slight boost in power, while someone with a control of 40 could make them fly twice as fast.

Using his growing control over the Wind Nature Kingu drew a single kunai from his pouch and slipped his ringer into the ring, spinning it to generate enough force to launch it towards a skeletal tree. Sharply flicking his wrist and letting the lethal projectile fly he found it easy to manipulate the air currents around the weapon and reduce air resistance to a halt while propelling the kunai forward and neatly slicing the tree in half. xxxxxxxxxxOutou stood just off to the Raikage's side, looking around the forest as he did, hands clasped in front of her, hidden by her sleeves. She did not speak the entire time, showing respect instead by listening. At the offered seat, Outou gently placed her hand in his, allowing him to guide her. "Thank you Lord Raikage." She spoke, voice soft but audiable.

xxxxxxxxxxOutou gave a small bow of her head before locking her pink eyes on the Raikage's. "As I had mentioned before, I serve the Lord Mizukage. He has sent me out to find for him a certain remnent of Kirigakure's past. I'm sorry, but I cannot divulge anymore information about the mission itself." Outou gave an apologetic smile.

xxxxxxxxxxOutou didn't react to the name 'Svellos', instead keeping her defined and professional appearance. She also made no mention of the artifact she was searching for. But at least she had some new information for Axel. "My apologies, Lord Raikage, for appearing as such. When I was heir to the Kurama household, I was taught of diplomatic relations, manners, and appropriate attair. As the Raikage, you would not need me to explain that one such of such high rank deserves high respect in accordance."

xxxxxxxxxxOutou pondered the Raikage's words carefully. "Our purpose, our ultimate fate can be limited by others but by only so much as we let them. Individuals may say we have complete control of our destinies but we do not." Outou bowed her head in thought. "The people we encounter and even those we do not, they influence our actions and the choices we have."

xxxxxxxxxxOutou's face lost its soft appeal, returning to its normal blank slate. "Not once have I lied to you, Lord Raikage. But, yes, I have not told everything either. I am not allowed to discuss the artifact and nor did I ever mention travelling alone. My partners and I hold three missions at this moment. Two have lead us here, to your village. The third, I am also unable to discuss as it holds diplomatic implications. But I am here in a gesture of peace from Lord Mizukage, my former sensei. He seeks only to build strong relations with the other villages, not incite war."

xxxxxxxxxxOutou placed her hand back over her chest once more, her head bowing as well. "To return such a weapon to Mist I know will be truely appreciated by both my Lord Mizukage and the village of Kirigakure itself. As for the backing of a war, I must refer back to the Lord Mizukage himself and relay your message for I hold no authority over such matters."

xxxxxxxxxxOutou stood with little shown effort, following after the Raikage as he walked away. "Your contribution shall be greatly appreciated." She said, following him to the gates.
